I have recharge my two reliance jio no. [protected] and [protected] on 14 april 2017 through sbi debit card. I wanted to inform you that i had paid the bill of my reliance post paid mobile on 13.04.17 at 6:22 pm for rs. 423.48/- from my hdfc bank credit card.

It got deducted from my credit card account but it didnt got credited to reliance mobile account.

On asked from hdfc call centre they informed that the money (423.48/-) has been debited here and it must be lying with paytm as it has not been transferred tp reliance...

I had booked a ticket from hyderabad to delhi. Paytm had offered cashback of 750 rupees for that booking by applying promo code flyday. I did the same thing and i booked it. I have added money but it is not getting reflected. I have made two transaction this morning but it is not getting reflected in Paytm Account. I tried to book movie ticket on 12/04/17 and Rs 1227.48 is deducted from my account but paytm said payment failed. I want my refund because my bank is saying money is successfully transferred. I have received damage TV from PayTm against my order # [protected]. I have done Complaint with I'd 27065511 & 27596462 .I got delivery on 7th April and the product was found damaged during the demo. I raised the return on 11th April which as per policy is correct as the seller should accept product within 7 days of delivery in case of defective...

My uncle bhanu prasda ararwal got a call from an unknown person (Phone number -[protected]) saying that he is calling from rbi mumbai and asked the details of his bank account stating that he will the update the aadhar details in the account and the account may get blocked if we do not update the same.

He asked all the debit card details (Card number, expiry date) and the otps to make 2 transactions...

I had received a call from Sandsine shopping regarding refund of my amount and told to deposit 3000 aganist refund amount 6999. When i refused to do so they send me a mail to cancel my refund amount. I had also received a mail from CEO Paytm

I had ordered a pair of shoes on dated 10/04/2017 from paytm
The expected delivery date as shown is 3-5 days, but till now i have not received my order. I am not able to track the location as it is almost 9 days passed. When i contact the courier partner they told me that your consignment has been seized by sales tax authorities.
