I m paytm's vip customer. I hv 10500 rupees in my paytm wallet. But from 23may 2017 paytm deactivate my account without any information now i m trying to contact paytm care via phone and email but they are not replying me. My rs.10500 is stuck. Plz help me.

Today, while booking railway tickets through irctc website, a payment amounting to rs.1351.50 was inadvertenetly made to you from my axis bank a/c in stead of paying to the railways. The info received from my bank says: rs.1351.5 debited from your a/c on[protected] vide inb/49588361/paytm mobile solutions pvt. The amount may be refunded to my bank a/c as soon as possible. After being converted into paytm bank, on 27/05/2017 suddenly i got forced log out from my paytm account, and i was trying to login it was saying i am giving wrong password, but am sure that is my password. I called customer care on 28/05/17, they said wait for 30 mins it will be activated, it was not activated. Again i called them on 29th, they give me one complaint no. 30512507, and told me to give them photo copy of my govt ids. I submitted...

There are five different transactions had been done through my paytm wallet which were not done by me.
1) may 27th at 13.54 hrs tnx no. [protected].
2) may 27th at 14.51 hrs tnx no. [protected].
3) may 27th at 15.21hrs txn. No.[protected]
4) may 27th at 15.35 hrs txn. No. [protected].
5) may 29th at 16.41hrs txn. No. [protected].

Please help to get my money back. Almost 900 rs from my wallet...

I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

Whenever i check my refund status, it shows refunded to bank, but...

After[protected] I am unable to login in paytm. After enter login via my mobile no. And mail id, unable to login...it shows message(jpg). I have approximate 350 rs. In my paytm wallet. Now I am unable to use it. Also want to contacted to customer care, but no responce from them.
Please take strict action against this fraud.

Change in phone number as by mistake last digit given as 8 but it should be 6. Correct contact number should be

It would be better if direct change in address functionality is provided. Or else at least through customer care contact to get it done by contacting to executives

I made a payment of RS. 986/- for IGL gas on 23 May, 2017. A message from paytm was sent that transaction failed pls. Update ur android software and try again. I updated my software, but in the due time till date no refund has been received. The amount of RS.986/- is required to be refunded. I haven't received any transaction ID also. Pls. Resolve the issue....

I ordered micromax led tv 43 inches vide order no.[protected] through paytm on 22.05.2017.
i received product on 29.05.2017 forenoon, after receiving i checked and found screen broken tried many times on paytm for return and replacement but there is some problem with their website, return/replacement button transfer me to home page.

I ordered online to pizza hut but it showed error while making payment but my balance got deducted. Paid rs.580.66 to billdesknut at 8:59 pm. Wallet txn id:[protected] avail. Bal:rs.2231.18 and it's not yet refunded...
