I have an account of Paytm service but on 23may my account deactivated 1000rs in my account i try to login but fail but sign up new customer on same no. It was activated but my refund is not given my number is [protected] please help us to solve this problem

Your a/c xxxx752091is debited by rs. 8499.00for paytm-[protected]/paytm/thru net banking - ref:[protected]/05/2017 13:15- indian bank. This message came is while i am shopaaz online shopping.com.. I ordered 3s prime mobile i paid 8499 i paid via netbanking. Automatically cancelled my order not refund money on 07/3/17. Pls help me

I am using paytm since 2 years. Few days back i added rs. 5000 to paytm wallet. Now on 23rd may suddenly logged out automatically from paytm app and i am not able to log in. Tried several times. Even they are not sending me link to reset password. Even their 24/7 customer care numbers are not valid.
I have sent emails as well but no respond. This issue should be solved as those are my hard earned money.
Please solve the issue and refund the money.

Paytm is a fraud on many counts...1.they hold unaccounted money, mine included..2 no grievance redressal, 3.cash back is a scam.4.their movie discount or free tickets is a scam, no picture hall owner accepts it.

I have got a offer from PAYTM promotion camp on our office that if I upgrade KYC of my PAYTM account then I will get a offer of RC220. So that I have upgrade with KYC by Adhar card online in front of your exicutive on 22nd, May, 2017. Also your executive said that after got the congratulation msg I will get Rs220 cash back with use promo code VIP10 on any recharge even Rs 10 also.
Now my concern is
1) KYC not upgraded in my number and there is show my adhar number already used. then I have entered my voter id details manually
2) I have paid postpaid bill of Rs200 but KYC offer benefit not received.
Many of our colleagues are facing this issue. Please check and do the needful.

Try to access paytm wallet but always getting the following message:

The issue was with color (Description in website didnot match the item delivered and fit was not proper"however the customer care rejected stating size is as per description and didnot bother to address the colour issue
The return category selected was"wrong item delivered"

The customer care didn't listen the issue and kept on giving fake reasons for no return.

Request for return and refund.

I can buy legging 399 & shipping charge 59 so paytm should apolozise not deliver my product & they message me i have refund ur money but money is not transfer to my bank

My paytm wallet is not running.. When I want to pay any transaction.. Always I receive a msg transaction failed your wallet not work. So plz give me solution because I need.. I'm phacing many problem after that... Plzz solve it. When I purchase any thing how can pay now a days every where dimand cash less paytm pay so I very uncomfortable.

I had purchased a pair of shoes (Order no.[protected]) from paytm however the payment failed, so i tried again but somehow missed to put the promo code. So i wrote an enquiry to paytm that if i can get the benefit of the promo code. I got a reply from mr. Ajeet that as an exceptional case i will get the benefit of the code i. E. Cash back of inr 4874. Then i asked when i will get the cash back, i got a reply that when the return policy is over then i will get the cashback. After the return policy was over wrote an email asking about the cashback i got an email refusing to give as a have not applied the code. If i would have been told the truth that i will not get the cashback at all then i would not have purchased the product at all and would have cancelled the order. To make sure that i do not cancel the order they told me that will get the cashback only after return policy is over. I should get rs. 4874 plus compensation of telling lie from paytm

Dear Sir!. I got a money of Rs.9980 from a person his mobile number:[protected], to my Paytm Accept account No: [protected] on Sunday dated 21.05.2017. The amount received in my Paytm account. The same amount i tried to transfer to my HDFC Bank account, The money transferring is failed due to some technical issue.The wallet Transaction ID is [protected].. Kindly resolve this issue and make way for getting the amount in my Bank account as soon as possible.

My Paytm account has been completely hacked or merged with unknown as no data left inside my account and am unable to retrieve any of my personal, older details, past transactions, history, my wallet balance, past order receipts, like nothing is present and available to view on the portal. I am totally shocked to experience the Paytm of this sort. My privacy and security is at stake now...Not sure what went wrong and occurred any issue but needs to be addressed on priority.

I had booked flight through GoAir and paid through PayTm, once i paid directly through the GoAir website, it wasn't successful so for the second time i put money to my paytm wallet and then tried to pay this time also it said that the transaction failed, both times the money got deducted from bank account but i called GoAir and they told me that they haven't received through paytm and told me to check with the bank, even the bank personnel told me they haven't received any amount from paytm. I have been waiting for my refund since 2 months and called paytm many times all they tell me they don't have sufficient details.Unhappy with the service Paytm :( wouldn't recommend to anyone.I am not the only person facing this issue please resolve this as soon as possible or i'll have to take serious action.

A notification came again & again that enter valid no without any reason
Then i have created account and a new account is open how its possible because its already exist with same no & email
Also my wallet balance become zero
It show i have not done any transaction but in notification not match with it
