This is regarding false advertisement and commitment made by PayTM.

I purcahsed Apple Iphone 6s 64 Gb vide order number [protected] dated 6th June 2016 on the basis of cash back of Rs 5000/-. This mobile was expensive than other websites but keeping cashback in mind i purchased the same.

On 10th June 2016 after waiting for cashback, i wrote a complaint mail about cashback, against which i received the mail back from PayTM stating that:

Hello Rahul,

Thanks for shopping with us.

This is with regards to the concern which you have registered with Paytm against the order number [protected].

I certainly understand your concern and offer my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. I would like to inform you that as I have checked and found that you have placed the order on EMI and in EMI cases cashback of Rs.4648 will be credited once the return policy of your product is over.

We hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let us know.

Look forward to see you again at Paytm.

After this i recieved a call from customer care team stating that being the product is on EMI, the cash back will be provided once the EMI tenure is over, seeing the resolution quite logical, I agree and waited for the period of EMI completion, now when i asked customer care team to process my cashback, they denied saying that i did not applied promo code while purchasing.

This is really a shocking and fraudulent statement. Of the promocode did not applied, then why such mail and communication was amde earlier, i could have cancelled my order or anything.

Now i want to drag them to consumer court if the resolution is not provided upto the mark.

        I raised a complaint at 4:46 pm regarding product issue. Then, I received a call from Paytm, Contact number: [protected]. He was telling his name as Rahul Tripathi.

        He asked me to share my debit card details to resolve my problem. He said until I don't share it, he won't be able to process my request further and get my payment back into my account. Though I kept on telling him that I don't need any refund of payment, i just need a new product from the same company and same model.

        So, eventually when he asked me to share card number, expiry date and cvv, he said that you'll get a code on your number that you'll need to share with us. And that was the moment I got furious and lashed out on him. Because the message I got was from my bank and that was, OTP.

        I tried calling back on that same number and what I found was nothing but a shock. That was an IVR from Paytm.

            I ordered a TV from PayTm on 28th April 2017. Details:
            Order No.: [protected]
            TV: Vu TVH40K311

            So, I received this order on the same within 4hrs. And I kept the box intact in my room as I'm instructed not to open the box before the service engineer arrives. The service engineer came on the next day of the delivery and when he opened the box, I found out that the product is not in new condition.

            Now, I've trying to complaint Paytm and the shop from where that TV dispatched. Paytm is not responding to my complaint and that shop is saying that let us have a new piece from the company, we'll deliver that to you and will take away the old one. After asking them about the availability of the same product at their shop, they said, we cannot deliver you the same model from our shop as we will face a loss if we do so.

            I need a fresh new TV from VU. Kindly please help in this.

            I cant add money to paypal always trasaction is faild even tho i have 18000 in my uco bank acount they send opt when i submit they process says u r transaction is bening processing after a while transaction is failed
            5days before I have paid for electricity bill.. amount has been deducted from debit card but showing as payment confirmation awaited message... Please resolve this problem as soon as possible as today is last date for electricity bill payment.
            Your Recharge of Videocon d2h DTH[protected] of Rs.285 is pending with operator. We will continue trying or you may cancel the order after 2 hours.

                Taken ₹9700 from the bank account for a cancelled order. Every time i send them a mail they say the issue is resolved. I don't know which issue is resolved. It is the worst shopping site. They loots money. There is no customer care number of them. I don't know how to contact. They are cheaters. Some have had faced similar problem kindly share. Worst service paytm

                    I have transferred (+91-[protected]) rs. 5000 on[protected] to this number (+91-[protected]) but money was deducted from mr. Ashok gupta wallet and not even transferred to +91-[protected].

                    I would like to know where is the money and why it has not been transferred to any account and ever customer care executives are not able to solve this issue. I would like to highlight that if anything is not being done on this matter then i will take legal action against paytm.

                    This is to let you know that this has been raised so many times but we get same response that money has been transferred to your account. If money has been transferred then can you show us the proof.

                      I wrongly transferred money (Rs. 4500) to another mobile number and when i complaint to paytm they are refusing to taking any action on it and saying to contact that person on whose account my money gone.

                      I want an immediate action on it and i want my money back from paytm or from that person.

                        I have booked my rail tickets through paytm channel but unfortunately didnt got any seat so I cancelled the ticket in IRCTC portal and there in ticket refund history it showed me the refund date 28-april but still its 5-6 days passed, I didn't got any refund.

                        Its been troublesome to contact irctc and paytm, I have tried several number but not even a single no helped me out.

                        I have booked ticket using debit card (axis bank) & Paytm gateway, and after cancellation the amount is refunded to PAYTMAG. Even i dont have any paytm account. Please suggest how can i get my money back
                        I have booked a ticket and paid using mynet banking the payment gateway was patmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.please refund the money in my account

                          I received wrong product instead of that product which i ordered. Customer Care support said me on 25th april 2017 that they requesting this to there concerned team and they will contact me with in 48-72 hour's.
                          But it's over 7 day's now (return policy is of 15 days). No one contacted me and from paytm website/app. It's​shows an error message that return's are temporary not available please try again later.
                          Till now i have contacted customer service center by mailing and calling but no response from them. Please resolve this.

                                Seller named Mahadev Retail INC is selling cheap quality products under the brand name SJCAM.
                                I ordered a SJCAM SJ4000 action camera through Paytm. The item I received doesn't have any brand on it. It was one cheap quality aftermarket copy.
                                Even the invoice says SJCAM on it. Seller has accepted for refund.But such fraudulent Sellers are ruining the brand name and trust of customers.
                                If you get refund then keep quit don't post stupid things

                                      Hello Sir,

                                      Some miscreant did a fraudulent transaction on my debit card.

                                      The transaction was made on Paytm at 11.35 AM on 2nd may 2017.

                                      He disguised as a SBI employee and told me that he'll renew my card which is going to expire.
                                      He asked for the OTP.

                                      By mistake, Without reading the message fully, I gave him the OTP and he spent 19900 from my account on Paytm.

                                      below are the details.

                                      Kindly dishonor the fraudulent transaction and help me out.
