    But the money is not transfered to the mobile number [protected]. Kindly check and confirm.

      If we book tickets of movie so why dont u give the options to cancel the ticket... Sometimes the problem arrive due to which we have to cancel our plans... So i request u to do something... Its actually not only me anyone can face the problem and if you are giving the option to book the tickets so you should give the options to cancel also... Paytm is used by many people and yrah uts very useful we like this app... But please do some thing for this problem also...

          On 25th april i was trying to order Blaupunkt subwoofer at paytm.com but order got failed and paytm deducted 790 rs from my paytm wallet. Now to get it back I am continously trying to reach them but there representatives are speaking rudely and with ignorance behavior. This happened with me second time, last time they refunded my money after 10 days that to after making 20 + calls.

                  I recharged my phone with rs.199 on 24 April, 2017 at 2:57 p.m and at 2:58 p.m on the same day the amount was deducted from my account as I received a message from bank but the status was showing 'payment confirmation awaited' in my paytm app. I had patience for few hours thinking that it will be done. It hasn't been done since 4 days now and I have complained numerous times but they are not taking this seriously. Even the customer care of paytm is extremely unsatisfactory. Now the status is showing failed, I want the refund of my amount. My order no. Is [protected].

                      Please see below I have written to your customer care but still they are giving their pathetic reply and doing just copy and paste. I have written below on 24april but surprised to see that today they have sent just an e-mail which was sent on 15 April. Is your team is highly qualified or they did not read my email carefully I have said it earlier and saying again that DMRC is not taking care my query as the website and merchant you should take care my all query why should I go to DMRC.

                      this is highly unacceptable that you guys are not responding to my e-mails as my payment of INR 200 STILL yet to be transfer in my card but it is not happening and payment was success at you end but said I need to contact DMRC but as the merchant and website I have used it was you so need to take care of complaint .

                      I don't have a time write every e-mail to you please see below email and respond according it was sent to you on 7 April but still I did not get any reply.

                      Pathetic and worst service I will stop using PAYTM.

                      I AM FED-UP with you guys now I will escalate this to you higher authorities.

                      You have charged my 200 rupees and did not pay any service it is not reflecting in my Card you are a fraud many I have use PYtm and faced this type of problem lot of time and did not get any service if you are charging the money then you should provide the service this un-expectable from you.

                      There is no contact no of yours so that we can contact this pathetic to know that you are just acting like that you are doing survey you sit is look like.

Refund date is showing as per irctc 10.04.2017. Let me know the reason for this inconvenience.

                        I tried to book a tatkal ticket by irctc app on 10.8.2017 through paytm gateway by Andhrabank debit card.amount has debited. But ticket not booked..                         I have two failed transaction no. [protected] & [protected] for Rs. 905 each. Amount has been deducted from my account for both transaction
                        IRCTC refund statement says they have refunded the amount 905/- for both transaction to paytmsdk on the date 11-jan-2018.
                        but still I have not received the payment in my account.
                        It is requested to please pay my amount Rs 1810 back to my account.

                        WHY PAYTMDSK HOLDS THE REFUNDS OF CONSUMER?
                        I cancelled my E-ticket on 24/01/2018 the following are my PNR - [protected] & PNR - [protected] till that date I haven't received any refund yet. It is so shameful act that paytmdsk holds on the refund of IRCTC customers . The amount that is to be refunded is 2430 & 1660 .
                        Now It's my suggestion to all viewers that not to use paytmdsk as payment method who uses debit/credit card / netbanking instead of that go for Billdesk or don't book from IRCTC if you have 50-50 of traveling.

                            The amount of rs 5000 has been sent from my wallet (Mobile no [protected]) to a mobile number ([protected]) which later on i realized that the person owning the number do not have any paytm wallet, but a message came to my phone that the payment was successful. I then asked the person to create a wallet on that number but the wallet did not show the above credited amount which i paid from my number. Can you help me to get the amount recovered
                            The details are as follows

                              My paytm mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in my paytm account was blocked for login qnd when i did complaint to paytm then they said that plz send the screenshot of your bankstatement reflecting transactions done with paytm and i did that but it has been many days and no solutions has been done and my account is still blocked for login since months please help

                                The amount of Rs 500 was transferred to mobile no. [protected] under Paytm Transaction ID [protected] dtd 19 March'17.

                                We have exchanged 45 mails till today (last ref:[protected] still the issue not resolved & after exchanging so many mails again the questions which were discussed initially are raised again.
                                Rather than solving the issue only confusions are created.
                                Please look into it seriously & resolve.

                                  When am using the paytm to book my movie tickets, after applying the promo code, when am navigating to the payment page and opened my bank app. Reopened the paytm app then the paytm booking id: [protected] is displaying payment pending. But now i want to pay the pending payment there is no option i found for payment. Is this kind of application you people will give to the customers. The coupon is valid till today only then why you are giving such kind of coupons to the customers

                                      Since I had booked on 27 April 2017 Raj Kumar movie ticket at navarang 10:00pm show
                                      When I reached a theater I found chakravarthi show is going on instead of Raj Kumar film, when we show movie ticket they replied that we r not responsible for this, Pls contact u r paytm help desk and Theater management not allowed watch the any show.
                                      So I lost time and money.
                                      Pls kindly check & pay my money to my wallet
