I have a complaint regarding my order processed on the 15 th april. I had recharged for my Jio number via Paytm for Rs. 309 which has been deducted from my paytm account but I have not received any recharge. I called Jio customer support and also visited the gallery they asked me to get in touch with you. Please if you can help me with a refund or process the attendance.

    I have already sent so many email and logged the complaint like -
    Ref : 27953078 :27959273 :27956234 :28014895

    Still my balance is showing me 0. Where is my balance inr 980.
    I am not happy with your service. Its very harassment. I am trying to reach you with your customer care but not able to call you. Sent you my bank statement as well. Kindly help me about my account.

    You guys are very unprofessional unhelpful. I have sent you 1st email on 23apr ref : 27953078. I received e-mail from care team prashant kumar he said amount balance has been updated but i did not get then again i have sent to you so many email like - ref : 27959273. Ref : 27956234. Ref : 28014895 everyone told me that i will get my money but still nothing. Its very unethical unprofessional behavior from you.

    I am not happy your this type of service
    Kindly be serious otherwise i will complaint you to higher authority.

        Dear team,

        My merchant number [protected]

        Contract was signed 1.5 % inclusive of taxes but you are charging 1.5 % plus tax.
        Relationship manager Yohann is not answering call or email.

        There is no marketing support is provided yet which was promised before signing contract.

        Yohann is the account manager from paytm.

        He is not responding sms or email.

        All screen shots has been uploaded below.

        Kindly refund overcharged commission.

            Order [protected] which booked on 6/04/2017 has not been delivered so long.why is it so long to deliver. Already I have sent you many message regarding this issue, but after many days there was a response of there will be a resolution of the Black skmei 1016 analog digital watch in 48 hours.
            But the time period is over and there is no message or email about this watch. So I kindly request you to please send our order (no.[protected]) to our given address in paytm.I will be very happy if you send our order before May first.

            We Need fast solution about our product and fast delivery
            On 4-4-2017 i loaded 250 rs from Syndicate bank debit card to my paytm wallet money was deducted from my bank account and money was not showing in my paytm wallet pls help me.i already reg 2 complaimts regarding this but there is no response from u'r side.
            I am puchesed some product from by paytm and as per offer till not received 2 amount 29 and 75/- please return it soon

                As iam here to complaint that, when i want to do recharge through paytm from debit, as the time of processing of recharge paytm shows that the process has been failed​ for three times, but for three times the money from card has been deducted (408+408+408=1224), may i know the actual situation of my transaction

                Please follow up my transactions and make it back to my paytm account or bank account...

                      On 7th march, 2017, we got a call from state bank of india asking for the credit card details stating that they will credit us reward points in two instalments of rs.5, 000/- each. But we found in our statement they have debited the amount instead of credit. We enquired the state bank of india customer care and they told the amount of swipped from our card. But we have not swipped. Pls note reference no, [protected] dt. 07.03.17 for rs.4, 999/- and we got the details from sbi credit card customer care section. Kindly clarify the same or otherwise we will lodge complaint. We want the details of transaction by whom it was swipped and from where.

                      We will lodge the complaint to our nearest police station, if we have not get a proper answer and we need the amount to be credited.

                        Order no [protected] mene torrent power ka bill pay kiya tha but mere account mese amt cut ho gaya hai. Lekin bill pay nahi huwa, some paytm se contact kiya (E-mail) but wo bol rahe aap apni bank me jaiye... Paytm se kuproblem nahi.. To mene bank gaya to muje kaha gaya ke aap ne paytm se payment kiya tha to aap paytm se contact kijiye muje samjme nahi aa raha hai. Or paytm se koi reply bhi nahi aa raha hai..

                          An amount of Rs.1000 was deducted from my bank account on 31st mar 2017 under Paytm's name. And no transaction is shown on my Paytm passbook of the same. When I sent them a mail regarding the problem they asked me to give the order no. But theres nothing on my Paytm account about the money. Even there is no transaction of that money on my paytm passbook neither on 31st mar nor any other day. Please try to solve the issue.

                            Hi,

                            I purchased symphony air cooler die 12i and it is delivered to me on 14-april 2017. I found the product not functioning and requested for a return immediately on the very next day (15-april-2017).

                            The website selling page has instruction that the product will be accepted for return within 7days of delivery without any terms and condition. But now paytm customer is telling to contact the manufacturer customer care for service.

                            Why should i get the defective cooler serviced since it was received with defect. I want my product to replaced with the new one

                            If there is no return policy, paytm could have mentioned that. When there is 7 day return policy why they are not accepting the return now.

                            Yesterday I will try to add money on Paytm vallet but payment was failed so I again try but failed after some time I got recived message from bank that my money has deducted.
                            So I request you to pls do the needful.
                            Refund the money on my account as soon as possible.

                              Transaction held on 13th march at 10:04 a.m. via Paytm in favour of Videocon d2h but recharge showed failed. Bank and Videocon d2h refused that they are holding my money.The amount is of rs.335 . Paytm carries my money. I have made the complaints so many times but paytm can't help me out. And also I am unable to talk to paytm customer care executive. Very poor services served by paytm and now I am going to file a case of fraud against paytm in next 24 hours if they don't refund my money and I also demand a call from customer care executive.

                                I book my Railway ticket through Paytm on doing the 1st transection it show mean error msg then I maid another transaction to book my ticket...
                                Then after some time I came to know that my amount got deducted twice...
                                And now even after 20 days has gone yet amount is not refunded to my account
                                Unable to transfer amount to bank or any other mobile number. relly urgent and get back asap

                                  Sir i recharged my paytm wallet from krazybee to number [protected]. Previously i dint hav paytm account on this number. After recharge only i created. Krazybee is a student loan app. I recharged 200rs. I got a message to number [protected] that my payment is successful. After that i created my paytm account and i checked. But i dint receive any money. I am serious about this. You should take severe action on this and verify. I need my money. If you don't transfer my money, i will make this as a issue and i will take severe action on this.

Mere account se pese to kaat liye or paytm se successfully completed ka massage bhi aaya tha jiska wallet id nopt[protected] hai pr jio se pta kiya to wo recharge nahi hua hai,, ab wo offer bhi khatam ho gya h.                                     My online is completed for movie tickets
                                    But no steat number of my tickets have not be conformed
                                    I was recharging my talk time of rupees 60 . I go through the process but I stopped the final decision because it's showing transaction amount 6000 but I m recharging only 60 rupees. I have photo also.plz inform about me on this issue.

                                        I was going to rechrge for airtel d2h no. Paytm got feeded with last rechrge at tatasky of 200. I need refund as this d2h is not being used by anybody at this point of time. Few days back also paytm did one rechrge 3 times and charged 45rs 3 times from my account and didn't refund it. It's becoming very frustrating. As it shows processing and no message is received by us that it is successful but the money is deducted more than one time
                                        My product number is [protected] and I have returned the product to paytm on Friday . It's been 7 days and they have not refunded the amount. I tried calling them atleast for 10 times and never been able to connect to the paytm customer care people. They once mailed me that they will solve the issue in 48 hrs, but it did not happen.
