Iam mistakenly placed the order which is the order id - [protected] - one plus 8 pro - 8gb ram - 128gb internal - black colour on 12.05.2021 but its mistakenly placed by me, now cancellation not allowed at my end - pls cancel my order and refund my amount to original source of account and do the needful on high priority basis.

    Hi Officer,

    THIS IS URGENT AND IMPORTANT: I am writing this official complaint letter for my order "Apple Airpods True Wireless Bluetooth Headset" (order ID [protected]) which I placed and paid for on 21st April 2021 and I have not received my order till date (12th May 2021).

    I HAS BEEN 22 DAYS AND THERE IS NO PROGRESS ON MY ORDER. It still shows in "Confirmed" status, which was the last update on the same day I placed my order. There is no way to contact a human customer care executive who can address my shopping order related issue. No way to create a ticket too; I have tried the mobile app as well as the website which is very faulty. KINDLY ADDRESS MY ISSUE BY CONTACTING ME ON MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected].

    Detailed information:

    The last update under "Track your order" link in the Paytm mobile app was at 8:31 pm, 21st April - "Your order is being processed by the seller". This update is of the same day as the order placement date and there has been NO PROGRESS on the tracking details ever since. It has been 22 days till date, and after every 2 days the details under "Where is my order" link on Paytm mobile app changes that the order will be delivered after +2 days. For example, if today is 12th May, I will see a message that it will be delivered on 14th May. I have been seeing this kind of +2 days postpone since day 1.

    There is no way on earth to contact with a "human" customer care executive who can address my issue of my shopping order. All the numbers given out there are automated. Can someone please update me on my order by contacting me? I have paid Rs. 11, 975, for which I feel that my money has been wasted!

    PLEASE CONTACT ME ON MOBILE NUMBER OR EMAIL ME. THIS IS URGENT AND IMPORTANT.

        It's been 2 years almost since I have done a Payment of 5315rs and it got failed. The Refund has been processed successfully from the vendors end but paytm has always been hesitant to give any details and has not refunded the amount till date

            My transaction is getting fail every time i try to do a transaction with my dhani card on paytm it reflects with 'Sorry this transaction is declined as our surveillance bot has flagged your account for making this transactions'

              I have not got my amount of selling the gold in paytm. I have some amount in my paytm wallet, which i have transfered accindently . And i have to take it back to my account for an urgent transfer. So i seached for a way to get back my money . And i saw in youtube by buying gold and selling it back will geg the amount to my bank account . I tried this because i have not completed my KYC so please help me. And it is the tranfer of amount amount 7338. Please help me or I will lose my home for not paying the amount of my loan .                 I(Vikram K, [protected]) created Paytm Postpaid account last year around Jul(2020) and deactivated the account due to non KYC after few months.
                Suddenly now from last two months, I am continuously receiving texts and messages that I have due of around 4400(+late fine) but the number for which the messages are coming is not my number at all-attached, and I don't know about it completely. Last month my credit card(Bajaj) got blocked and then I investigated too much after that I got this information that it is due to the non payment of some Paytm amount due to which CIBIL score has gone too low and it is blocked.
                I tried contacting Paytm numerous time on call but they are not even talking on call about any postpaid. Then I reactivated my Paytm Postpaid and raised concern there and requested a call back because this is a serious case as I am unable to make any transaction in this pandemic situation, so atleast call me back and tell me why this conflict is there with my account and atleast tell me where should I pay, but they are continuously rejecting to call and giving some scripted excuses.

                I am now left in a very big trouble of this fraud and I don't have any other credit card to make payments and this has hampered my life in this pandemic situation and in the worst case I don't even have any link and assurance that even if I pay the amount then my CIBIL score will boost up and my credit card will be unblocked and I don't even know how and where to pay.

                Please please help me in this regard.

