I have made a recharge on number [protected] on 23 april 2017 of rupees 349 the amount have been deducted from bank but the recharge have not been made or their is no message response from the service provider. Look into the matter as soon as possible and revert back on urgent bases. Have complain through website but no respone was obtained

      Hello Sir,

      Some miscreant did a fraudulent transaction on my debit card.

      The transaction was made on Paytm at 11.35 AM on 2nd may 2017.

      He disguised as a SBI employee and told me that he'll renew my card which is going to expire.
      He asked for the OTP.

      By mistake, Without reading the message fully, I gave him the OTP and he spent 19900 from my account on Paytm.

      below are the details.

      SBI Debit card no. 6220180XXXXXXXX1321

      Paytm transaction : ID 336839

      Mobile number of the miscreant : [protected]

      Kindly dishonor the fraudulent transaction and help me out.

        I want to complain aginst paytm online payment sevice provider. They decuct money from my savings account without my notice. Before any transaction my bank ask for opt no. Before transaction.           I purchased a Laptop worth Rs: 26229/- in Paytm and it was a defected laptop which has Battery issue. I requested for a Replacements on 26th Apr 2017.It has been a week since I requested for Replacement. I've been mailing continuously from last 3 days and have no response from Paytm support team.. Please understand this is not a small product where I can instantly buy it from other source.. INR: 26, 229/- is a huge amount which got stuck with Paytm and has no use of the product I received..

          Now, I either need the replacement ASAP or expecting REFUND (this is a Non- Refundable product) or I need interest for the amount which got blocked with Paytm.

            I am a Paytm user and an Axis Bank account holder.
            While going through my past month's account statement I found 5 unauthorized payment of Rs. 3000 each on 29th March, 2017 and 3 Unauthorized payment of Rs. 5000 each by a similar name which says "ECOM PUR/Paytm Mobile/Noida 260317“.
            This is really not done, this is a huge amount and I want Paytm to look into the matter as soon as possible. This is not expected from a such a trustworthy payment solution.

              I have ordered a LG Microwave convection oven on 23-Apr-2017 in PayTM.

              The status of the order changed to Shipped on 25-APR-2017 and to delivered on 26-APR-2017

              But I have not received any item delivered to my home so far. Raised this as an issue to Paytm several times (starting 27th April until today 2nd May)

              Complaint reference number as provided by Paytm are below: This was provided on each call, but there has no use to it. Neither i got the product, no the refund.

              On every call made towards PayTM, the customer care representatives have simply put me on hold and then later responds / manages the call with no clear resolution, but asking me to wait further. for few more days.

              The support provided has been extremely irritating. I would like to take this to consumer court.

                Paytm wallet balance is incorrect. It's showing inr 400 less. Despite raising complaint they didn't fix the issue yet.
                I need to suggest paytm to show previous and next balance after every transaction which they are not showing currently.
                Paytm is only showing the amount added/deducted and one wallet balance but how can we validate it if we don't know the previous wallet balance before transaction.

                  Iam K Raghavan, on 17 apr i have made ticket booking for my one of the friend mr.peter.

                  Travels name- HEBRON Travels pvt ltd, chennai.

                  Since i dont have Paytm account, wrongly made / clicked transaction gate way through Paytm.

                  From my axis bank account debited Rs.1050 to mechant Paytm, bank confirmed this transaction vide PRN No as i mentioned above.

                  Pl let me know when shall i get refund this amount from paytm to axisbank.???

                  Already 15 days got over.

                  On 17 apr by mistake i have done paytm gateway through netbanking my Axisbank, george town branch, chennai.

                  I was trying to book bus ticket for my friend, traveller name Mr.Peter, through "HEBRON Travels pvt ltd chennai", transaction got failed and a amount of Rs. 1050/- have been debited from my axis bank account.

                  So for this amount not yet credited back to my account.

                  Pl note i don't have paytm account in my name not even Registered in paytm wallet option.

                  Pl arrange to refund my money immediately since its more then 16 days past.

                    I just have a tiny little small complaint, nothing big u know... Few months back when i was actively using paytm, somehow magically 200 rupees kept vanishing from my paytm account. I am pretty sure it is not your fault but somewhere there was a naughty little satan gobbling up my money u see!!!

                    But don't u guys worry, after that naught satan ate my money 5 to 6 times, i came up with a brilliant strategy, i just went to my paytm app, pressed on it and selected something called "uninstall" and lived happily ever after.

                                      Paid payment to ts transport tax for vehicle no: ap 28 ta 6145 through andhra bank net banking rs 2450, but amount deducted from my account through transaction no: ib /paytm /69512162/[protected] dated:28/04/17.
                                      And the transaction failed the following error is displayed, e - seva error code:385986 and not able to connect to bank. The above amount is not revert back to my andhra bank account.

                                      Please revert back my amount to my account as early as possible.

                                        Sir My paytm no is [protected]. I had 1030 rupees in my paytm account. But when I logged out and again logged in after 3 days in need, it is showing 0 balance and empty passbook, why??? I havr called to customer care but received no satisfactory answer. If I am not refunded my hard earned money, I am going to claim against paytm in consumer court.
