    I ordered for a fastrack watch and in place of that i received a parcel with a stone inside from paytm. Please do help me. I am helpless. I tried to raise a complain but there is no response from their side. Tried to contact them over facebook, twitter as well. I tried to connect them. I processed a return request as well but i dont think they will accept it with a stone inside. Please help me out. I am registering my complain with lots of hope.

        I was trying to book tickets for Sunday on Paytm but it was giving error, I clicked on try again n book the tickets but it got booked for Friday instead of Sunday. Your customer support is total waste I tried so many times if I can talk to some executive but don't got reply on mail or call. It's for Bahubali 2 which is not yet released. All service providers provide cancellation but Paytm is seriously waste.

            I received a promo code for my electricity bill from paytm. While making the payment i did not get the option to apply the promo code. For the same i sent an email to customer service to which i got a reply that i never used the promo code. I clearly mentioned in the complaint that i did not get the option to do so.

            Called their customer service and spoke with neeraj negi after waiting for 11 minutes and then again he requested to put me on hold. After discussion for about 20 minutes he advised me that i have selected the wrong option and i need to call back and select the correct option. I asked for supervisor, he was busy as usual. I asked to arrange a call back, there is no such system at paytm yet. Email team routes everyone to call center rather than proactively asking to assist more in case required. If everybody has to call than why email team is required.

            It is not about the cash back. It is about the dream of mr narendra modi of getting india digitized. It is not possible until things are made easy to use and approachable to common people, easy ways of reaching to right authorities.

              Hi team,

              Recently i have upgraded my wallet by submitting kyc.

              I am able to add money to the wallet but unable to transfer the amount to the account, because i have exhausted the transfer limit of 25k.

              Request you to kindly upgrade transfer of money option from paytm wallet to bank account. Request you to resolve this at the earliest..

                  I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                    On the 14th of april i used the paytm portal for recharge of my mts mblaze internet dongle. What really happended was that the recharge failed so i was like okay but suddenly a messaged popped saying you have been debited 999 rs. It says that if such thinsg happen one recives a refund within 7 days but its already almost 2 weeks and i dont see no refund. Please see to it!

                      is said "processing the same and you will be notified soon" amount deducted from my account recharge not done however I did not received any Cash reversal.

                            I have ordered a product on 7th of april. On 13th april 2017. The order status has been changed to 'delivered' though the product was not delivered to me. Surprisingly, the seller didn't even made an attempt to call me to deliver the product. I have raised this issue to the paytm care multiple times, however there is no resolution the issue as on today 27th april.

                            It seems, the seller (Apollo pharmacy) who was supposed to deliver the item has wiped his hands without doing justice to the money he received from me. On top of it, he is claiming that he delivered the product to me. When i demanded for the proof of delivery, paytm team has sent me scan copy of sheet.. Where in all the details of the orders they got are mentioned. Heights of it is... There is no signature & id proof of receipient... Mentioned against to my order. How could paytm ignore this and simply the make the order status as delivered?? Its been 11days i have raised this query to them.. I haven't get response.

                            Don't cheat the customers like this.

                            Dear paytm/seller - so what is that you want us to do now? I lost money.. I didn't get my product.. Is that the conclusion??

                            Jab v mein ye application open karta hun to waha ek icon khulta hai jisme ki likha hota hai ki network connection error, aur apke mobile ka network mein problem hai jabki main sare net ka kam puri tarah achchhe se kar rha hun usme kuchh v problem nhi ho raha hai to sirf isme hi kyun aisa ho rha hai.
                            Jab maine parllell app se paytm mein login kiya to sab kuchh thik tha

                            My phone is saying that `Oops!You have reached OTP limit, please raise a query at paytm.com/care' please solve my issue fast

                              for water bill payment on 22 04 2017.
                              Amount has been deducted from my bank account but transaction failed.
                              I call 20 to 30 times on customer support but problem not resolved till now

                              Bill not submitted so i request u to refund such amt. In my bank account again.as early as possible.

                                I have ordered one mobile phone from paytm that was defective not even Turing on then I raised a complain for replacment against the phone within one no one damm listen they they we are working and we will get back after 15 days raising so many complains I got a reply please go to Samsung care when I purchased this on there policy it is cleary menti on we will replace order within 15 days of delivery if product is defective but now they just played a game so I will not able to return this product

                                  I had ordered for "CITIZEN" calculator vide Order No. [protected] and have received a calculator which doesn't even work by the brand name of GITHZEN.

                                  This is a case not only of faulty product delivery but also cheating the customer by selling a brand and delivering another one which seems to be a duplicate brand.

                                  Kindly look into this matter immediately failing which i will have to file appropriate complaints before appropriate authorities for damages.

                                        I purchase cooler in Apr 2017 and seller deliver wrong model. I reply by mail to the paytm to return with all the screen shot of product but every time he sent me the default mail to send me the product screen shot and finally close the ticket and updated not updated reply from consumer.

                                        Never buy costly product form paytm.
                                        Not response by paytm.
