From 24 May 2017 morning i can't able to access my paytm account. when i am go raise support ticket about this then after 2 hours i got a mail for more detail, instantly i had replied it mail with snapshot of my application but still not get any reply or call from support team. also i had try for call on number which is available on paytm site "Customer Care (24X7):[protected]", it's just ringing IVR, no way to reach till...

I have purchased dlink router from paytm, now the router is not working and it is still in warranty. I need to download the invoice from paytm to claim the warranty but i'm not able to access my paytm account. I tried to call their customer care and i lost all my balance. I even mailed them about my issue but no response. I don't know what to do, please raise this issue asap....

Paytm has charged me rs. 500 on account of shipping fee but they are saying the i will have to pick up the product in person from the store. Product is honda activa which i have bought on 26th april 2017.

My concern is... Why they have charged shipping fee of rs. 500 if i had to pick that in person.

I am also sharing the invoice stating the shipping fee of 500 (Incl taxes)...

On May 21 we received a message from Paytm that Since One97 Communication is transferring business to Paytm Payments Bank I had an option opt out of Paytm. So on the same day I wrote them an email expressing my desire to opt out and transfer my balance in the wallet, to my Bank Account.

Paytm ignored my message and responded only when I cautioned them that I will report to RBI. But their response had no relevance or reference...

Calling customer care is a nightmare as it just let you move forward if you have lost your phone?

I ordered one Hitachi 601 L Double Door Refrigerator R-VG610PND3 vide order number [protected] on 21/04/2017 which got delivered at my address on 27/04/2017 and the carton was opened and also upon checking the refrigerator quantity was 565 litre instead of 601 litre as ordered. Even the product description stated that product is of 601 litre and also does its invoice.

First of all i didn't get the product in paytm packaging. So i can't believe that it is sent be paytm.
Secondly, packing is of courier company which never have whether ordered from any site.
Third, the price on packing is rs 3.61 and i have paid rs 700
Fourth, paytm was showing processing and estimated delivery from 27 to 30 may till 24 may 2017 and i have Rwceived that order on[protected]. Paytm have updated it status...

I never received the Symphony air cooler I ordered from Paytm despite many calls I made them. Order was dated 11th May.
When I track item on their courier partner Delhivery site: It says that item was never picked up (status updated on 19th may)

But according to Paytm item was shipped (on 17th May) but they don't have any tracking details to show....

I purchase a dell e1916 hv led monitor 18.5 inch from paytm mall application and applied promocode lit1000 but no cash back of 1000 received please send my cash back as soon as possible i also have a complaint about your toll free no that not work and paid customer care no. Waits a lot but no one attend and lot of money waste please resolve all matter...

My account [protected] showing not registered from 23rd May whereas there was around 6000 in wallet. I cannot even login or request for password change as there are no links which are coming from where I can change my password and login. To add to this pathetic situation, there are no on-call support, the email response team is too reluctant and doesnt even bother to reply....

plz help it was just 132 rs but if I stored 500 rs then what is guaranty of money safety...
