    I have send rs 10, 000 to [protected]. Rs 5000 at a time. And get the txn id:[protected] and other txn id:[protected] but the contact number dint get the money to their wallet. I send it on 11 april, 2017 at 03.11pm from [protected]. Please see to my request send the money as soon as possible.
    I tried calling paytm customer care but i can't able to get to them. It's been more than 1 month no action is taken regarding this. So i have attached the transaction details to this message. Please transfer the money to my number or else to the same number in which i have transferred the money

      Sir, I transferred cash of Rs 2200 to PayTM from my Axis account and immediately transferred to YesBank account like it was done in previous month. I had to do it twice and the amount got cut with 44 rupees extra and I did not receive confirmation and it did not get credited. It is not showing in my passbook also. I have proofs from Axis bank transfer and the remainder amount.

        Hi,

        I am swapna, trying to sell gold. On clicking on sell and proceeding forward to sell the gold, the order is getting failed and the reason for failure is given as "Price on order screen is valid for 6 mins" even though i did payment within 1 min.

        1. Location- Banglore.
        2. Gold Price during selling- 3012, 3014.7, 3015/g
        3. Impact- Customers will not continue to buy digital gold on paytm if they are unable to sell when the price is high. Also they lose trust on Paytm

          I have a big problem that i have purchase a keybord and mouse wireless from paytm.com that amount was 590 total 590+25=615.000 through online payment, when i recieved and open the packet of courier that found very bad conditions, break keyboard.

              I didn't received my refund money which I had made on March 21st for booking on Redbus. I had contacted with the red bus but they had told me that they have already initiated the refund process way back and they have given me the Reference id[protected] and I had mailed to Paytm stating about this reference id tey replied me that within 5 working days the payment will be refunded but still I didn' received my Paytm refund.

              This issue has been taken more than two months and i have been contacting both Redbus and Paytm customer care frequently but i didn't receive any proper response.

                Dear Sir,
                My mobile Number is [protected] and my Name is Bhanudas Daulatrao Mahanoor. On 23.11.2017 I have received SMS for transferring me the following amounts through Paytm:
                1) Rs.101/-
                2) Rs.200/-
                3) Rs.151/-
                At that time I had not downloaded Paytm App on my mobile
                handset. However later on I have downloaded the Paytm App. But I am
                unable to get transferred the above three amounts (Total Rs.452/-) to
                my Paytm wallet and therefore cannot use this amount.
                Now as per the notification published in Times of India
                dated 17.05.2017 you are going to transfer the Wallet Business to the
                newly incorporated Payments Bank Entity, Paytm Payments Bank
                Limited.I would like to continue with your new Bank.
                You are requested to kindly guide me as to how I will get
                the amount received to me in my Paytm Wallet. Your toll free number
                is IVRS System where my problem could not be solved.
                Hope you will guide me.

                  Please make your policies and support flexible for customers..
                  It was a human error while booking a flight ticket and paytm is not editing the ticket after so many requests made to them.
                  Instead they are blaming the flight people and flight said they have already told paytm thr procedure to make changes.

                  All executives are saying a different story.
                  Though they promised me to provide edited ticket and i have a recording for that.
                  But now they are again repeating same old stories.

                  I am in huge loss because of paytm

                        I will have to make a legal complaint against paytm if they dont revert meback

                        I have done last transaction of 5000 rupees 2 days back.

                          I am Rajpreet kaur, I have booked a floater by Paytm and I paid from my Paytm wallet and sum amount paid by my canara Bank. But my payment in bank not refunded yet as my wallet money was refunded on the same day when I cancelled my product because I don't want that product so I cancelled. When I complaint to Paytm Care. Then they mail me this matter which is written below :

                          Hi Rajpreet

                          I am Ashu and I understand you are concerned about the refund of the product Catwalk Women Blue Sandals & Floaters under the order [protected].

                          Our system shows that you have cancelled the order and amount INR 1048 has been refunded on 08/05/2017.

                          The details of the refund are:

                          Wallet - INR 359
                          Bank - INR 689

                          Please note that Paytm initiates the refund to Paytm wallet and bank/ source card immediately. However, depending on your bank process, your bank takes 7-14 days to credit the amount in your account. Paytm has no control over the time taken by your bank.

                              I have booked train ticket on irctc, while payment option i could observe as paytm.
                              Transaction failed and i haven't recvd any refund.
                              Irctc has claimed that they havemt recvd any transfer from paytm.
                              While paytm has mailed that from theor side, payment has been made.

                                I purchased a leather jacket from paytm worth 5999/- from paytm. It had 15 days return policy. When the product was delivered to me, I saw that it had a cut on it. So, I opted for returning it. But to my surprise my return got rejected. Now they are saying that send us pics and all then we will do further actions. It is not fair.                                   I m here to report a complaint about fraud in online shopping site named PAYTM. i purchased samsung 16GB memory card worth rs 499/- on 1st April, 2017 and i received 32 GB memory card which is totally corrupt/defective. i lost my all the data two times. according to sites policy the date of return the product is over so they are not accept my request. according to PAYTM they are sent the perfect product but i received wrong one.
