I purchase a dell e1916 hv led monitor 18.5 inch from paytm mall application and applied promocode lit1000 but no cash back of 1000 received please send my cash back as soon as possible i also have a complaint about your toll free no that not work and paid customer care no. Waits a lot but no one attend and lot of money waste please resolve all matter...

My account [protected] showing not registered from 23rd May whereas there was around 6000 in wallet. I cannot even login or request for password change as there are no links which are coming from where I can change my password and login. To add to this pathetic situation, there are no on-call support, the email response team is too reluctant and doesnt even bother to reply....

I want's to register complaint against pay tm app I stored 132 rs in paytm wallet remove money last day 23 may 2017 log out itself
when I tried to log in I forgot my pass word I tried to reset my pass word I didn't received any link I unable to call to customer care helpline but it was useless
plz help it was just 132 rs but if I stored 500 rs then what is guaranty of money safety...

I book the ticket in irctc, that uses paytm payment gateway on 11th may. Ticket was not booked but money got deducted which not refunded till now. Irctc shows as refunded. I want my money back so please refund my money.

UTS Wallet not credited
I have recharged UTS wallet on 24 May 2017 for Rs.100, total 100.29 Rs. debited from my IDBI Bank account to recharge the same but no amount get credit in UTS wallet

I was made assured that money will be refunded within 24-48 hours and is been 20 days, there is no resolution.

Paytm is fake, and its customer care is worst. There is not even a toll free number.

I am using paytm since 2 years. Few days back i added rs. 5000 to paytm wallet. Now on 23rd may suddenly logged out automatically from paytm app and i am not able to log in. Tried several times. Even they are not sending me link to reset password. Even their 24/7 customer care numbers are not valid.
I have sent emails as well but no respond. This issue should be solved as those are my hard earned money.
