    Today i.e on 19/05/2017 at  5 pm I was sending an amount of  Rs 2, 000/-  from my paytm wallet number [protected] to my friend’s   paytm  wallet.  By mistake I send the money to his paytm number [protected], which has been blocked by paytm few days ago. However the amount has been deducted from my wallet but the same can not be used by my friend as the receiver  number as I have mentioned above is blocked by paytm.  I want my money back in my paytm wallet  [protected] immediately so that I can use that myself  or send on the number which is active. Kindly transfer the said amount of  Rs 2000/- immediately to m y wallet.  Its very surprising that a wallet which is blocked why the money is getting added in that wallet if someone can not use the same. Paytm should not accept any credits also in blocked accounts if transactions are now allowed for the same. I want my money back in my wallet.

          I've added an amount of Rs. 350/- to Paytm wallet on 16th May, 2017 at 19:15
          I have got SMS from my Bank SBI on same date at 19:16 as given below:
          Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 51XXXXXX90 for a purchase worth Rs. 350/- on POS PAYTM1153658 at PTM*PAYTM APP txn#816262.
          I have also got SMS from Paytm on same date at 19:16 as given below.
          Added Rs. 350.00 to your Paytm wallet. Transaction ID: [protected]. Current Balance: 350.0.
          But I am sorry to say that till date the amount of Rs. 350/- has not been credited in my Paytm Wallet.
          Sir, this is my very hard earn money, please do the needful.

            Dear sir
            I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
            And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
            Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
            I am disappointed as I got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

              On 01/04/2017 i have transferred Rs.2000/- from my saving account to paytm wallet.But paytm has deducted Rs.2000/- for two times i.e. total deduction was Rs.4000/-
              kindly send back Rs.2000/- to my saving bank account
              I was waiting for the excess money to come back to my saving account but still it is pending.

                  Hi, one paytm number is making people fraud and we are victim of that. We hv brought this to knowledge of Paytm and they admit that they suspect that. But Paytm is not blocking account nor helping in this...how do we trust paytm...paytm should reply.i hv email to prove my part.

                  A lady named Sameera Karodiya posted an add of Kids racing car bed for Rs 2500 and she asked people to whats-app her on the above mentioned number. She wanted people who are interested to to pay her online.

                  She gave all the specification through Whatsapp and asked me to make the payment through PAYTM on a different number.

                  After paying the amount she has blocked me. And calls making on this phone is been diverted to some other number which never connects.

                    Sir, i have submitted my complaint of non refund of ₹309o[censored]nsuccessful recharge done on date 15 april 2017 at 17:50:50 to paytm. They responded to contact you. Till now i didn't get any refund. Sir i also registered complaint to jio. They responded i didn't get any such transaction. Please resolve this matter.

                      Order no. [protected]. This is order no. I placed for a pack of 10 PENDRIVEs. Return Request was raised and return pickup was successfully completed by their logistics partner, NUVOEX on 18th May, with some other id:[protected]. Pickup id is PTM25582960. Received confirmation msg from nuvoex team, quick refund code. But, paytm app/web shows return Request as rejected. They haven't initiated the refund yet.

                      This Rajesh last Saturday I book ticket in IRCTC via internet banking through axis bank link with paytm but it is failed now I seen n IRCTC website that payment settled with paytm still I didn't get the payment in my axis bank account

                      Paytm is unable to show the prices of flights which are starting on different dates and hence is creating many problems. Kindly look at the problem as soon as possible.

                              On 28.3.2017, i received a amount of Rs.285/- from my Friend mobile wallet to my wallet (Mobile no.[protected]), subsequently i reset paytm password due to unable to access when i went to utilize. After reset my password successfully. and found the said amount not reflected in wallet passbook. and subsequently i am sending somany mail to [protected]@paytm.com. and they replied me but there is no use and my amount not reflected even though after 50days. They said the said amount available old wallet but i am using same mobile number both old and new wallet. and i already shared whatever available evidence with me (Screen shot of money sender ). Request you kindly look in it and arrange to get money at the earliest.

And get the txn id:[protected] and other txn id:[protected] but the contact number dint get the money to their wallet. I send it on 11 april, 2017 at 03.11pm from [protected]. Please see to my request send the money as soon as possible.
                                  I tried calling paytm customer care but i can't able to get to them. It's been more than 1 month no action is taken regarding this. So i have attached the transaction details to this message. Please transfer the money to my number or else to the same number in which i have transferred the money

                                    Sir, I transferred cash of Rs 2200 to PayTM from my Axis account and immediately transferred to YesBank account like it was done in previous month. I had to do it twice and the amount got cut with 44 rupees extra and I did not receive confirmation and it did not get credited. It is not showing in my passbook also. I have proofs from Axis bank transfer and the remainder amount.

                                      I am swapna, trying to sell gold. On clicking on sell and proceeding forward to sell the gold, the order is getting failed and the reason for failure is given as "Price on order screen is valid for 6 mins" even though i did payment within 1 min.

                                      1. Location- Banglore.
                                      2. Gold Price during selling- 3012, 3014.7, 3015/g
                                      3. Impact- Customers will not continue to buy digital gold on paytm if they are unable to sell when the price is high. Also they lose trust on Paytm
