I had placed an order for a xxxxxl size plum shaped beanbag cover only order no [protected]. What i received was a standard size pear shaped bean bag. I paid 2100/- Rs for the bean bag, while what i received is not even worth 500/- Rs. No option of return is being given by paytm. No response from paytm side despite sending several mails. Paytm is cheating it's Customers.

    I have made 2000 rs payment to irctc yesterday and its coming as successful in Paytm but IRCTC has shown payment failure and seats are also not booked. it has been 24 hours neither the money is refunded neither tickets are confirmed and I have been trying to call you guys on various numbers provided but not able to get through. Kindly resolve.

      I ordered on whey protein gold 5 lbs but got 2lbs instead with different invoice inside the box on 3rd may. Now when i cancel it through the paytm app it's showing an error message ie return /replacement error.

      I already complained it on the paytm customer care they told me that it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs of complaints being received but still they neither resolved it nor give me a phone call. I want my money back asap.

        I purchased a wd external harddisk (Model my cloud, 3tb) from paytm through order no: [protected] and got it delivered on[protected]. Immediately i found that the item is a used one and not delivered to me in a original package as sold in showroom.. Soon i requested for a return (Date:[protected], return request no:[protected] to which they answered and asked me to send all product images with its inner and outer packaging details and i sent all info. Since then i keep on following them for the product return with request nos:28697929, 28850861. However paytm is not taking the product and not refunding my money. I request on this forum to pls do the need full to me.

            I have transferred paytm wallet rs. 683/-to my account on dt. 01.05.17. My paytm wallet is debited but my bank account is not credited yet wen spoke. To the customer care dry jst put ur calls to hold for hours.. No proper solution is given they kp tellin 24 hrs it will be credited to my account its been a week its still not credited...in every mail dry need some data.. Aftr giving also dey kp askin sumtin or d odr no [protected] this order has been failed and i have transpfer my money paytm wallet to my bank account transaction id is [protected] paytm is big time fraud. Kindly check wthr u can arrange to resolve my issue...

                Please refund my 66 rupees lost on 6 may 2017 5.30 pm .to uber.please refund that amount asap.I am a genuine customer also books flight tickets and gives good bussiness to paytm. I have not used any uber services at this time and they deducted my 66 rupees if this problem will not resolved soon I will find other wallets

                  Hello sir i have ordered shirt from paytm on 25 march and after reciving this i returned this for wrong product recieve and i told paytm so many time that i want to close my bank account where i get my refund and replied me in paytm wallet so i closed my bank account on 15 april 2017 and gave them so many proofs like bank stamped statment, net banking screenshot and bank passbook image iin ther mail id and register my ticket so many times that i have closed my account so refund my money to wallet but i havent recieve my refund yet its 20 days now

                      I ordered food through swiggy app on my phone and the transaction failed but money got debited from my bank account,
                      I have been trying to ask for a credit and no one is responding. The app is a fraud and has cheated me of my money pls help

                        I had purchased a puma t-shirt for rs. 449/- i returned the t-shirt on 18/04/17 but didn't get any refund till now although it has been more than 16 days. Despite several reminders paytm neither returned the money nor gave a satisfactory answer while i had submitted my bank statement as a proof. Now tell me how i can get my refund?                           Someone illegally use my card details and take out 12000 Rs. on its paytm wallet on 5 may 2017. The offender had done 4 times transaction from my atm card and take out 3000 Rs. every time.

He also tried ti withdraw 20, 000 Rs. after 4 continues transactions. kindly do something in this regard and kindly find the paytm number or the location of the person for further actions.

                            On 9th Of April 2017, i booked a flight ticket for my father from Bangkok to Guangzhou(China) on 11th April in the name of my father (Thanneermalai karuppiah). The order number is [protected]. Before booking when i checked the details of the flight it was mentioned as Refundable Ticket, i went ahead and booked the ticket, but after booking when i got the booking confirmation over the mail it showed that ticket is non-refundable. Since my father was not sure of the dates when he was travelling he asked me to cancel the ticket on the same day and hence i cancelled the ticket on the same day.Now when i asked for refund, the paytm executive is saying that they can refund only the Unused taxes and not the ticket fare as the ticket was a non refundable ticket. Now my concern is, if they had shown the ticket is non refundable before booking itself then i wouldn't have booked the ticket but they showed a misleading information that the ticket is refundable and after booking they say it as not

                                Its been really hectic since couple of days for me as i tired to book to my flight ticket the booking is yet not confirm as well my money has returned to my paytm account. I tired speaking with the paytm executives but that wasn't of any help as well now i hv been constantly been harassed by the paytm executives.

                                I want my money back with compensation with the trouble they have caused to me.

                                    Recently we have integrated Paytm for our eCommerce website GiftPostman. The problem is that when I purchase something through my Paytm wallet I am getting this message always "You have insufficient balance for this transaction. Please pay using other payment modes" even if I have sufficient balance in my wallet.

                                    Could you please help me to solve the issue?

                                        My name is nagaraj veeraiah and the phone number is [protected]. I have been charged almost 6999.09 from my icici account. Account no :[protected]. I have given the below details when it is charged and the transaction details. Please do look at this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        1. On 24/01/2017 i was charged 518.53 and the transaction id[protected]
                                        2. On 02/02/2017 i was charged 418 and the transaction id[protected]
                                        3. On 08/02/2017 i was charged 501.80 and the transaction id[protected]
                                        4. On 09/03/2017 i was charged 96.0 and the transaction id[protected]
                                        5. On 29/12/2016 i was charged 3500 and the transaction id[protected]
                                        6. On 05/06/201 i was charged 1959.09 and the transaction id[protected].

                                        All the transaction are been done with out my knowledge. I have already sent lot of mail and no response till now. Are you gonna look this issue and resolve my issue or you want me to put this in consumer forum?

                                        I have already went to t nagar office and met mr. Karthik regarding this issue and he said he will fix in 2 days but till now you are debiting
