So I discussed it with my bank pnb branch but they said there is no issue about it.. So I have to complain on paytm.. Plz solve it...

20.04.2017 while booking ticket on irctc through net banking with paytm facility available at site, payment was debited rs. 3891.50 and not transferred to irctc and ticket generation.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 6th of april around 11am i have tried to add inr 15000 in my paytm wallet but amount is debited to my bank account but not credited to paytm. Now where the money is? Neither bank is reply nor paytm. So i need my money in my bank account asap. Please find the snapshot of transaction and reference number ref-[protected].