Paytm mall has been delivered to me used product which was open seal and it's packages are also dirty on dated 26/4/21...I give to return request this used product... But paytm mall and it's seller are rejected my return request On dated 3/5/21without any legal reasons...                         Hi I ordered paytm gold delivery from paytm on 18th april 2021.
                        Order ID :[protected]
                        And the delivery date was on 28th april 2021. Even after multiple complaints I have not received any clarification from paytm side. As a paytm customer this action is not unacceptable. I do feel that I was cheated by paytm team. Also I need to request others not to buy gold from paytm as their gold delivery service is fake. After delivery order and collecting shipment costs they will not deliver the product. Please take my experience as a warning and try not to buy gold from paytm

                        After a week of complaining and negotiation paytm refunded my money back into my paytm account. But still unhappy because I couldn't use the gold for which it was saved for. Never buy from paytm for gold delivery. Very bad experience
                        And their support is so slow and will give false promises

                        Since some weeks I'm facing a problem to sell my Paytm gold form my locker as I'm not receiving any OTP for the past many days for the final procedure.For which I've written a complaint to 24/7 Paytm Help service, 2-3times but still no use, as I'm not getting any good feedback or any reply from them.And everytime as I login to my Paytm gold account, I see that they are detucting my money paise by paise or sometimes some rupees which is very irritating. Now I feel that they are just looting us even during the daytime. How can they not help us with our issues, we're finding difficult to overcome but very much concerned of looting us, lol.                         Worst service ever faced. I never even suggest to buy anything through ptm to anybody. Bad experience and frustrated.
                        10 g gold coin got delivered after 17 days from the ordered date. After the payment there was no proper tracker no customer service number. I messaged to customer care so many times but got lazy response.
                        Even who delivered the product, they are not well behaved... irritating the customer without knowing there own company delivery process.

                        Courier guy suddenly came (morning) one day and delivered to my home. But not verified the person, phone number, and not even ensured my name. Luckily we we're in the home otherwise he might be given to apartment security or any one else.
                        Evening he came again after 8pm and asking otp. He said sent as message. But I am not received. He behaves rudely and to return back the product. Finally I received as mail and given the otp. He is not even the process that how the otp will be sending either through sms or mail and arguing with customers simply. Felt very bad.

                          Sir/Madam,
                          I am writing after several persuasion with PayTM & also the Air India airlines. However, the refund is not done. I have connected to Air India also, who advised to connect to booking agent (PayTM) & have intimated to grievance officer-PAyTM; but no response. The details of situation is as under;
                          Please note that I had booked 6 tickets for 3 passenger including me for my travel on dates 29th April'2020 (Udaipur to Bhubaneswar) and return on 11th May'2020 (Bhubaneswar to Udaipur); which got cancelled by your office on account of Covid-19. It was in formed to us to rebook OR refund by 31st Dec'2021. I has put up request in PatTM App since 1st Jan'21 and have reminded multiple time since then. Also I called many time in you paytm care call center & I observed either no one lift phone or if connected, some excuses given saying " It is communicated to Air India & we are refunding as soon as possible"
                          The details of Previous booking is as under
                          1) E-ticket no:[protected],[protected], PNR: Y7726, Name of Passenger: Pramod Kumar Das, Paytm booking ID [protected]

                                    I ordered a mobile Phone Vi vo i20i order ID [protected] dated 26 Feb 21 and same was delivered to my address on 01 Mar 21. For the order, I did not received bank discount of Rs 1149/-till date as promised by the company, and only received cashback of Rs 919 (Gold) on 13 Mar 21. I am enclosing the details of My order and Payment summary and invoice for your reference. In this regard, I mailed to PayTM customer services on 18 Apr and also called many times but to no avail. Plz do the needful. Thanking you!

                                        I Ordered a product on Paytm here the Order I'd [protected] on 05.04.2021 With My Paytm Account Linked with [protected] and paid amount Rs.5079 but due to some reasons I canceled the product, here product get canceled but money not credited in my account or in my paytm wallet ...I contacted customer care Paytm Customer care employee says that we solve ur issue kindly wait 48 hrs but till now money not credit into paytm wallet nor debit card bank account which I paid from my bank...Saying same ans when ever I raise a complaint
