An amount of Rs.1000 deducted from my bank account by paytm on 31st march 2017 without my consent. And no transaction is shown in my paytm passbook. When I tried contacting the paytm customer care there was no way or no option where I could directly talk to the customer care executive and solve the problem. Then I tried contacting on Mumbai's head office no. For helping me but no one bothered to attend the call. I tried for 17 times. Not even one time my call was attended. I mailed them my issue explaining everything. Still no help!

I m ordered dress from paytm of rs1200. I order green colour dress n received blue, n quality of that product is very poor. When i want to cancelled that product after delivery but status of that product showing me shifted, but i already received that product. But i done so much mailed then after 10 -15 days it's showing delivered thn i request for return. But thy reply me return rejected. How can they refused my return. L don't want that product more. It's totally paytm system delay to return that order request from my side. Please help me in this to fight against paytm service.

Sir I. Booked a train ticket at IRCTC site and paid Rs255. From my Paytm wallet But thr screen closed immediately and the money was deducted fromy account. But no confirmation revealed from IRCTC and. No tickets booked Please look in to this matter and arrange to refund my money TEF your wallet order I'd is [protected]

I wanted to change my movie timings after booking The ticket on paytm but there isn't option avaible of cancellation. I recommend to add the cancellation option because the customer may change their minds and due to some other they may need to change the timings. And no Cashback is available either. What good is paytm for?

I want to file a complain that my friend transfer a amount of ruppee 600 to my patm account but the amount is deducted from his wallet but not transferred in my wallet. His number is ([protected]: punit tewatia) i want that you will take an action about this or i never use your app or suggest people and my friend for not to use it.

I tried tor reserve a ticket from irctc on 7th april2017.
I choose paytm as payment option.
— while making the transaction the balance got deducted from paytm.
— however there is no record of that 1500 in my paytm transaction.
When i checked my bank account transaction 1550 has been added as paytm transaction.
-i waited for 3 days for the payment to return.

I called on the toll free number more than 15 times got no proper response.
Please what to do and whom to contact.

Its really disappointing.

I ordered an iPhone SE 64GB (Gold) on April 29, at the time of order there was a cashback of 3000 rs associated with this product. The product got delivered but I did not get the cashback, so I connected with Paytm team but they are simply denying saying like there was no cashback associated with this. Kindly help me in getting the cashback as mentioned in the order.

Paytm — Money send to wrong number to be reverted

Dear sir
I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
And after it was sent I called to that number to revert my money back i come to know that number was does not exists or closed by operator/user. So direct contact option does not in my case but how it got transferred when mobile number user does not exist. then I request made through paytm app but till date it was unsolved by paytm and moreover they are declined for reversal. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that number/person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal. Transaction remarks still blank i.e. no one have received that amount
Paytm need to respond and got my money back.
I am disappointed as I got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

On 24/4/2017, I booked Sony MDR-E15LP wired in earphone (pink). I got the delivery on 2/5/2017. But the given earphones don't have mike peace to answer the phone calls. What the hell is this. I already paid the money 664/-. I want correct product with worth immediately or else my money back.
If i was not satisfied with your solution, i didn't use your website any more.

Rs. 389 is missing from my wallet as i had checked last night my wallet had Rs. 3380 and this noon i did a transaction of Rs 500 and now my wallet shows Rs. 2491. Tried calling their Customer Care but it doesnt connect their executive. I want my money back and i want their executive to call me on my number [protected]-Nikhil Haran.
Most their numbers are not working and the ID mentioned on the site [protected]@one97.com, i have tried mailing there but it is not delievred. Regional office of mumbai is busy all the time and Bangalore says the number is wrong.

On 15/04/17 order (order no.[protected]) a Paradise AC with full payment to Paytm on faith of company but Defective AC send by Paytm on 25/04/17 (serial no.704VMP0037), several times I have complained, they replied by mail on 27/04/17, 30/04, 01/05 & 02/05/17 that within 48-72 hours resolve your problem. as per his terms- defective product return within 7 days. After 7days he send mail we closed the matter now you contact with dealer. Is it justify? To stop this type of problem with general public I want a justice. all related documents are attached.
