My paytm wallet have rs.7100. I want to transfer this amount to my bank account. I login and i click to transfer. Then i got sms from paytm that your amount transfered to bank account and transaction id is [protected] on[protected]
But i did not enter my bank details in paytm. So i request to cancel the transaction via mail. I send that details to [protected]@paytm.com. My maild id is jayan. [protected]@gmail.com

    I have paytm account with

    This account is active from last 3 years. And now from 23rd may'17, i am unable to login to my account. It is saying invalid username and password.. And when i tried to do forgot my password.. They are not sending any reset password... I tried to contact them through customer care number.. There is no executive to attend.. They always tell we will get back to you.. But no one contacted.. I have send email to cybercell of paytm 24 hrs back. They have raise a ticket with ticket number 30170955 but they have not resolved it.. Through my firends account, i have registered my problem with another query number i. E. 30171992. But they have not attended this too.

    I have active wallet money in my account.. And i need access to my own money.. If they cannot give me access to my wallet then they should atleast transfer this money to my linked account.

    This is the active statement for the month of April linked to the same mobile number and email id which proves my case that my account is active on paytm... now also i got call and they are fooling me by asking my cvc number of atm card and they are telling if you will give cvc number of your atm then only we will transfer your balance to account.. otherwise they will not transfer money to my account...

    Who asks for CVC number to pay into my account... They are fooling their loyal customers.

    They are calling again and again and speaking in harsh language and forcing me to provide them cvc number..There are strict guidelines from bank for not sharing these details then how they can ask for such privileged information. They can simply transfer this money into the bank account associated with this account but they are not doing that..

    This was not expected from them at all... worst customer support ever received form any wallet

    i agree with you diksha... as they are telling ki we have opted out of paytm payment bank.. so our accounts are deactivated but the problem is this that they are not providing any solution and in case they want to deactivate account they should transfer our balance to our accounts linked to our bank account.. but they are not doing that also...

    From the time i have posted my concern online... i am getting some fishing calls... they are asking for card number, expiry and cvc num...

    It is advised to all not to share... that will deppen our burden.. may be they will hack our account...

    I agree with you sir. I am facing the same issue since 23may and the customer care executive calls and ask for all the details of our card which seems irrelavant and fraudulent.

    Looks like our accounts are inactive ! Ye paytm bank ke aane k baad hua h !! Some bug ?? Fraud?? Not sure but inka customer care is very bad. I will make sure none of my near and dear one use this site any more
    Have you guys tried sending out a mail at [protected]@paytm.com. I suggest you do that. I got a reply from them to transfer my money in my bank account. And they are asking the valid details like bank account and IFSC code which is necessary to transfer the amount and not the card details like these fraud calls from unknown ppl(since this forum is open to all I think people are looking at it and calling us as we have updated out contact details here as well ).
    same thing also done with me. ek bar mail me reply aaya ki detail me snapshot ke sath problem describe karo to maine problem send kiya magar bad me koi reply nahi aya.

        First of all i didn't get the product in paytm packaging. So i can't believe that it is sent be paytm.
        Secondly, packing is of courier company which never have whether ordered from any site.
        Third, the price on packing is rs 3.61 and i have paid rs 700
        Fourth, paytm was showing processing and estimated delivery from 27 to 30 may till 24 may 2017 and i have Rwceived that order on[protected]. Paytm have updated it status to deliverd on 25 may 2017.
        Fifth according to paytm i could track the product from 15 may 2017 but it shows empty page, not the tracking detail.
        Sixth, product should consist one adapter and one 64gb class 10 memory card according to paytm, but in actual it consist only adapter when i receive the product.
        Seventh, on the packing the name of product is always mentioNed as on the site but on this packing it consist only memory card not full name as on site.
        Eigth, product was ordered on 11 may but on packaging ordered date is 12 may 2017.

        Try to solve my problem. I am too tensed regarding this as it will be direct loss to me of rs 700 which i have borrowed from others.
        Help me either to get my actual product or refund which i have paid for the product.

        I have submitted many complaints to paytm for their product and make a complain on indian consumer complain forum also regarding my paytm issue of order no. [protected]. Today on 26 may 2017 i have received a call from the paytm customer care no [protected] on my mobile no. [protected]. They asked to provide debit card detail to make refund and i have provided him my friends debit card detail AMD contact no also. He get a call from same paytm customer care no on his no .[protected] and they asked for confirmatiom of debit card as well taken an oto from him and deducted 2500 balance from his account. I have the messages sent by him which he received and balance was deducted. Please help.me out to get my balance back.
        Please take some action against paytm. They are deceiving the customers and blicking their accounts without reason. Its totally fraud company. They have cheated me by providing an empty package having only adapter of price rs 3.61 instead of 64gb memory card and adapter for which i have paid rs 700. Its direct loss of rs 696.39 as well i have wasted my money by contacting customer care too. I have send many mails regarding my complain, problem, query as well the proof they required to investigate regarding my complain. Even then they are not ready to accept they have deceived me and not refunding my money. Its a fraud company not trustworthy any more.

            I never received the Symphony air cooler I ordered from Paytm despite many calls I made them. Order was dated 11th May.
            When I track item on their courier partner Delhivery site: It says that item was never picked up (status updated on 19th may)

            But according to Paytm item was shipped (on 17th May) but they don't have any tracking details to show. And now, I have cancelled the order on 22nd May (2 days after last promised delivery date) and they are not refunding the money (as item is still to reach the seller according to Paytm). The same item which was never picked up, how can it reach again. Paytm's system is faulty as I confirmed with Delhivery (Paytm's courier partner) on phone that item was not picked up.

