    I have ordered (Order ID - [protected]) a Coffee Table on 20th April, 2017 back and paid the full amount of Rs. 4990 in advance. But till date i have not received a confirmation from company side on when the table would be delivered. I have raise several complaints with the support team, but none of them have given a proper response. Initially at the time of ordering time for delivery of the product was 20 days, thereafter they said they would deliver by 20th May, 2017. But till now no confirmation has come on when the delivery would happen despite repeated mails from my side.

      I am gora from west bengal. I unable to login my paytm account...
      Few days ago i deposited 5000/- in paytm wallet from my canara bank
      Account. After that i forgot my paytm password and i tried several
      Times with a wrong password therefore my paytm account is temporarily
      Blocked. After that i contacted a paytm customer care executive and i
      Was asked to send the last transaction record from my passbook. As per
      The telephonic conversation i am sending the transaction statement
      From canara bank passbook in pdf.

      I request you to solve the issue.

        Hi.. on 5th april I had receive 14400 through another paytm account. Later my account got blocked due to login issues later when I got it sorted my wallet had only 57rs. When I checked my passbook it said withdrawn against dispute. I need my money back. Pls help I'm tired of paytm customer care being very careless. Paytm customer service is worst they font receive the call or reply in time for the mails. I need my 14400 back pls help me.

          I made two recharges from paytm and both were not what they promised.
          1) what was the deal on paytm - 200rs full talktime
          What i got - 170.91 rs of tt
          2) deal on paytm - 99rs for 250mb 3g data
          What i got - 550 mb 2g data.

          Kindly rectify your mistake.
          This i dont expect from a big enterprise like you...

              We had booked the purple volvo bus through paytm and at the time of travelling purple had provided mini volvp bus.
              On may 21st, we were going to travel by volvo purple. Really shame on purple bus group. This was the worst service provided by them. You are charging for volvo and providing such mini bus which are provided by our IT companies within pune with free of cost. Many ladies with their babies and some pregnant women were travelling by this congested mini bus even I was with my baby. You are the worst. Will never book your bus again. Shame on you...

              And I am complaining for paytm because paytm is also responsible for dealing with such frodulent bus services. Really shame on purple bus and paytm as well.

                We booked three tickets which, by some circumstances failed to processed. Book my show sent a message that the refund have been submitted to Paytm. As per now, 12days, no refund have been received on Paytm account. On behalf that the helpline no said that it will be refunded in 7 working days.

                  Today i had to recharge my relaince mobile no. By rs.196..
                  But due to hurry i typed 194 rs while paying by paytm.
                  My phone got recharged by wrong figure..
                  I was a roaming recharge which i of no use for me. It is by mistake that the amount i wrote was not correct..
                  Kindly look into this matter and refund that amount to my paytm wallet. Im your regular paytm customer..

                    On 17th may I added Rs 7500 in my wallet, later on 18th may at 1:45 A.M, Rs 120.5 was deducted under uber ride which I didn't book.
                    I am a regular user of paytm but if I have to face such issues I wont be able to continue to be a user of your services, neither would i recommend it to any one.

                                Ticket id: 29603827, i have complained about my order laptop (Order id:[protected]) is defective and asked for replacement. I was told in 24 hrs revert will come. Since 3 days i have called 10 times and i didnt get any status.
                                Plz take it on priority. I don't understand why is it taking so much time to decide for replacement of product.

                                    Today[protected] I done below two transaction of Recharge Idea Mobile and I didn't get the mobile recharged yet

                                    1. Rs. 349/- on mobile [protected] with ID : [protected] at 8:58 am

                                    2. Rs. 13/- on mobile [protected] with ID : [protected] at 9:02 am

                                    I did another transaction of Rs. 110/- on mobile [protected] at 7:48 am, it was success and when go to recharge it is showing in history, but of those above mentioned Idea transactions not shown history list also.

                                    When I talk to customer care 15-20 mins back, the representative we attended call, not giving proper response but she telling that I have contact Idea people.

                                    When I paid to PayTM (which I had been using for lost 2/3 years) and I did't pay through Idea site, how I can ask them.

                                    Pl sort out the problem and see that my benefit to be credited or money to credit back to my account.

                                      Yesterday I was booking a train ticket from Bengaluru Cant to Mirzapur via Paytm (Online). Booking was not confirmed and a message flashed saying NO BOOKING DONE. But money got deducted from my Paytm wallet.
                                      I looking for refund of the deducted amount back into my Paytm wallet

                                        I have booked two tickets from irctc website through my sbi net banking.I cancelled the tickets on 12 may 2017.Cancelled amount of 180rs refunded on 16 may 2017 to paytmsdk.But my paytm walletshows 0 balence.My trans id:[protected], cancellation id/refunded id:[protected].
