    I used paytm today to book movie ticket vide booking id 129479 for sachin for 1.30 show for tomorrow. While booking i was intended to book ticket for inox mall, noida city centre but by mistake i booked for inox msx mall, swaran nagri, greater noida which is far off from my place. I called customer service and expressed them my problem and requested them to either cancel my booking and refund or transfer my booking to inox mall, noida city centre but they have only one standard answer that now nothing can be done. My concern is why paytm dont have any solution for this problem, mistake can happen. It seems it is a serious breach of customer satisfaction and compliance issue if they believe in customer satisfaction. I request u to look into this matter asap and do the needful

      Sir i booking tickets of movie and the promocode of rupee1000 was apply and after the movie tickets time paytm say we don't give cashback and they say plzz read terms and conditions of code there is no terms and conditions of promocode in paytm site paytm did. Not give cashback of rupee 1000 and in promo code the can write ur cashback is added in 24 hours

        I had two paytm accounts linked to my two different mai ids. However, i wanted to merge these tow accounts into one and as per instruction provided by paytm - these accounts are merged and now i can only access one / new paytm account using mail id / mobile number linked to it.
        But after merger of accounts my worry come to live - as i did not see money linked to old account and it seems the account have been merged but the money has not been transferred to new account.
        I had balance in my Paytm wallet. but now I am unable to login my account and no link I found to reset the password. I think this is serious issue raise it against Rbi and also in consumer court.
        because I think this is a big forgery type matter and also harrasment of customers

        In which I had balance and also had 3 gm gold in digital mode. but now I m unable to login it and there is no verification link in mail id and there is no solution on help desk so this is panic for all Paytm customers and harrasment.
        pls find out the solution or file a legal complain against Paytm.

                    I have very bad experience (Do not buy): kobosports.com

                    The product delivers damage condition.
                    No one come for installation or any manual guide.
                    I assemble with a local technician.
                    After 10-day machine sparked and completely dead.

                    I am trying to communicate seller as well as paytm but both are not responding last 10 days.
                    Treadmill still warranty but no one listens.
                    So its totally waste of money.
                    Never buy with pay.

                      Yesterday i try to login my account, but cant able to login again i register paytm payment bank through website again i got loged in. But my existing transection details and order details and my wallet amount all are not reflecting in my account. I try to call the customer care no like chennai, delhi and website mentioned no all as says out of service. And i send the mail to customer care mail id also. But no one response my mail like [protected]@paytm.com, [protected]@one97.com, paytm.
                      Why they are not responding.

                      They try to cheating customer?
                      Same thing happen with mre yesterday. My wallet no. Is [protected]

                        Hi,
                        From 24 May 2017 morning i can't able to access my paytm account. when i am go raise support ticket about this then after 2 hours i got a mail for more detail, instantly i had replied it mail with snapshot of my application but still not get any reply or call from support team. also i had try for call on number which is available on paytm site "Customer Care (24X7):[protected]", it's just ringing IVR, no way to reach till executive.

                        My problem
                        1) I am try to login with right credential but still get validation of wrong credential
                        2) Then i had try for forgot passworrd link. but site say me reset password link sent on mobile number and email but not received anything in mail or sms.
                        3) And in paytm have 5000 Rs balance.
                        4) I had attach my app snapshot below the form. and my registered mobile number with paytm is [protected].

                        please take actions and revert me.

                          I have purchased dlink router from paytm, now the router is not working and it is still in warranty. I need to download the invoice from paytm to claim the warranty but i'm not able to access my paytm account. I tried to call their customer care and i lost all my balance. I even mailed them about my issue but no response. I don't know what to do, please raise this issue asap.

                            Dear team,

                            Paytm has charged me rs. 500 on account of shipping fee but they are saying the i will have to pick up the product in person from the store. Product is honda activa which i have bought on 26th april 2017.

                            My concern is... Why they have charged shipping fee of rs. 500 if i had to pick that in person.

                            I am also sharing the invoice stating the shipping fee of 500 (Incl taxes)

                              On May 21 we received a message from Paytm that Since One97 Communication is transferring business to Paytm Payments Bank I had an option opt out of Paytm. So on the same day I wrote them an email expressing my desire to opt out and transfer my balance in the wallet, to my Bank Account.

                              Paytm ignored my message and responded only when I cautioned them that I will report to RBI. But their response had no relevance or reference on how to opt out. Till this day they have not co-operated.

                              Meanwhile, my Paytm App asks for registered mobile no. and password on exercising any Menu option. On entering these it gives a message 'Invalid...'.

                              On using 'Forgot Password' to get the Reset Link, the App says that an email/SMS has been sent. However, no email/sms arrives. So password Reset is not possible either.

                              I am not able to use the wallet and over Rs. 13, 000/- are stuck in there.

                              Paytm does not respond to emails either. It is as if you are writing to a wall.

                              While Govt Of India is propagating digital payments do they realize what a common man is going through dealing with Paytm? RBI has even gone and given this company a 'Payments Bank' licence.

                              We expect an immediate action on our desire to opt out of this cheat. Or, we will legally escalate our complaint to any lengths we have to. We cannot be robbed like this. And we will ensure that we are redressed.

                                  Calling customer care is a nightmare as it just let you move forward if you have lost your phone?
                                  Also when we enter our registered mobile no : [protected] it says it is not registered. Seems like my account is inactive?

                                  An update : please send mail to [protected]@ paytm.com about this issue. Our accounts are deactivated as we have opted out of payments bank as per the message from One97 comms and hence our accounts are closed. I have got a mail from them asking my account details to transfer my money into my bank. I hope they resolve it soon

                                  My mobile is Microsoft Lumia 640 XL and having windows application Though I downloaded Paytm in my mobile and Barcode is also available but other required icons like payment options are not available due to which I am unable to use the same .                                   Hi MUTTAL, Windows phone does not support a lot of apps, Paytm might be one of them. Please check if the app is supported by your phone. If not please use the website through desktop or internet explorer of your mobile with your registered no. You may also call Paytm customer care for more details or rasie a separate consumer complains under Microsoft Lumia.

                                      I ordered one Hitachi 601 L Double Door Refrigerator R-VG610PND3 vide order number [protected] on 21/04/2017 which got delivered at my address on 27/04/2017 and the carton was opened and also upon checking the refrigerator quantity was 565 litre instead of 601 litre as ordered. Even the product description stated that product is of 601 litre and also does its invoice.

                                      But instead of repeated reminders and emails no response has been received from their side. They are not returning the product nor refunding the amount paid.
