Hi,
I got a symphony Air cooler (product id - [protected]) from PayTm on 12th April 2017 but that product was delivered on 21st April. When I opened that I found it as a defective product. Immediately I put return since there is no replacement. They asked me to send the pictures and I have done it also. But so far they didn't my concern to reverse pickup and refund. I spoke to nearly 10-12times but the entire team is only bluffing. No body has a proper support on the same. I use to hold the line nearly 1-1.5 hours to speak with the senior executive of PayTm every day but they didn't connected me to their senior executives. It was great anguish and humiliation with mentally agony and tortured. I spent 9898 for to buy this product but I don't know whether I ll get the same or not.
It's such a waste experience so far that no body has a courtesy to listen and address the problems. They are harrasing me and torturing by giving fake commitments. Multiple Tickets has been generated multiple times[protected], 28249612, 28215763 but still they are asking me to wait another 3-5 days while I already waited for 7 days.
Can anyone suggest how to escalate this and to whom should escalate.
It's great pain for me since I would be going to out of station in next 2 days.
I request every one don't buy anything from Paytm and certainly not from Bajaj Electronic.
