      Dear sir,

      I would like to inform you that the welcome bus services is not responding to our phone calls. I was informed at 16.00hours that the said bus service is canelled since the bus has not arrived from shimla. They have asked us whether to book by an alternate bus with some added amount ie enhanced price. We said no and asked them to credit the money to our account. Even after 20 days tha amount has not been refunded. Please extend all possible support and process the matter to enable us to get the refund.

      axle but we did not get, it's almost 15
      hours journey from Manali to Delhi, the
      seats were not multi axle type, we
      contacted Anand holidays but they said
      that this is what we have, you have to
      travel by this bus only, it's totally
      cheating, fraud and forcing with
      customersnot only me, other passengers
      who are traveling also faced the same
      problem, they also complained but no
      resolution given to us. I would strongly
      say PAYTM not to list this type of fraud
      company unless and until verified by
      your side.

        Kindly stop transaction id 260812. Of amount 3000/- which is done by fraud call and where i has by mistake share otp to them on no. [protected].
        Actually this transaction is not done me personally and its done by unknown person on call from fake saying that they are from icici bank and i have to share otp, where i had shared my otp to neha unknown person which call from no [protected].

        After this i again called back to icici bank but they said we don't ask otp no. And then i had blocked my card

        Kindly don't supply anything on this above transaction id. Please stop and refund to my icici credit card.

          My registered number is [protected] & email ID is [protected]@gmail.com. I have paid my electricity bill (CESC) of amount Rs. 5830/- on 29.05.2017 but bill is still unpaid. Pytm had deducted this amount from my account. I had tried their helpline number but no use!

          I have requested them to refund this amount to my bank account through generating a ticket in the mobile app but did not get any response from them!

                Worst app ever never use paytm for buying anything
                It takes order and after 2-3 days automatically cancel the order by saying seller has cancelled the order
                My payment confirmation is awaited, My Paytm money 150 used from my wallet is deducted . I want to cancel the order and want my money back. And swear I will not use Paytm again. You usually do things like that. So please cancel my order.

                    Respected sir/madam,

                    This complaint w. r. t jio summer surprise offer recharge of rs 303-/- for my jio number where i have done the transaction on 07-april-2017 at 6:26 pm through jio app with paytm wallet. The transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 successful with wallet transaction id [protected] and DC transaction no [protected] and it is not yet updated in order history
                    The status is 'your order of Rs, 303 is successful' and still my jio number is did not get recharged.
                    I expect the transaction to be cancelled and i must get the refund of my cash.
                    And this is 3rd time I m writing this..

                        I placed an order for 2 packets ofbg03 test strips from paytm. I have paid for delivery charges also when i place the order. But when it receives i went to courier office which is 8 km from the delivery address that i gave to them. When i got the product it was having only 1 packet. And it seems like a sample bottle there was no covering no packet for the product. I gave request for the return they says to wait for 3 days. After that they say to send image everything. After 7 days they says to return back to the seller i return the product. I gave to them courier charge. They agree to pay it back. But when they got product the says my request for return of product is cancelled how is it possible. They are cheaters now i cant mail them paytm cheters
                        . Dont buy from paytm

                            Order no #[protected] (Trio cd40 n micro fiber and order no #[protected] ambrane p-1122 shipped through xpressbees has not been delivered to me however i got a message saying its delivered on 29/5/17 @ 6:49pm.

                            The address has remained the same and i have received my previous two orders via paytm to the same address without an issue.

                            I have enquired in the surrounding area with all neighbors and none of them have received it on my behalf.

                            This is a painful experience.
                            Kindly refund my money or send me the product immediately.
                            Maximum items not be sent by you as per selected order.i selected items as per showing items, but your order received other different items.maximum orders are not received as per selected order and many items are defected.now i aviod you online shopping.

                              Hello Team,

                              I made order of Bean Bag Refills 250 gms on 18thMay 2017. My order number is [protected]. Estimate delivery date is 24to27 May. I didn't receive product yet. When I am tracking of product status "server not found" error occurred.

                              I raised multiple tickets to paytm regarding such issues.

                              I have experience very bad service from paytm this time. Online shopping service is very bad comparatively other websites.

                                I have ordered voltas 1.5 ton split ac183 jy on 23rd may, 17. But till yet order is not dispatched and today i got an information from your side, that my order has been cancelled.

                                Am i looking fool?

                                You have already taken a week to deliver the product and today you no, we don't have this product. I am raising my query in consumer forum regarding your not acceptable service and your response.

                                One more thing, when i am calling you on your support number in shopping section, no one is receiving calls. I have been on hold for almost 35 minutes.

                                You are here to serve your customer, not putting them on "holds" for a long time.

                                      After being converted into paytm bank, on 27/05/2017 suddenly i got forced log out from my paytm account, and i was trying to login it was saying i am giving wrong password, but am sure that is my password. I called customer care on 28/05/17, they said wait for 30 mins it will be activated, it was not activated. Again i called them on 29th, they give me one complaint no. 30512507, and told me to give them photo copy of my govt ids. I submitted my adhar photocopy and pan photocopy, now they are asking for p2p transaction. I provide that by calling them this morning (30/05/17). Then also they are not unblocking it. I have approx 500/- in my paytm wallet. I want my account back or else money...
                                      I did not receive the refund back on cancellation of my train tkt which I had booked and cancelled thru Paytm...pls refund me my valuable money

                                        There are five different transactions had been done through my paytm wallet which were not done by me.
                                        1) may 27th at 13.54 hrs tnx no. [protected].
                                        2) may 27th at 14.51 hrs tnx no. [protected].
                                        3) may 27th at 15.21hrs txn. No.[protected]
                                        4) may 27th at 15.35 hrs txn. No. [protected].
                                        5) may 29th at 16.41hrs txn. No. [protected].

                                        Please help to get my money back. Almost 900 rs from my wallet had been used for above transactions. Also, i always get messages whenever paytm were used for any transactions. None of the above transaction detail were received by me on my phone. This is quite strange. Please resolve my problem.
