Order: [protected], Firstly ordered on 20th April, returned on 2nd May within 15 days return replacement rules. the amount struck here is 12K. Waiting for return pick up and sent more than 10 + emails from last 10 days. Attached 2 files 1 is for emails sent from my end till date and other one is reply from paytm they always say we are working. No action taken till date on this, kindly help. I don, t have any paytm account but still paytm has deducted Rs 1999 frm my BOI, s bank Account No : [protected] on 4/4/2017 near about 5:00pm.
Would you please explain about this and refund my money ASAP....

I have purchased shoes on paytm on march 5th which was not of good quality and fit and hence i have decided to return the same ans so put the return request.
After 2 days i have got the msg that my return is rejected, hence i tried to contact them on the no given, they have reverted me that we have tried but your address is not reachable (How its possible that it was reachable while delivering the same good but not while pick up??)...

I have booked a ticket and paid using my credit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

I did a delhi metro card recharge on 05/05/17. The order is showing successfully in my wallet and deduct the amount but actually amount is not credit in my metro card.

The refund of the ticket booked through IRCTC has not been yet credited to my paytm wallet....

I had received the empty parcel for order no [protected]. I had file request from so many days. But paytm didn't take any kind of action. It is about 8 days from this issue. I want a solution for this....

I paid my post paid bill of Rs.245 on dated 4th of May 2017 from my paytm wallet but while doing transaction error occurred and my amount deducted from my wallet.
Kindly cash back the amount in my wallet soon as possible and pending since 4TH of May. Enclosed print screen transactions ID attachment. Kindly return my wallet amount.

I had placed an order for a xxxxxl size plum shaped beanbag cover only order no [protected]. What i received was a standard size pear shaped bean bag. I paid 2100/- Rs for the bean bag, while what i received is not even worth 500/- Rs. No option of return is being given by paytm. No response from paytm side despite sending several mails. I have made 2000 rs payment to irctc yesterday and its coming as successful in Paytm but IRCTC has shown payment failure and seats are also not booked. it has been 24 hours neither the money is refunded neither tickets are confirmed and I have been trying to call you guys on various numbers provided but not able to get through. Kindly resolve....

I ordered on whey protein gold 5 lbs but got 2lbs instead with different invoice inside the box on 3rd may. Now when i cancel it through the paytm app it's showing an error message ie return /replacement error.

I already complained it on the paytm customer care they told me that it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs of complaints being received but still they neither resolved it nor give me a phone call. I want my money back...

Please refund my 66 rupees lost on 6 may 2017 5.30 pm .to uber.please refund that amount asap.I am a genuine customer also books flight tickets and gives good bussiness to paytm. I have not used any uber services at this time and they deducted my 66 rupees if this problem will not resolved soon I will find other wallets

Hello sir i have ordered shirt from paytm on 25 march and after reciving this i returned this for wrong product recieve and i told paytm so many time that i want to close my bank account where i get my refund and replied me in paytm wallet so i closed my bank account on 15 april 2017 and gave them so many proofs like bank stamped statment, net banking screenshot and bank passbook image iin ther mail id and register my ticket so many times...
