I have ordered the nike shoes on 12 march applying the promocode FUR1750 on which I was supposed to get promocode on 31st March for cashback of Rs 1750 on electricity bill payment I didn't get any promocode after which I wrote to [protected]@paytm and grievance officer but always got the same reply "we are working on it " Myorder no. [protected] it's been 27 days delay

    I was purchased a fastrack watch from paytm through its seller jayna watch company jarkhand, after few days i realised that this watch is to tally duplicate, i go to service center so they told me that this watch is totally duplicate we cant provide service or warrenty for this, than after i contact paytm but they dont give a satisfied reply or service, so what can i do now?

          My daughter transacted money via pay tm from icici a/c n[protected] to paid exam fees to marwadi college rajkot on 24th april at 11:00am. Paytm transaction done for one time but deduction of rs 960.93 two times. So recever marwadi college received the money only one time. I visited the icici bank officer they told deduction of money two times please contact to paytm. Please resolve it as early as possible.

            I bought Ozean water filter (order id [protected]) on 20th March with a 6 month warranty. Its not even a month and the power plug is not working. I am calling the customer care people from last 4 days and they are just making excuses, they are telling that the service provide is coming and their service provider in Bangalore is saying the company has told him not provide any service.We are drinking impure water from last 5 days which is causing serious concerns to our health. I have raised complaint to Paytm also but they are not responding. I want sue sue paytm for promoting and putting false information about such fake companies and playing with customers health. They have mentioned 'Paytm trust', 100% assurance and all false things on their website.

              Paytm said:
              As per our concern team remarks, i would like to inform you that kindly contact the issuing bank customer care for the cards with refunded bank txn id no. [protected] and refund settled on 07/04/2017 for order id: [protected].
              I have talked to bank customercare, bank said ask your merchant for
              Refund, txn id provided by you of no use
              Paytm surrendered, my refund is still pending... 20 days has gone

                Hi,

                Few day ago i have ordered the symphony cooler of worth rs. 16639 and they have delivered the used and incomplete product (Wheels are missing0 after i put the request to refund, they straight away denied to give the refund and i have logged the complaint but they didn't reply anything.

                Please help me to return the product and full refund of amount.

                        I have sent money from my #paytm wallet to my #sbi account on 20th april 2017 at 5:56 p. M but it is not updated to bank and money has been taken from my paytm wallet. #tranjection_id_[protected]

                          This is my third reminder.in spite of my amount rs.1500 debited from indian bank chennai north usman road branch on feb.25th 2017pay tm wallet does not show the amount. It is 2 months since the amount has been debited. Please dothe needful. We need the amount urgently. How long can we wait?. Our bank has said that it is not their fault.                             Hi my name is Ankit Kothari since last 5 days my Paytm Account for the number [protected] is blocked. There is no response in mail and from customer care. They had asked me for my bank statement which was submitted by me still the issue is not resolved. It's been a week since i am waiting to get it unblocked, but no response from the customer care. It's very sad to see the highly negligence of Paytm company for there customers during the world of digitalisation. Even if Paytm can't unblock my account atleast they should return my money back.

I had recharged for my Jio number via Paytm for Rs. 309 which has been deducted from my paytm account but I have not received any recharge.                                     Still my balance is showing me 0. Where is my balance inr 980.
                                    I am not happy with your service. Its very harassment. I am trying to reach you with your customer care but not able to call you. Sent you my bank statement as well. Kindly help me about my account.

                                    You guys are very unprofessional unhelpful. I have sent you 1st email on 23apr ref : 27953078. I received e-mail from care team prashant kumar he said amount balance has been updated but i did not get then again i have sent to you so many email like - ref : 27959273. Ref : 27956234. Ref : 28014895 everyone told me that i will get my money but still nothing. Its very unethical unprofessional behavior from you.

                                    I am not happy your this type of service
                                    Kindly be serious otherwise i will complaint you to higher authority.

                                        Contract was signed 1.5 % inclusive of taxes but you are charging 1.5 % plus tax.
                                        Relationship manager Yohann is not answering call or email.

                                        There is no marketing support is provided yet which was promised before signing contract.

                                        Yohann is the account manager from paytm.

                                        He is not responding sms or email.

                                        Kindly refund overcharged commission.