            Paytm website clearly states that in case of any issue with the order, they will refund the money immediately.

            They don't give satisfactory replies on emails and phone by either discarding the request as duplicate or saying that you will get your refund when item reaches seller. (The same item which was not picked up according to their tracking number given).

              I purchase a dell e1916 hv led monitor 18.5 inch from paytm mall application and applied promocode lit1000 but no cash back of 1000 received please send my cash back as soon as possible i also have a complaint about your toll free no that not work and paid customer care no. Waits a lot but no one attend and lot of money waste please resolve all matter

                My account [protected] showing not registered from 23rd May whereas there was around 6000 in wallet. I cannot even login or request for password change as there are no links which are coming from where I can change my password and login. To add to this pathetic situation, there are no on-call support, the email response team is too reluctant and doesnt even bother to reply.

                Hi,

                To inform, I got a call from [protected] within minutes I made this complaint, stating that the person is from Paytm. He asked for the credentials to login. I denied the password of paytm. He then asked for the email id. Once I shared the email Id, he went on to change the email credentials, asked me to provide the OTP. I somehow by mistake shared the OTP and saw within the next minute that my google password was changed and a message came up in my mobile. I then quickly changed the password before he could manipulate my account, not sure if he got some useful info out already. He was using a Samsung J7 to login to my account. Now my question goes is this site genuine or fraud? And even if he is a company person, he should have a designated personal system to login to customer data and not a mobile phone. I feel this site is not secure, and misguiding people.

                      My order id is, i purchased a air tickets on 15.5.17, this is new delhi to bali (Indonesia) round trip ticket.
                      But some my personal issue. I was miss my flight on[protected] amritsar to bali.
                      Next days i was cancle my booking.
                      And i was submit my cancel and refund reques. I have a email from paytmcare. They write in email within five days your refund will be credit in your wallet.
                      But till time no any amount havehave
                      Credit in my paytm and bank account
                      I have already submitted the pictures and required documents via email.

                      I was made assured that money will be refunded within 24 hours and is been 8 days, there is no solution.

                      Paytm is fake, and its customer care is worst. There is not even a toll free number.

                      Please refund my money.

                        UTS Wallet not credited
                        I have recharged UTS wallet on 24 May 2017 for Rs.100, total 100.29 Rs. debited from my IDBI Bank account to recharge the same but no amount get credit in UTS wallet

                            Hi,
                            I am Ravindranath, I mistakenly transferred 400 rupees through PAYTM to [protected] instead of [protected]. when I transferred and realized it was a wrong person. I called to that person first he said yes I received amount and he said he will transfer back to me after a half an hour. when I call next time he is not responding to me. I agree I made a mistake from my side. However the person is not authorized to use the money which is credited mistakenly. Its a illegal offense. Banks would give us a solution for these kind of cases. As same I request you to please check and do the need full. Hoping I would get my money back.

                              My order id is [protected], i purchased a laptop on 8.5.17, in which battery and charger was missing.
                              I have already submitted the pictures and required documents via email.

                              I was made assured that money will be refunded within 24-48 hours and is been 20 days, there is no resolution.

                              Paytm is fake, and its customer care is worst. There is not even a toll free number.

                              Please refund y money or send me another laptop.

                                I have registered a complaint with paytm on 5th may 2017, on the same date on which someone conned me for over Rs.12000/- claiming to be calling from paytm. stating that the KYC is incomplete and will block the entire amount which is there in the paytm wallet unless complete the KYC and would have to use bank as a guarantee, also took the bank information and tried transactions of 20000/, 10000, and 10000, and also took out 1100 Rs from my bank. The company (Paytm) so far has been highly irresponsible in replying back on the complain. For that matter they haven't even acknowledge the complain by even responding to my emails or phone calls.I have called them several times, however they have not been able to resolve it yet.the complain number provided by them is :28850581 on may 5th 2017. I would like to have the entire amout back to my wallet.

                                  On 17th May, I sent INR 5000 to a person from whom I had bought a cooler. The 'passbook' page in my Paytm app shows that the paytm attempted the transaction twice but failed. Then it tried the third time and my money was successfully sent. I have the order id: QRC22D7ED10FED8FAB. The successful transaction doesn't appear in the merchant's phone, the two failed transactions appear in his phone, but the third successful transaction doesn't appear in his app. I wrote to paytm about it and called. Haven't got a response from the team yet. I request a refund from paytm so that I can pay the person. Or that paytm pay the merchant on my behalf for the same amount so that it can be settled.

                                    I transferred an aount of 273 fro my paytm wallet back to y account which was linked. Its been 48 days since then, and no sign of credit to my account. Paytm is not responding to my queries too.
                                    I had further requested them to atleast credit it back to my account. Absolutely no response
                                    It created breach of trust, which would further provoke me to canvass this to my near and dear ones. To avoid such things, please take necessary actions

Sir aaj mere app me mujhe automatic logout kar diya hai tatha jb main login krne ki kosis krta hu to INVALID/Incorrect User Name or Password show kr rha hai tatha mujhe login nhi hone de rha hai tatha maine Password Reset ke liye Mobile number enter krke 2 bar link hetu request dal di hai tatha e-mail ID enter krke bhi request dal di hai lekin abhi tak mujhe link bhi prapt nahi hua hai. Mera aapse nivedn hai ki mere matter me lookout kare ewam mere pas aap abhi call kare ewam mere login issue ke matter ko abhi short out/solve kare,
