Hi Team,
Please see below I have written to your customer care but still they are giving their pathetic reply and doing just copy and paste. I have written below on 24april but surprised to see that today they have sent just an e-mail which was sent on 15 April. Is your team is highly qualified or they did not read my email carefully I have said it earlier and saying again that DMRC is not taking care my query as the website and merchant you should take care my all query why should I go to DMRC.
this is highly unacceptable that you guys are not responding to my e-mails as my payment of INR 200 STILL yet to be transfer in my card but it is not happening and payment was success at you end but said I need to contact DMRC but as the merchant and website I have used it was you so need to take care of complaint .
I don't have a time write every e-mail to you please see below email and respond according it was sent to you on 7 April but still I did not get any reply.
Pathetic and worst service I will stop using PAYTM.
I AM FED-UP with you guys now I will escalate this to you higher authorities.

Hi Team,
This is pathetic and worst service given by you as I have made the payment through your website you are merchant so why I have to contact DMRC they said that they are not responsible for anything the mediator is somebody else.
You have charged my 200 rupees and did not pay any service it is not reflecting in my Card you are a fraud many I have use PYtm and faced this type of problem lot of time and did not get any service if you are charging the money then you should provide the service this un-expectable from you.
There is no contact no of yours so that we can contact this pathetic to know that you are just acting like that you are doing survey you sit is look like.
Please transfer my money immediately or else I will escalate this matter higher authorities and surely move to consumer forum.
