I have ordered mobile online through #paytm before 10 days and i have placed return for that same day due to damage item but till now i am getting same that we are talking with vendor waht the * company takes more then 10 days to talk with vendor i have send all the photos and video of damage product but they are not even responding. I am calling #paytm twice in a day from last 10 days.

[protected] this is my order id which i have ordered from my another email id which is [protected]@gmail.com and i have already send all the detail before 10 days and i am continuously following up with paytm but they are not giving any response to me.
And 30522955 this is my reference number.
Please give some proper responce.

I have send all the detail to "vikas" who was talking with me about this issue. I want some higher authorities of paytm must be in cc for my problem.

This is in regard to the concern return which you have registered with paytm against the order number [protected]. I can see that you are unhappy with your experience. I feel terrible you had to experience this. This situation is not ordinary and these incidents are not typical o[censored]s. We are very serious when it comes to our customer’s satisfaction and have a zero tolerance policy in this respect. Be assured that strict action will be taken against the responsible for this case. We will also take measures to avoid such instances in futureas per the system, there are multiple requests generated from your end for the same issue on the same order number.

We are already working on resolving this case for you under the ticket 30522955. Please take note of this. Meanwhile, we would be closing this duplicate case.

My reply

Yes i have initiated multiple request and i want you to continue with all my requests. As i am really frustrated with service this time.

I am not getting why it is taking more then 10 days to return one product. This is happening first time in my life that it takes so much time to return product. I have ordered so many times mobile on different website but paytm experience is really terrible.

All the time i am getting mail which have written it will take 24 to 48 hours to return but its already more then 300 hours. Please make it possible to pick the product with in 24 hours from now.

This time i am really frustrated with the paytm service. I am providing this detail for the 4th time i guess, but no issue with that the only problem is today its almost 10 days of my return request and i m not getting any update with my problem.

All the time i am getting the same we r closing your request due to multiple request. But no boddy is resolving my first request.

Pathetic worst experience and no curtesy for the customer, its take 10 days to talk with vendors for the returning product what rubbish. You are making customer foolish.

Talk me with your higher authorities you all are nonsense people for me who can not understand my problem. Is there anyone in your company who can understand customers request.

Shutdown your company if you dont know how to deal with customers.

I must say flipkart snapdeal amazon are far far far better the you guys #paytm.

    On 04/03/2017 at 7:00pm i was adding rs5000 to paytm account no. [protected] (Order id's are [protected], [protected]) from debit card, the money was deducted from bank but paytm showed me error. Till now the money didn't reflected to my bank. I have raised my complaints to paytm many times but they closed the complaint without my consent. Bank said the money is with paytm and paytm said it is reflected to bank. I request paytm to provide me full transaction detail of order id's [protected], [protected] pls provide the failure transaction so that i may contact bank for the refund

    *i repeat pls provide failure transaction of rs 5000 on 04/03/2017. Because whenever i say paytm to provide me detail they send me all successful transaction details and it misses the failure one so don't send without seeing. Atleast confirm the details before sending me something. It should be relevant atleast

      Can you please help me cancel an order i placed with paytm for a 2 wheeler? The delivery date is on 29th july which is 2 months away. I waited for a week when i tried reaching paytm for more than 2 or 3 times and they just copy paste the same email response each time. The customer care is pathetic as well as they say as per company policy they can't cancel this order. The dealers reached me today and i said i cant wait so long (More than 2 months) for the delivery and they were ready to cancel the product at a cancellation charge which is alright for me, but paytm does not allow me to do it. This is ridiculous considering the purchase is not a small one and i have spent 5500 to patym for no reason.

            I ordered an apple watch nike+ edition but i got the normal apple watch series 2 hite band, since like 5 days i'm keep complaining about this but no body is responding me and this paytm is not taking it back as well. I called them 4 times every one is saying sir give us time we will sort out the problem and you don't need to worry about this will be returned but they are very casual this is my hard n earn money and getting no responce. I would personally suggest people stop doing shopping from this site they are the big time scammers and never respond you well

              It has been more than 25 days ordered cancelled. But refund not received yet.

              Raised complaint trice but they closed the complaint without my consent.

              10500 has been blocked from last 25 days.

              Even they don't have any customer care number whom i should call.

              No service nothing. Nobody helping...

                I am a regular paytm patron. One of the parties i need to make monthly payments is rwa rajouri garden. I had to make a payment of rs 1200 to mobile no [protected]. There was an error as the number got wrongly typed as [protected]. The rwa complained of non receipt of subscription. Request immediate correction please. Subject payment id is [protected].
                Not able to pay a bill or rs 3 though I have a balance of rs 16.

