I recharge from paytm wallet to my jio number of rs 99 on date 19th march 2017 and rs 303 on date 29th march 2017. Upto 15th april 2017 i did get the confirmation of recharge from paytm, at the same time i had contacted to paytm support and they told me that your recharge has been successfully done, which is not true. (At my account of paytm, it is not showing at recharge/bill payment tab but both recharge showing in paytm passbook history.) i had confirmed same thing with jio support and they provider me my jio number account statement, which clearly show that no recharge has been done. Again i contacted to paytm support and the executive told me that he will make my contact with senior person and for that he hold my call for 25 mints after that there was senior person name mr karan, who assured me about the investigation and solution on the same within 24 hrs via email. But since then i tried again to contact the paytm but always the same answer of every executive that it will be refunded to your account with in 24 hrs. But till the time it is not resolved.
I also had conversation with support via email in which they reply with any other customer name and told me that money has been refunded back to your account.

It is worst experience of my life with any company, you guys are cheating to the customers this is fraud with me so i want to aware everyone not to use paytm otherwise you will be the next victim like me.

    Booked a ticket from irctc using paytm wallet option in irctc connect app with the following details. [screenshot attached]

    Ticket didn't get confirmed after the chart was prepared so cancelled the ticket. Find the cancellation & refund confirmation was received. Below are the details [screenshot attached].

        Poor customer care service amount transfered done succesful but amount not received and people in customer care are very bad trying convince with false statement and saying email id is the only solution and keep me on call for 2 hours.. I wasted total 4-5hours in call with them but no response they simply trying to cheat...

        Very poor customer care executive trying to convince me with false statements they kept me on hold for 4hours i wasted my time and money for my money which was strucked because of worth less app

          Dear sir, i recharged my jio numbers with 303 and 408 and used paytm wallet to pay with Paytm order #[protected], #[protected] but i did not received cashback of 30 for each order, however deal against recharge jio number recharge with 303 and more, get 30 off was successful but price ie. cashback did not received.
          I tried to contact paytm but they did not issue cashback, they was saying that our system shows that, promo code was not applied, hence cashback can not be issue.
          So it's a deal which itself says 30 rupees of, so for each order i should get rs 30 and a total of Rs 60 Rupees cashback, which still is not provided.

            Meine ek payment process kri thi 2 jan 2017 ko paytm k through jis account m meine amount transfer kara tha usme nahi gaya but meri side s deduct ho gaya after that meine bank m cordinate kara to mjhe vaha s responce mila ki mere paise merchant k pass h kyuki meine jab paytm account m add kare they to ho gaye they but jb account m send kare to amount deduct ho gaya account m nahi phche please return my amount otherwise m consumer court m jaungi 4000 ka amount mjhe return karo as soon as possible meri transaction detail receive karene k liye mjhse contact karo [protected]

                  When I was paying my electricity bill through paytm the transaction was unsuccessful but my balance is deducted from my bank account. My transaction Id is [protected]. I complained to customer care of paytm they call me back on my mobile no. [protected]. And have given me the complain no 27640065 . And they that they will reverse my deducted balance o within 24-48hr on 19/04/17 but till now on 34/04/17 they have not given me any response regarding this. I will never use paytm again.

                    I have ordered i phone on 16.04.2017 but the phone was received defective since then i am following up with the concerned team of paytm but no resolution has been provided in 10days... The executives and supervisors are just delaying the issue and the defective product is not collected so far... I have raised the issue in social media and consumer forum and had aword with follwoing people... Ashutosh, anki, vaishali, ramesh kumar, virender, all people lack knowledge and no prioirty has been given so far on order above 50000. I am going to sue the company... The touch of the phone is not working and i live in a place where i phone store is not available,,,

                      I have made a payment through paytm to recharge my jio no.[protected] rs 408/- through oriental bank of commerce debit card. I got message your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.408.0 on paytm against order id ipt[protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries. But till date the i have not received any recharge message nor refund.
                      So please take strong action against it.
                      I have been trying to reach paytm customer call center and they never response.
                      Also there numbers are either incorrect or they do not pick up.
                      This is the 4th time i am facing the same issue. They neither refund nor do the recharge successful

                        Hello i transfered my money from paytm to my bank account and it is been 24days it is not reflecting in my bank account and they are saying that it is done from our side and i think they are fooling me. I did whatever they said and no one is taking initative.

                          I have book train ticket through irctc contact payment pay through paytm wallet. Affter ticket cancelation statuus shown on site that amount refund to paytmsdk bank. But i have not received amount in my account till now. I have too try many time to paytm customer but he says that i cant help you because u have done paymment to irctc through paytm wallet.

                          I have booked train ticket through irctc rail contact mobile app and payment pay through paytm wallet. Now i have done my cancellled my. Ticket but after ticket cancel amount not credited in my account till now. On irctc site status of refund is shown that amount refunde in paytmsdk bank. Till now not received amount in my account and paytm wallet.

                            I recharge my Jio no from paytm by my ATM card and money deducted from my account and suddenly surver gets down notification comes try later after some time I re recharge and money deducted one more time recharge gets successful but money deducts two time my paytm number - [protected]

                            दिनांक 8 /4/17 को मैंने irctc के एप्प से ट्रेन का resjarvation किया था लेकिन मेरे पैसे do baar चार्ज किये गए
                            जिसमे मुझे msg से पता चल की paytm k thru resarvation किया है जबकि मैंने paytm एप्प का उपयोग नहीं किया है

                                I have booked my train ticket from secunderabad to akividu using my debit card in irctc. Cancelled the ticket on 18 april 2017. The refund status in irctc shows that the amount has been refund on 18 april 2017 to paytmag.

                                I have not received the refund money to my bank debit card account through which i had booked my ticket.

                                What is this paytmag? Please look into this issue and see to it that my refund amount is transferred to my debit card bank account.

I complained and received a message that you will refund the amount in few days in my account. But i didn't received yet. Will you kindly refund to my bank account number.                                     I have made a payment through Paytm to recharge my Jio no.[protected] Rs 309/- through bank of India debit card . Few minutes later I got message Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs.309.0 on Paytm against Order ID IPT[protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries.

                                    But till date the I have not received any recharge message nor refund of rs 309 back to my bank of India a/c.
                                    So please take strong action against it.

                                        I have booked railway ticket through paytm on dt. 18.04.2017 but due to some technical issue transaction was failed and refund comes back to my paytm wallet. Than i use to my refund back to my bank than amount deducted from paytm wallet but not received in bank till date. Today i need some balance in my bank account so can i use it. Kindly refund my total cash back and also send my same amount for consolation money.
