    I don't understand why paytm doesn't respond to my complaint. I have been complaing for several times. I don't know what to do. At last i will just have to go for fir. As on date 26 december 2016. I was trying to add money to my paytm wallet through sbi debit card. Amount 5000, i only got the txn number. But not the money to my wallet neither refunded. My bank account was deducted. I complained to the bank also. They told that paytm is not refunding the amount.
    So kindly requested to take necessity action.

        I recently purchased my order o flip cart and did not get the product which was cancelled by their end. They have not yet compensated for the order nor they have given me my money back. Even after 3 weeks i have not received my cash back to my bank account. My order id id [protected].

        I have repeatedly tried paytm and wasted my money. Nether any of the no. Would work or if it worked i could always get a recording from all thier no. To my luck i just got connected with the travel department and tried to solve my queiry. But the executives were so rude that after repeatedly telling them to get me connected with the shopping department they did not and lied to me as one of the executives found my consumer details and told that she was forwarding the call for which i received an answer say from mr. Rajiv (Team leader) saying that we are unable to help you since we are at the travel department. He didnt even give me a no. So that i could converse with the shopping department directly. This is the worst ever shopping site.. Please help me to file a case against this company... Try amazon and flipkart instead.

          I have made an transaction with paytm on 24feb of rs 1700/- but by mistake i entered wrong account number with IFFC code which both informations were not of that of matching with bank.

          after even i lodge number of no one is going to take a responsibility and every representative providing different informations but no one going to solve my problem .

          they are directly said that on paytm there is only formality for the IFFC code actually no use of it...we are not responsible for that, , , , , , , but there should be validation process between account number and IFFC code ...and even i enter the wrong account no. transaction should canceled.. but paytm did my successful transition.

            It is showing that my recharge was successful but recharge not done.
            When i asked to the costumer care they told me that recharge history was empty, u can make a call to paytm customer service.
            I have also registered complaint on paytapp but they are not responding.

              Dear team

              I dont know why paytm is taking too much time to deliver their products to the customers.

              Even flipkart/amazon are delivering their products to the customers within 2-5 days.

              Today at 12:30pm i have ordered a material with expected time of delivery is 8th may'2017.
              8 days?? Too long it is.

              Totally not satisfied with paytm.

                I received a damaged tv from paytm seller for my order - [protected]. Upon raising a request for return with attaching pictures of the damaged product on case number :25814624. The return request was rejected with a convenient comment that the request is resolved.

                Its been over a month that i have been following up with paytm and escalated it to their grievance officer as per policy listed here https://paytm.com/about-us/our-policies/#grievance

                I've have not heard back from them since then and awaiting my refund.

                    Yes I deposited Rs. 1000/- on this paytm wallet on 29 January 2017 under paytm No [protected].I was not know much about this neither I kept track of my password if I had created any. I don't understand how to track that money. the amount was debited from my bank A/c to Paytm wallet. My name is Gauranga Chakraborty and I am from Bangalore.

                              Sir / Madam on 25.04.2017 amount Rs.1162 is charged to my creditcard by paytmapp which I have not requested or approved. The amount is not reflecting in my paytm pass book. kindly reverse this or add to my paytm wallet immediately. I had great faith in paytmapp but now i have my own doubts to use the app. I am a retired person and I can not offerd to lose this money. please help. their customer care number is not reachable

                                  I did transection of about 10900 rs to a merchant.. He didn't get money to his wallet. I contacted paytm approx 6-7 times regarding my issue and seller also file complain no. Of time and provide them the documents which they asked to seller's.. When i contact them they said ur complain raised to your senior team they are inquiring about it... But 4 days has been gone money not added to seller account. They said their is claim on seller's no. And said two accounts was there by same no... Money was in his old wallet we will transfer soon to new and so on... Bt from 4 days they making fool us... Nd doing nothing

                                    Amount of 525 was deducted from my paytm account but the order was not confirmed and i did not get my money back.

                                    I recieved the following message from paytm:

                                    Paid rs.525.00 to billdesk at 7:51 pm. Wallet txn id:[protected] avail. Bal:rs.1207.72

                                    Kindly, look into this asap.

                                      Hi there i have purchased a stability ball from paytm. Purchase id is [protected]. The order haf been cancelled due to insuficient stock. So they have to give refund my money back, because i have paid online for that ball and after 2 weeka they are telling they have refunded me in my bank account. But i did not get any rupees yet. When i complaint about this to paytm they are just sending mail in whiche they are mentioning that they will resolve it within 2 days from last week. They are not wven picking up my phone.

                                        I want to change my paytm registered number and for that i submitted otp's sent to both the previos and new mobile numbers. But i am getting an error message: "this mobile number already exists with another account".

                                        But i dont know which account they are telling about. I tried to contact paytm's customer care number for more than three times. But they just put your call on hold and never talk!!!

                                        And now i am facing a huge problem because all my money is stuck in paytm wallet and i cant use it. Please resolve the issue asap.
