Hello, I have added Rs.500 on 3rd may 2017 now it is showing nil balance. Today I am intended to book train tickets and opened paytm it was not opened asking me to login but I don't have logined previously till now.used to open app and use paytm is actual practice but today it asked for login so I login but founded nil balance. have not used/pay at anywhere Please solve asap.

      Hello Team,

      On 27/04/2017 I ordered one DCH stylish black strap analog watch worth RS. 159. Monday I received the product and when I checked that I have found damage product. I raised the complain in your phone customer service but I didn't able to raise it. Seriously this is very big and bad issue, you have a big name.

      I really don't expect these things.
      Please tell me the resolution ASAP.

                My name is subhajit dey. I am a paytm user. But paytm charge 2% of each bank transfer. It is very costly. I support demonetisation and pm initiative.
                We want also cashless economy. Bank has declared charges of atm withdraws. So if other online merchant service take money from us so where we will go??,.. I am really offended.
                Rich gov and their chamchas...

                  Not show the amt in my wallet of paytm apps while open it. It show that login the paytm.In my paytm apps more than 400/- held up my contact no [protected] & email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Pls solve the problem as soon as possible if not then replace the amt in my bank card. Whenever Open the account they want to login.

                    Paytm service is very worst... They are deducting money from account and make the transaction fails every time and responding after 15days... I think they are doing money rotation in this gap.. This is 7th time i faced the issue.. Check my order no [protected] in paytm... They not responding... I have raised 5 tickets from last night... Worst service... Definitely i will file complaint in court for cheating customers ever time

                      I have purchase symphony air cooler 22 ltr from paytm on 28th april. My order id is [protected]. He has delivered in 3 days only but he delivered scratched and damaged product (Wheels are damaged, automatically shutter is getting shutdown, many scratches are there on new product). Firstly i have raised the return request and i have also told that if it is possible to replace this defective air cooler with brand new then i don't have any problem. If it is not possible to replace the product then take your product and refund my money. But after 5 days at random paytm has rejected return request. I have mailed at least 10 times to know why they have rejected the return request, no body is giving the answer of this question. Only they are telling we already working on this ticket, by saying this paytm support guys are closing the conversation. I have called to customer care people also, he told that, this will be resolved within 24- 48 hrs and further he will communicate through the mail. But till now i din't get any mail and i din't get any update. I am really getting frustrate. I am losing my patience. I am not going for purchase new cooler due to this pending returns.

                        I was transferred rs 2000 to my wife paytm account on 25th april 2017 17:17.
                        As per status shown the amount was added to her account. But when we check the amount was not added to her paytm wallet.

                        O i contacted paytm care (Call center as well as over mail) and raised a concern with them and the query reference id is "28696168", what they requested i sent over mail, again they are asking something else which are not releavent to that transaction.

                        Could you please take action on this.

                          Paytm has given me the mental harassment because I used their services. I added money rs 200 to wallet to pay Tata sky dish tv but it got fail twice then I returned that money to bank and since 27/04/17, I'm waiting for my money to get credited. Spoke to end number of people and raised several cases. I was advised by the supervisor Karan, he denied for the last name statitng he is not supposed to however their executive Do share their complete name. The latest case number is 28264553

Waiting for return pick up and sent more than 10 + emails from last 10 days. Attached 2 files 1 is for emails sent from my end till date and other one is reply from paytm they always say we are working. No action taken till date on this, kindly help. There is no direct point of contact to PAYTM where we can talk verbally with them.

                                I have purchased shoes on paytm on march 5th which was not of good quality and fit and hence i have decided to return the same ans so put the return request.
                                After 2 days i have got the msg that my return is rejected, hence i tried to contact them on the no given, they have reverted me that we have tried but your address is not reachable (How its possible that it was reachable while delivering the same good but not while pick up??) then they said ok we will arrange the same.
                                After that atleast 12 times i have put the return request but either it gets automatically rejected or no response.
                                I have spent atleast my 2 hours in calling them on customer care in hope that atleast there will be one sensible person who can resolve my issue but it was totally frustrating and hopeless.
                                Now they dont even respond on call or msg i dont know what to do??
                                They can easily contact me, pick up their product and offer me a refund but they are not interested...
                                Can someone help me on this??

                                      I have booked a ticket and paid using my credit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.
