Sir/Madam,
I am writing after several persuasion with PayTM & also the Air India airlines. However, the refund is not done. I have connected to Air India also, who advised to connect to booking agent (PayTM) & have intimated to grievance officer-PAyTM; but no response. The details of situation is as under;
Please note that I had booked 6 tickets for 3 passenger including me for my travel on dates 29th April'2020 (Udaipur to Bhubaneswar) and return on 11th May'2020 (Bhubaneswar to Udaipur); which got cancelled by your office on account of Covid-19. It was in formed to us to rebook OR refund by 31st Dec'2021. I has put up request in PatTM App since 1st Jan'21 and have reminded multiple time since then. Also I called many time in you paytm care call center & I observed either no one lift phone or if connected, some excuses given saying " It is communicated to Air India & we are refunding as soon as possible"
The details of Previous booking is as under
1) E-ticket no:[protected],[protected], PNR: Y7726, Name of Passenger: Pramod Kumar Das, Paytm booking ID [protected]
2) E-ticket nos[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] : PNR JDSBQ, Name of Passenger: Mrs. Saishree Das & Mr. Abhisar Das, Paytm booking ID [protected]
Request to intervene so that my entire money is refunded.

Updated by drpkd Thank you Consumer complaints department. Fortunately, my call to PayTM customer care[protected] being lifted today and customer executive promised to return money by 10th May'2021. I will wait till that time.

Updated by drpkd Today I received refund against PNR JDSBQ and however, the other refund is still pending. The details as under;
1) PNR: Y7726, Name of Passenger: Pramod Kumar Das, Paytm booking ID [protected]
Paytm is requested to refund at the earliest.
