I deposited 1000/- on Paytm wallet

Yes I deposited Rs. 1000/- on this paytm wallet on 29 January 2017 under paytm No [protected].I was not know much about this neither I kept track of my password if I had created any. I don't understand how to track that money. the amount was debited from my bank A/c to Paytm wallet. My name is Gauranga Chakraborty and I am from Bangalore....

Didn't receive cash back of applied promo code on paytm

I have ordered haltung women jeans worth rupee 599with shipping cost 28 rupee total amount was 629 and i have applied a promocode of WELCOME200B FOR cashback my order is shipped but i didn't receive any cashback yet.. My order id is [protected]. I ordered from old paytm app but than i saw promocode is saying offer applicable on paytm mall app so i have also downloaded TV that app. But even then i didn't receive any cashback... Please return...

Amount charged to my credit card

Sir / Madam on 25.04.2017 amount Rs.1162 is charged to my creditcard by paytmapp which I have not requested or approved. The amount is not reflecting in my paytm pass book. kindly reverse this or add to my paytm wallet immediately. I had great faith in paytmapp but now i have my own doubts to use the app. I am a retired person and I can not offerd to lose this money. please help. their customer care number is not reachable

I did transection of about 10900 rs to a merchant.. He didn't get money to his wallet. I contacted paytm approx 6-7 times regarding my issue and seller also file complain no. Of time and provide them the documents which they asked to seller's.. When i contact them they said ur complain raised to your senior team they are inquiring about it... But 4 days has been gone money not added to seller account. They said their is claim on seller's...

On 29th may, 2017 i placed order with dominoz.

Amount of 525 was deducted from my paytm account but the order was not confirmed and i did not get my money back.

I recieved the following message from paytm:

Paid rs.525.00 to billdesk at 7:51 pm. Wallet txn id:[protected] avail. Bal:rs.1207.72

Kindly, look into this asap....

Cash refund problem

Hi there i have purchased a stability ball from paytm. Purchase id is [protected]. The order haf been cancelled due to insuficient stock. So they have to give refund my money back, because i have paid online for that ball and after 2 weeka they are telling they have refunded me in my bank account. But i did not get any rupees yet. When i complaint about this to paytm they are just sending mail in whiche they are mentioning that they will resolve...

I want to change my paytm registered number and for that i submitted otp's sent to both the previos and new mobile numbers. But i am getting an error message: "this mobile number already exists with another account".

But i dont know which account they are telling about. I tried to contact paytm's customer care number for more than three times. But they just put your call on hold and never talk!!!

Adding money issue

I did a transaction that is exactly 26/12/2016, that is adding money from state bank debit card to paytm wallet then it asked otp then i entered correct otp but my money was not reflect in to paytm wallet, because it shows wrong entered otp, paytm order id is [protected]...

Multiple recharge (3 times) on recharging Jio sim @ Rs. 309/-

Due to interruption in the system during the payment, and no confirmation of completion of previous payment, amount was transacted thrice (Total: Rs. 927.00) from my Paytm balance. I checked with Reliance Jio and as per them, they have received amount for one recharge...

Cancellation of tickets

If we book tickets of movie so why dont u give the options to cancel the ticket... Sometimes the problem arrive due to which we have to cancel our plans... So i request u to do something... Its actually not only me anyone can face the problem and if you are giving the option to book the tickets so you should give the options to cancel also... Paytm is used by many people and yrah uts very useful we like this app... But please do some thing...

Regarding money deduction from wallet

On 25th april i was trying to order Blaupunkt subwoofer at paytm.com but order got failed and paytm deducted 790 rs from my paytm wallet. Now to get it back I am continously trying to reach them but there representatives are speaking rudely and with ignorance behavior. This happened with me second time, last time they refunded my money after 10 days that to after making 20 + calls.
