Ticket id: 29603827, i have complained about my order laptop (Order id:[protected]) is defective and asked for replacement. I was told in 24 hrs revert will come. Since 3 days i have called 10 times and i didnt get any status.
Plz take it on priority. I don't understand why is it taking so much time to decide for replacement of product.

Plz initiate for refund or replacement of my product.in my order list that option...

I received my Credit Card Statement and shocked to find four transactions with respect to Paytm Mobile Solutions. The details are as follows:

2. Rs. 13/- on mobile [protected] with ID : [protected] at 9:02 am

I did another transaction of Rs. 110/- on mobile [protected] at 7:48 am, it was success and when go to recharge it is showing in history, but of those above...

Yesterday I was booking a train ticket from Bengaluru Cant to Mirzapur via Paytm (Online). Booking was not confirmed and a message flashed saying NO BOOKING DONE. But money got deducted from my Paytm wallet.
I looking for refund of the deducted amount back into my Paytm wallet

I have booked two tickets from irctc website through my sbi net banking.I cancelled the tickets on 12 may 2017.Cancelled amount of 180rs refunded on 16 may 2017 to paytmsdk.But my paytm walletshows 0 balence.My trans id:[protected], cancellation id/refunded id:[protected].
So please transfer my amount to my sbi bank account...

I had placed a transaction of around ₹4770 on 23/04/2017 and since then only ₹2097 have been credited to my account. I'm sick of complainig here and there but no solution. Paytm is not answering my problem since the starting. Its just saying it takes 7-14 days then it told me 14-21 days but now its almost a month and its so irritating that they are not giving my own money back to me. Please take some strict action against them...

Hello sir my transcation is failed and my balance debited from my account on 17/5/2017 my balance is debited from my account and not credit in paytm wallet so return my balance on my account i was paying my electricity bill and balance debited from my account and no bill is payed. On april 2017 worth rupees 454 and 64 its cashback i got in 24 hourss but remaining amount 390 rupees so many time complaint register on [protected]@paytm.com and call on there coustomer care number but they told me for wait for 24 hours, 48 hous, 2 days, 6 days, 14 days so this system never stop from paytm for resolve my problem...and generate tickit one after one after one...and...

On 18may 2017 i have done a landline payment order id:[protected]
It was successful but receiver not recieved the money
So, raised a complaint but they are not giving reply even customer care not picking the calls
Its a total please dont use the paytm...

I have got SMS from my Bank SBI on same date at 19:16 as given below:

Dear sir
I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person....

On 01/04/2017 i have transferred Rs.2000/- from my saving account to paytm wallet.But paytm has deducted Rs.2000/- for two times i.e. total deduction was Rs.4000/-
kindly send back Rs.2000/- to my saving bank account
