      On 18 april at sanpada, navi mumbai paytm representative ask me to complete kyc to paytm n then paytm will give rs.600/- to your wallet next day. Now already 4 days passed i had not received any amount from paytm.
      Paytm representative are misguiding people so kindly take necessary action against such company & their representatives.

        My self mahesh patel my paytm mobile no is [protected] it has balance of 12132 rs approx which has been deduct from my paytm. My balance is zero so i am requesting you to solve this issue. Yesterday my paytm balance automatic being zero and when i logout from it and again login its doesnot show the balance.

              I have lodged complaint twice regarding ac not working since the day we installed. I contacted customer services of voltas but they suggested that outdoor unit is defective and needs to be replaced and when i try to submit replacement, mail came that we have closed the complaint. Dissatisfied by the replacement answers.
              I want the faulty piece replaced, it has been less than a month.

                Revert back my 200 rs which was wrongly sent to paytm. account number[protected] When i demanded back they neglected i think the person knws but dont want it to send back my account is [protected] pls try to resolve my problem as early as possible
                it is real issue which i faced it would be better i[censored] try to solve it bcz its a big amount for me so pls pls try to return my money back

All of first they declined my recharge and then they refunded money to paytm wallet but when i transferred it to my bank account from their wallet they received the request and now they are saying that money is transferred successfully. But it is not received in bank account.

                    I have book baby stroller carrying bag for 169 rupees and amount 177 deducted from my hdfc bank a/c under order number [protected] on 9th april 17 and expected delivery date between 14 to 17th april.
                    But still i never received any product from paytm. Can I go at consumer court for the same or any other option u suggest me for my product delivery.

                      I have recharged my jio numver from paytym subscription nessage is not yet received and my wallet money is deducted.my paytym number is [protected]. I have contacted custoner care more than 5 times but theres no reply. Please contact me & refund my as soon as possible.the recharge was done on 15th of novenber. Please see to the given number details and refund my money as soon as possible. My works are pending just because i am not able to make the payments and the wallet money is deducted from your side. The above mention amount (Subject-rs.309/- and rs.309/-) has been deducted from my sbi acct on same time. But recharge was not successful. I was waiting for some time but not yet happen. The transaction ref is sbipgiu[protected] reliance jio mumbai (14 apr 17) and another transaction ref is sbipgiu[protected]rspl mumbai (14 apr 17).                           I wanted to inform you that i had paid the bill of my reliance post paid mobile on 13.04.17 at 6:22 pm for rs. 423.48/- from my hdfc bank credit card.

                          It got deducted from my credit card account but it didnt got credited to reliance mobile account.

                          On asked from hdfc call centre they informed that the money (423.48/-) has been debited here and it must be lying with paytm as it has not been transferred tp reliance mobile bill payment account.

                          I wanted to inform you that i had paid the bill of my reliance post paid mobile on 13.04.17 at 6:22 PM for Rs. 423.48/- from my HDFC Bank Credit Card.

                          It got deducted from my Credit Card account but it didnt got credited to Reliance Mobile account.

                          On asked from HDFC call centre they informed that the money (423.48/-) has been debited here and IT MUST BE LYING WITH PAYTM as it has not been transferred tp Reliance mobile bill payment account.

                              I had booked a ticket from hyderabad to delhi. Paytm had offered cashback of 750 rupees for that booking by applying promo code flyday. I did the same thing and i booked it. After booking initially it had shown the cashback. But after sometime it shows zero balance and also shocked to found there is no such order in my orders of the paytm. The same informed to paytm customer care.                                 I am complaining about transaction i do not have some transaction record... No order number... No date date of transaction... Only a text i have in which wallet transaction id has mention and nothing else... Help me out... I want my transaction detail from 29th march till now... And yout customer care service is so poor no chance to get connect with paytm... No number is working only one is working and that one too computerised... Please change your service... If anyone in trouble and need to talk with you so what would be they do like me... So make sure improve your customer care service and sort out people problems...
                                I have booked a ticket through irctc mobile app I used my patm balance for transaction fee but the balance is cut and didn't got any ticket or any details and my ticket not booked the balance is cutted

                                  I have added money but it is not getting reflected. I have made two transaction this morning but it is not getting reflected in Paytm Account. Transaction was successful from banks end and money was deducted from my bank account as well.I even got successful message on Paytm app. I even updated my application Still it is not getting reflected in account. There is no help from paytm. There is no way to reach them in such case. They don't have customer care helpline. They just have automated helpline system which requires transaction number. In my case unfortunately I don't have all transactions id. Please can you guys help me to reach out to Paytm

                                      Paytm is deducting money from my account but not even transaction is done successfully. When I mailed them regarding this issue, I am not getting any convincing reply. They are deducting my money and I am not sure whether they will refund it or not as they have done this in past also. Seriously they are pissing me off and I have decided not to use online shopping in future, atleast not from this crap Paytm. They are frauds
