Dear paytm my cell phone got lost and someone use my paytm money and transfered to his account and now i want my money back but the user phone is switched off and how would i get my money back to my wallet please see my matter as soon as possible my 3000 rupeee has transfered to the person name krishna and he is not making his phone on i was trying to make call but the phone is out of reach as soon as possible please make my money in my wallet paytm is much more helpful but even your customer care number is not reachable and i have tried many of the number but no call was picked up by customer excutive kindly make a call to me [protected] and see my matter

Order ID:[protected], i ordered red colour shoes, the had delivered wrong colour then i had kept for replacement, then they had sent same wrong order 2 time, again i kept for replacement. Finally after 2week then text me that they ra refunding money back to my ac. They had cheated with me by taking money ¬ delivering my order. If they are not having product that i had order then why did they took money from me and delivering wrong product. I had also mailed them to rectify my issue and deliver my product, but they not even rectified my issue correctly and they had used my money for 2weeks and refunding to me after two week . its not fair .they are playing games with coustomers by utilising our money and not delivering right product. I REQUEST U TO TAKE AN ACTION ON THEM . I NEED MY PRODUCT NOT MONEY .

I wrongly transferred money to same other no. When I filed my complaint in paytm, every time they come up with new requirements. Initially they asked for consent letter from receiver, which I arranged for them, but still they r not reverting the transaction

Wrong refrigerator delivered. (It is clearly their fault). Return not picked up because original packaging is in bad condition. We offered to provide another package for the wrong product. Paytm kept me on hold for more than 3 weeks to solve the issue but finally with out any reason, the rejected the return.

They dont respond until 2 days for our reply. They respond only saying that they have registered our issue and solve it in 48hrs. Then after some 3 days, they sent another email saying that issue is escalated to next level. From there I get no reply.

This is really ridiculous, My friend has tried to send me rs500 through paytm wallet to correct number success And her money has also deducted. But I did not receive the money . sender no. [protected]

Please send money to the recipient paytm wallet and save your customer.

Hi,
On 14th April I did a transaction of 2500/- add money to my paytm wallet using BHIM app.

but money got deducted from account. when I asked Paytm team they said they have not received the amount and ask me to wait for 3 days to get conformation from bank.

After checking with BHIM support team they confirmed that one97 communication ltd ( Paytm merchant) have confirmed that Paytm did received the amount 2500/-, please find the attachment conformation from one97 communication.

Its almost a month still they have not refunded my money back hence I am complaint here.

A paytm customer name by expensive brands99 has said to pay the 1000 rs on paytm for mobile phn advance nd now ge has deleted his ac from inta nd frm social sites so pls i want to tell that pls refund my money back this fraud peraon is making the many persons ripped so pls accept my complaint over it or do some safety of paying these types of amount to thpse fakers so that we can feel safe to pay with paytm make some safety fo those nd not allow this types of fraud persons to get sign in by paytm pls pls pls...!!

I had purchase a rubiks cube 4*4*4 from paytm solution
which is available at the price of 399 and after discount it was of 352(mrp 399)

I have paid rs 444 for the above order for half shirt.on 25th april17. i have not recd the shirt till date. i have recd one sms from DLHVRY saying your paytm shipment with AWB NUMBER[protected] & Order no [protected] is uot of delivery. no one is picking the enquiry no[protected]

After a long time, I downloaded the Paytm app in order to make a transfer, and the amount of Rs.3000/- got transferred to a wrong mobile no[protected]. Now when I am trying to call this person, he is not answering my call. It seems as if he has blocked me. I don't understand that many o[censored]s are suffering with the same problem, then why don't Paytm enable the service of recovering the amount from the other person and get it transferred back to our accounts.

Why Paytm is not establishing a TAT for money transfer as this will atleast allow a customer to have enough time in order to cancel the transaction.

It looks like as if Paytm has become a best platform for Scams and Frauds. No data security at all.

I need my money back and I will do all the best that I am able to get it back.

On 27/04/2017 I ordered one DCH stylish black strap analog watch worth RS. 159. Monday I received the product and when I checked that I have found damage product. I raised the complain in your phone customer service but I didn't able to raise it. Seriously this is very big and bad issue, you have a big name.

I really don't expect these things.
Please tell me the resolution ASAP.
