On 26 dec 2016. Txn no[protected]. While adding money to my paytm wallet through sbi debit card rs5000/- was deducted from my account. I complained and received a message that you will refund the amount in few days in my account. But i didn't received yet. Will you kindly refund to my bank account number. Or you will just leave by reading this.
It's last request to you.

I have made a payment through Paytm to recharge my Jio no.[protected] Rs 309/- through bank of India debit card . Few minutes later I got message Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs.309.0 on Paytm against Order ID IPT[protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries.

But till date the I have not received any recharge message nor refund of rs 309 back to my bank of India a/c.
So please take strong action against it.
And confirm .

I used htc mobile paytm mobile no is [protected], fund transferred to sbi ac no [protected], ifsc sbin0004362 rs. 4800/- on dated 21 april, 2017 time 05:56 am but till date not transferred and not back my paytm. Please resolve our problem and complaint. My name is tenneti sai upendra....

I have booked railway ticket through paytm on dt. 18.04.2017 but due to some technical issue transaction was failed and refund comes back to my paytm wallet. Than i use to my refund back to my bank than amount deducted from paytm wallet but not received in bank till date. Today i need some balance in my bank account so can i use it. Kindly refund my total cash back and also send my same amount for consolation money.

Sir I would like to inform you that there were some 300, 500, 600, wrong money transfer from my account . And sir please try to give me the refund. My phone number is [protected]

I booked flight thru PayTM early March wroth Rs 6000, the airlines cancelled the flight around 10th march mentioning a full refund, a week later I talked to the airlines and they said, they have refunded to the vendor (PayTm). I raised a complaint with PayTM on 30th March, they said refund in 17 days, still I have no refund, when I call them I get the same.

I was trying to book a ticket from durgapur yo new Delhi by irctc app on 18th April. Amount of rs.2128 but ticket not booked. Even I unable to trace my transaction (Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 519XX4842 for a purchase worth Rs2128 on POS [protected] at irctc_PayTM txn#[protected].)

Now I am looking for refund . Please tell me how can I go for.

I want to inform that my money is cut from the my paytm wallet but not reflect in my bank please solve my problem

I paid Rs 924 to my post paid reliance mobile number [protected] on11/4/2017 order number #[protected] at 13.49.but till date my mobile company not received that amount .and I have not return that amount in my paytm account

I ordered a mazda stainless steel 1000ml bottle. Neither i recieved the product nor refund. The product charged rs 945
It has been deducted from my account. When contacted with customer care the response was unsatisfactory and very incooperative. Item has been shipped but unable to track.

मैने अखबार मे ऐड देखा कि Paytm m घर बैठे SMS जॉब है तो मैने नीचे दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर [protected] पर कॉल किया उन्होंने कहा कि आप नाम, पिता का नाम और पता मैसेज कर दो वो मैने कर दिया उसके बाद उनका फ़ोन आया अगले दिन सुबह +[protected] इस नंबर से फ़ोन आया और कहा कि आपका paytm sms जॉब में सिलेक्शन हो गया है और आप रजिस्ट्रेशन के 1150 रुपए [protected] इस मोबाइल नंबर के paytm कर दो और इसके बाद कोई चार्ज नही लगेगा फिर उन्होंने कहा कि आप 4002 रुपया पार्सल ओर डिलीवरी के दो फिर हमने वो भी दे दिए और उसके बाद कहा कि ये लास्ट पेमेंट है इसके बाद कोई चार्ज नही है} फिर अगले दिन उनका फ़ोन आया और कहा कि आप 3150/- जीवन बीमा के दो मेने उनसे कहा कि मुझे नही करवाना ह बीमे फिर उन्होंने कहा कि ये जरूरी हैं फिर मैने कहा आपने बोला था कि 4002 के बाद कोई चार्ज नही लगेगा फिर वह बोले कि मैं} मेरी गलती के लिए आपको 1000 रुपये की सहायता दे सकता हु और मैने फिर 2150/- उनके paytm wallet के अंदर भेज दिए और फिर उन्होंने कहा कि हम आपको 1, 20, 000/- ka चैक आपके खाते में भेज देंगे मैने उन्हें अकॉउंट नंबर दे दिया और फिर वह बोल ये सेविंग एकाउंट है इसमे 120000 nhi aa skte hum aapka saving se चालू खाता kr देंगे आप 5200/- रुपया देदो 100/- rs NOC फॉर्म की फीस ह वो कटके 5100/- rs आपके खाते में आ जाएंगे मेने उनको ये नही भेजी है} अब मैं} उनसे मेरे सभी पैसे रिफंड की बोल रहा था तो वो बोले कि आप 1 महीने का इंताजर करो हम फ़्रॉड नही हैं।
इसके साथ मैं आपको उसका आधार कार्ड दे रहा हु क्या ये आपकी कंपनी में नौकरी करता है
आप जल्द ही मेरी इस गंभीर समस्या का समाधान कीजिये

I yesterday I transfer wallet money from my paytm wallet to my bank account. My wallet account rupees 408 deducted from my wallet but still not added in my bank account

Order id [protected].. The promo code is estore6000.. Which means paytm was supposed to send email on the code for rs 6000 adjustable through electricity bill payment.
This was supposed to be sent on 5th april, when the payment was processed. The product has been delivered on 11th april.. Despite numerous reminders and escalation no action has been taken

Payments have been pending since a very long time. I had recharged for 345 but amount of 340 has been deducted but not recharged. Please cancel it immediately. And refund the same.

I have recharge my number through paytm but the service provider didnt get money.please refund my amount or i will move to consumer court for strict action.

I had booked total 4 tickets from paytm website 2 weeks before day of travel.
But I received cancellation message from the operator on the day of travel.
Now when i checked again for bus tickets at paytm site, it was showing tickets available for the same operator at same time. How could be this possible if the bus has been cancelled.
So it clearly means that operator had cancelled my tickets just to get high price of tickets for same seats. It is totally fraud.
Paytm do not take any responsibility for this. It disturbs the whole planned activity.
They do not bother about this.
And suppose if i cancel my tickets on the day of travel then i wouldn't get any refund. So same thing should be applied when bus operator cancels the ticket same day.
so think twice before booking tickets from such fraudulent website.

I have payed my vodaphone bill using paytm app. Dated 05.04.2017 at 9.30am my mob no is [protected]. But, the same is not credited into my account. Request you to please help me asap
My transaction i'd for this from icici credit card is 256506, which paytm has claimed from icici
Also plz let me know your number where i can have a word with u