                    I had booked my bus ticket today from a indore to mumbai through paytm. Ticket got booked and an amount of rs.1444 git deducted from my account. Immediately i received a msg that my booking has been failed and amount has been refunded. But i haven't received this amount yet. I will sue you if i don't get this amount soon. I won't hesitate to go to the consumer court. I have been trying to reach customer support but all the contact numbers are wrong!!! I want refund of whole amount of rs. 1444
                    Wanted to register a new mobile number. My mobile number has been deactivated. Please do the needful. New number needs to updated at paytm.

                      Very poor service they take money from customer and do delay in recharge and when the customer told them to cancel they dont do it due to their delay customer recharge from other source and they dont refund the money.                           I had booked a ticket of on 30 april, through rail connect app and had done payment through paytm option. But due to my personal issues i had cancell it. I had cancelled it 9 days before the date
                          Of journey. After 1 week i had checked my refund status, in that i had seen that my ticket is cancelled and the refund amout was transferred to paytmsdk bank. I did'nt
                          Get my refund back into my account. I have all my transactions id in irctc official
                          Website.
                          With the above ref. cited Rs.3961.50/- has been credited into your account from my Axis Bank A/C for the transaction of train booking in IRCTC website but not successful.
                          Kindly refund the amount at the earliest,

                            I've seen from SBI debit card *****5547, Rs 3030 has been deducted from 17.3.17 to 26.4.17, 7times through Google supercall & paytm mobile solution. But, I've checked, my order list and paytm passbook, these deductions are not showing, but deducted from my account. Please refund my money as early.

                              Hi, i bought a mirza charger for my sony experia, between 20-25 december'16. I received my product within few days and also it stopped working in less than a month. I contacted the distributor (As his details were available on the packaging) and he told me to check the wire & socket both. Whatever is not working, he, ll replace the same. For doing so, he told me to sms him my address, which i did twice or thrice (As i had to repeatedly call him to know the status of my complaint & each time i called, the distributor said either he is not in the office presently or the product is about to get dispatched.) one fine day, when i called, he informed that the product was dispatched n also it has come back. When i asked the reason & also when can i expect the delivery, he said he was clueless n delivering the product isn't his responsibility. I made a complaint to paytm regarding the same (Complaint no:[protected]. The company sent me a mail asking me the details, which i promptly shared. The people at customer service informed me that they will revert back within 2 days & also i can visit a samsung service center & get my product repaired. Till date inspite of my repeated followups & mail their is no response.

                                Hi,

                                While recharging to mobile from my paytm account number [protected] by mistake I selected coupon of Rs. 500.00 which is deducted from my paytm accoun. Kindly revert the coupon and issue my cash to my paytm number.
                                Paytm is providing most fraud services as there is no proper customer service.

                                Received so many fraud calls from Paytm asking for my card, cvv, otp details and they tried to charge me for Rs, 2912.00 from my bank account. I have all the proof of call recording with me. They are trying to fraud us with all fraud services. I trust Paytm is number one in providing fraud services.

                                If I have power really I will make this Paytm services will be closed
                                I had booked pizza from Paytm at 0639pm on 02 Jun 17, till time items couldn't delivered, I had lodged complain to Domino pizza, they said we didn't receive any order fm ur side, plz contact Paytm. ₹250deducted fm my wallet. Paytm order ID is [protected], My refund request is ₹250& call charges for Paytm CC approx₹150.

                                  I am asking for return request for pants i ordered through paytm but for one only its generated and m trying for last three days in every possible ways but no response today evening i got a call from paytm customer care number [protected] he asked my card details i believed because the call is from paytm i gave my details. He told that he reverse the payment but what happen is they taken 2512rs from my account i recieved the below message

                                  I want a solution for this

                                  I am struggling to get refund but there is no proper customer care number no reply for my mails to [protected]@paytm.com i send more than 12 mails no reply at last m getting call from paytm customer care number and that too fraud call they looted 2500 from my account. I beleieved as it was paytm customer care but that too fraud.

                                      I have done shopping on paytm with having offer of cash back coupon code for electricity bill payment. After around a month when I didn't received the code i sent them mail for the code. They send me some incorrect code which was not working. It was showing that the code has been already used. On further complaint they send me different code. Again the same problem. That code was incorrect code. I am following up with their customer care team since past one month but getting no proper support.They are now saying that you don't meet terms n conditions without proper reason that which term and conditions they are talking about. They are not even properly replying on call telling that you will get response in 72 hours. This is going for a month and still i am not getting any proper response.

                                      I have all logs detail in my mail with all proper screenshots for this issue and all improper mails from paytm.

                                        I was recharge on my dth last night but the recharge is attempt on wronge number by mistake and i register my complaint on there site but no one can reply on it and i tried all the customer care number available on net but all the no. Are wronge number
