        I have purchased an IFB top loading washing from PayTM app on 17th April. The Machine was supplied on 20th April. I called the IFB service engineer for demo and installation . The engineer informed me that the machine has a manufacturing defect and needs replacement. After that since 25th of April. I have raised complains on PayTM app many times without any result. PayTM people are passing time by asking this or that information.Meanwhile I am facing problems without a washing machine.

        Please help me out from this mess.

I was totally shocked that Paytm did this fraud to me afterall it really a big company... I did not expect this from paytm...Please return my money or my product ...

                Hi,

                I got a symphony Air cooler (product id - [protected]) from PayTm on 12th April 2017 but that product was delivered on 21st April. When I opened that I found it as a defective product. Immediately I put return since there is no replacement. They asked me to send the pictures and I have done it also. But so far they didn't my concern to reverse pickup and refund. I spoke to nearly 10-12times but the entire team is only bluffing. No body has a proper support on the same. I use to hold the line nearly 1-1.5 hours to speak with the senior executive of PayTm every day but they didn't connected me to their senior executives. It was great anguish and humiliation with mentally agony and tortured. I spent 9898 for to buy this product but I don't know whether I ll get the same or not.

                It's such a waste experience so far that no body has a courtesy to listen and address the problems. They are harrasing me and torturing by giving fake commitments. Multiple Tickets has been generated multiple times[protected], 28249612, 28215763 but still they are asking me to wait another 3-5 days while I already waited for 7 days.

                Can anyone suggest how to escalate this and to whom should escalate.

                It's great pain for me since I would be going to out of station in next 2 days.

                I request every one don't buy anything from Paytm and certainly not from Bajaj Electronic.

                  I received weird error from paytm after transferring 500 rs paytm cash to my bank account and now the money is gone and is under success status in passbook section, and is not even showing in my bank. Normally the process takes instantly to happen and reflect in my bank account, but this time paytm screwed up. What should i do? I tried calling their customer care number but they don't even have an option to talk directly to customer service executive regarding this issue. However i raised a ticket in paytm app. Hope this gets resolved soon. And please be careful while transacting on paytm. It's not always as convenient as it sounds. For me 500 rs is not a big thing, but for someone else it might be

                      This is my fourth mail since 21st april still u guys didn't solve my issue.
                      I haven't received unique code for the purchase of order no. [protected].
                      1.) on 21st april first mr. Nishant committed it would take 48 to 78 hours.
                      2.) on 25th april mr. Piyush committed surely got the voucher till friday 28th april.
                      3.) on 28th april i didn't receive the voucher code instead i got the message i had to wait for another 48 to 72 hours.
                      Now again 3 days are up.
                      My request is still pending.
                      Please update me as soon as possible.

I am requesting u to pay back my money to my paytm account.                             I tried to do a recharge once n since i already had money added in my paytm wallet the order went through thrice on the same number for the amount of Rs. 352 which should have only been processed once. If there would have been no money in my paytm wallet this wouldn't have been possible and now you are telling me that the Refund for the same will not be applicable.. Worst experience i have ever had with your team.. i have spoken to your team couple of times n the conversation took like an hour ending with no results. Here are the screenshots. And while i took these old screenshots you can see in the screenshots on the top of the screen there was already an ongoing call where i was on hold with a representative of paytm n the conversation already took 36 minutes. I would have accepted my mistake if i place order three different times but as i have added a screenshot below clearly shows the time 3.47 p.m. so obviously within one minute i can not process 3 orders ... And as the ongoing call gave me no results because the representative placed my call on hold to check with his supervisor and he didn't retrieve the hold from last half an hour i had to disconnect the call after it completed an hour.

                              I was told that I can use upto 1 lakh i[censored]pdate my KYC but even after that they are providing only 25000 transfer limit. I am very frustrated with this and my is being locked with Paytm for more than two months. I am not able to do anything else. I request them to cancel my Paytm account and refund my money back to my bank account. I tried contacting them many times but they are not responding​ nor giving a solution to my problem

                                    I don't understand why paytm doesn't respond to my complaint. I have been complaing for several times. I don't know what to do. At last i will just have to go for fir. As on date 26 december 2016. I was trying to add money to my paytm wallet through sbi debit card. Amount 5000, i only got the txn number. But not the money to my wallet neither refunded. My bank account was deducted. I complained to the bank also. They told that paytm is not refunding the amount.
                                    So kindly requested to take necessity action.

                                        I recently purchased my order o flip cart and did not get the product which was cancelled by their end. They have not yet compensated for the order nor they have given me my money back. Even after 3 weeks i have not received my cash back to my bank account. My order id id [protected].

                                        I have repeatedly tried paytm and wasted my money. Nether any of the no. Would work or if it worked i could always get a recording from all thier no. To my luck i just got connected with the travel department and tried to solve my queiry. But the executives were so rude that after repeatedly telling them to get me connected with the shopping department they did not and lied to me as one of the executives found my consumer details and told that she was forwarding the call for which i received an answer say from mr. Rajiv (Team leader) saying that we are unable to help you since we are at the travel department. He didnt even give me a no. So that i could converse with the shopping department directly. This is the worst ever shopping site.. Please help me to file a case against this company... Try amazon and flipkart instead.
