I would like to inform you that i have an problem with an fraud transaction at pay tm from my atm card the details of transaction is below

Date time card no. Atm id.

1. Date - 1/05/2017, time 02:10, card no.-[protected], atm id -7007981, tran no.[protected], amount - 2000/- at paytm
2. Date - 1/05/2017, time 02:12, card no.- [protected], atm id -7007981, tran no.[protected], amount - 2500/- at paytm
3. Date - 1/05/2017, time 02:16, card no.-[protected], atm id[protected], tran no.[protected], amount - 3000/- at one97communication

    Today we have make payment of rs 211 to cng pump at nh8 @ 09.23 am. Transaction id is [protected].
    But amount not reflect in cng pump account and last we have to pay cash.
    We are waiting there 15 to 20 min but amount not reflect in his account, then we have call to customer care but iva never connect to any customer care.

    So kindly refund my amount in my wallet - rs 211

    Pls help.

      I had purchased a dsantech camcoder through paytm from the seller santosh technology (Delhi) and the material has become faulty within the warranty period. I tried reaching the seller through the phone number mentioned on the invoice but that phone no. Doesn't exist. Also tried calling paytm customer care but that no. Is also wrong. How can i get the replacement of the product?
      Is paytm fooling the customers by giving the wrong information?
      Also the seller, when searched is a software development company and not an actual seller. Please suggest what can be done?

        On 3rd may, i purchased gold form paytm worth 1000 from my old account.

        Few hours later i upgraded and inked my old account with new one. As per their policy all orders should reflect in the new account but no transfer of any type were carried out. To worsen the situation there customer service support number [protected] on calling shows invalid number. Many times i tried to contact them form other sources but failed as their is no way of contacting them directly.in addition poor email response.

        I suggest people to complain against paytm at higher levels directly addressing to gov./ pmo as one need to be safe for building "digital india".

          I order hp laptop it's battery was very poor only 1 hour work after fully charge and i also order laptop bag it is also or very bad quality paytm is very poor site plz action my complaint otherwise i was complain to the consumer court for fraud with customer.               Actually i bought some goods from paytm on 22.04.2017 and make payment from above account of inr 3, 098.00 and after some time i cancelled the transaction for some reason. After that paytm team initiated refund on 24.04.2017 in source of payment and provide me reference no. 74678447114417046515233. They told me that it will credited on your account within 7 days if not than contact with your bank. Till today i am not get refund.

                        This is so sad to inform you that on dated 15/04/2017 i have made a recharge for my Jio number of Rs 309 in which the amount has been deducted from my Bank account but the recharge has been failed. So, many time i have call the customer care of Jio but they have ensure me that your amount will be refunded between 7-12 Working days. Now they are saying that we have refunded the amount from our side. Kindly Contact with Paytm executive for the confirmation of amount refundation. So, many time i have call your executive but they are either not picking the call or says the number you have call is unvalid.

                        So,
                        Requesting you kindly refund the same in my account as soon as possible. Or either call me on my register mobile no. Which is [protected].

                        Today's after registering my complain on this blog i have got a fraud call from paytm which number is [protected] he has told me that you will get your amount refunded by following some steps he told me to open a website which is www.rbiauthorization.com and i have did what he says after entering on the site there were five blank places to filled in which the first was to enter the debit card no. And the second was to enter the expiry date of the card than the third was cvv no. And fourth was registerd mobile no. And the fifth was pin code of the card after entering this complete information. That # has deducted rs 2005 from my bank account. And after deduction of amount from my account i have got one more fraud call from a no. Which is [protected] who is saying that i will help you in refund your amount he the rascal is saying that you will get a message from our side and you have to told about the message he the # has initiate a transaction from my account by asking my card no. And date of expiry, whose detail i am mentioning you have initiated a txn of inr 999.00 at airtelmone on icici bank card no.4334. And after some time i have got the third fraud call from a no. Which is [protected] and he is also asking the same thing. But i haven't told him.
                        I have did a police complaint against these no.

                        So,
                        Kindly requesting you please take hard legal action against these fraud. I have recorded there audio communication with me if it is required for proof than i can send it.

                          Hi, i have wrongly deposit to [protected] amount of 1448. The receiver also acknowledge that she receive the amount. She receive the amount in her old wallet and currently its not showing in the new paytm account. So she is unable to revert the amount to me. I have already sent mail to [protected]@paytm.com with all the explanation but they need the written acknowledge from receiver and she does not use any email id. It's almost 7 days no action has been taken and i really fed up of the response of customer care. Please look into this matter. I am also attaching the message that receiver has received.

                            This is so sad to inform you that on dated 4/05/2017 i have made a recharge for my vodafone number of rs 525 in which the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the recharge has been failed. I am doing payment of vodafone postpaid bill and then my money from my account is withdrawed but payment is not done.
                            And after that i have paid mybalance with net banking. And thus 2 times my money is withrawed from my account.

                            I want my money revert back soon.

                                I have ordered vego 6l personal cooler but i have received wrong product i. E water purifier. I have attached images of the product with bar code, invoice, inner and outer part. Please find the attachment.

                                I got call on[protected] and[protected] from paytm customer care, mobile no is : [protected].I have received wrong product so that he asked me account detils for money reversal process .i have provided my account details, expiry date and cvv and also otp .Then he told this card is blocked.he asked give me any other account .then i have given my friends icici bank details . that card also blocked.And then i given my brothers idbi account details, that card also not working he told. And then i given my friend credit card details which card through i have paid the amount. but still the customer care executive told the cards are blocking.So i dont know what is happening .please solve my issue quickly.I am thinking that call is fraud call .please take action for that,

                                    Transaction id [protected] i used paytm scan option at shop owner having mobile number [protected]. Amount debited from my account but shopkeeper claimed he didn't get and i gave cash. I approached paytm and they told refund given to shopkeeper. Shopkeeper claims he didn't get refund. I asked paytm to provide proof and date of refund to shopkeeper. They are not providing. For this refund of 74 i have spent more than rs 300 so far. I need refund and compensation

                                        Book train ticket dated 28th april 2017 on irctc through paytm gateway with transaction id [protected] of rs893.11 with bank transaction id visa-pos/irctc_paytm sbipg idbi bank. A amount of rs18.11 was deducted as a service charge with same transaction id.

                                        Cancelled the same ticket on 28th april 2017 with refund id [protected]on irctc website. Amount of rs815 is showing already refunded on bank paytmag.
