I am not able to login into paytm
A notification came again & again that enter valid no without any reason
Then i have created account and a new account is open how its possible because its already exist with same no & email
Also my wallet balance become zero
It show i have not done any transaction but in notification not match with it
Kindly help me

      Sir/madam,
      My friend had send me rs.5000 through paytm on 11 may. But still i haven't received it.[protected] is reference number. I'm checking balance regularly.
      Please check it and reply as early as possible. Also i went to bank they said to talk with paytm customer care only.
      And if i'm not getting response i'll make sure that your service is getting closed permanently.

        I ordered sshd of 500gb for rs 4920 with order no[protected] with emi option but later i came to know they have directly debited the whole amount. Later i cancelled the order than they are transfering the amount to my wallet and now they are saying to mail amd request them for transfering the same amount in cc card.

        Kindly request paytm to transfer my refund to credit card.

          I have ordered a sofaset and it resembles completely different from the picture. It is looking like a gunny bag with jute filled and is very hard too. Request you to replace the product or return the money back and I am very disappointed with the product delivered by Paytm. The product is damaged and want for the immediate cash to be returned back to my account.

                As i cancelled my order with quikr and paid that amount through paytm, yet quikr ll provide me amount after a week in my wallet. Pawytm is going to be linked with n\bank by tomorrow. I don't want my wallet being linked with bak. I already send mail at [protected]@paytm.com, but couldn't get any reply for the same. Kindly provide me the updates regarding my refund amount in what mode it ll be, also provide me the update about wallet and paytm bank account transformation.

                      I'd booked a Ticket from IRCTC using Paytm wallet and IRCTC deducted ₹10, 215 and latter one deducted ₹10, 426 both shown in the images. When i cancelled the book as per the IRCTC policy they deducted ₹65/person as i had booked 3 tickets means as per IRCTC ( ₹10, 215 - ₹195 ) gives me ₹10, 020 but the actual money was deducted ₹10, 426 which means i should get ₹10, 231instead of ₹10, 020. Why?

                          I have booked a rail ticket in IRCTC and paid using my credit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                          Whenever I check my Refund status, it shows refunded to PAYTMAG.

                              Dear paytm,
                              You are doing fraud activity. Many cases has filed against you. But you are not solving any cases. If this fraudulent activity is continue then we need to take any legal steps to resolve public issue.
                              One case is belong to me, the case is that -
                              I has ordered the laptop "hp pavilion au111tx" (Vide order id.[protected]) 5 month ago and paid the lumpsum amount (Rs. 53, 089) via credit card at the same time. Due to the defects in the product i applied for the replacement of the same.
                              After one week from the delivery, laptop was duly returned to paytm. Further after one week the laptop was replaced with a wrong product (Vide order no. [protected]) hp ay019tu worth rs. 31000. I was completely dissatisfied, and made a request for the return/ refund of the product.
                              Till a week, no response was given to my mails. Further a week later the courier boy refused to take the product back as he argued that the confirmation is needed for the said wrong product. Now the product is lying with me unused.
                              Kindly resolve the matter in 48 hour or i will need to file case against you. If you not resolve this matter then our team need to take action and need to punish you and may be need to take action against you app (Paytm).

                                I was booked 2 tickets in IRCTC via paytm gateway using my credit card. It has been debited from my account 900rs but it seems reservation failed. IRCTC transaction status shows IRCTC refunded amount to paytmga bank but still I'm not receiving my refund amount from paytm bank. IRCTC transaction id: [protected].

                                      I have ordered (Order ID - [protected]) a Coffee Table on 20th April, 2017 back and paid the full amount of Rs. 4990 in advance. But till date i have not received a confirmation from company side on when the table would be delivered. I have raise several complaints with the support team, but none of them have given a proper response. Initially at the time of ordering time for delivery of the product was 20 days, thereafter they said they would deliver by 20th May, 2017. But till now no confirmation has come on when the delivery would happen despite repeated mails from my side.
