On 23/02/17 I have made the Mahanagar gas Payment of Rs 467 with ref. no. #[protected].
Then after 5 days on 28/02/17 i'm getting the MSG from Paytm that transaction failed. I don't Know what went wrong after 5 Days.

I have contacted Paytm 4-5 Times but they are telling that amount is not recieved from my bank. I have asked them if they have confirmed with my bank then they can show me the correspondence but they are not giving any prompt reply.

    I tried to book movie ticket on 12/04/17 and Rs 1227.48 is deducted from my account but paytm said payment failed. I want my refund because my bank is saying money is successfully transferred. I have attached my bank details, you can see money is deducted on 12/04/2004 but there is no refund till date. Also attached the file in which paytm shows that payment failed.

        I have booked train ticket amount was deducted from my paytm wallet, But I didn't get ticket even I got the transaction id:[protected], I had traid to approach customer care officer there is no proper customer care number.

        They didn't take any steps to resolve my problem even I sent mail to [email protected] regarding my problem twice they didn't solve my problem yet

          ~~~Stay away from PayTm~~~

          Regretting my decision of shopping at PayTm!

          I have received damage TV from PayTm against my order # [protected]. I have done Complaint with I'd 27065511 & 27596462 .I got delivery on 7th April and the product was found damaged during the demo. I raised the return on 11th April which as per policy is correct as the seller should accept product within 7 days of delivery in case of defective or damaged product.

          It's 10 days now and there's no fruitful response. In fact PayTm came up with a new story that the return should be raised within 72 hours of delivery which is totally unethical and against their own return policy available at the product page.

          Seems the sellers and PayTm are conning innocent customers. I heared from so many reliable sources that PayTm is in great loss & to recover the losses PayTm selling second hand & damage product to the customers .Now I am going to take legal action against PayTm.

          I purchased a 40" Inch TV ( Onida 40" Full HD Smart Tv ) on ( 2nd July 2017 ) with order Id ( [protected] ) however I receive damaged tv. I try to contact you via Phone ( [protected] ) however it takes huge on hold and was unable to contact you after making my balance low every time.

          Then after 25 days from purchase I got a return call from paytm and I told that I received damaged tv and I was trying your number from long time.
          Can you please help me in this case ?

          Brilliant answer from Agent of Paytm:- Sir return window is 7 days now seller will not accept the return or replacement request. Sorry we can't do anything in this case.

          Is it my fault if your number is on huge hold?
          Is it my fault if you have huge traffic ?
          Is it my fault that you have large complaint request ?
          Is it my fault if you have less staff to solve problem ?

          Sir, I was trying to contact Paytm since the return window was open but unable to contact you because you have large traffic on call.

          I am facing huge loss in this and I will stop using Paytm anymore. I will also tell everyone via social media and WhatsApp that not to use Paytm. They are playing such cheap game :(
          Also like to tell you that you are loosing your customer who love you from last 3 years. But now I am very disappointing:(

          Well I can afford the repair cost but you can't afford me anymore as none of help was done by Paytm.

          It is important to let the Paytm high authority be aware from such scene so I search you from here on twitter and explain this situation.

            I have ordered 2 Ac's at same time vide order no. [protected] dated:[protected]. It has delay delivery and only one of the AC is delivered out of two. It has been more than ten days still paytm has no idea where my order. I call paytm customer care department more than 20 times but every time they said that this type of matter can take 24 to 48 hours for sort out, and everytime they refuse to connect my call to senior person.
            the same matter has been 10 days but still they are making me fool.

              I was trying to make a recharge for the electric and that is rs500 n the money have been deducted from my axis account n I already got the message in my phone.. but I got a message in paytm apps to try again and it says I press twice the confirmation key so its cancelled.. transection no. INB/[protected] PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTION PVT. n what is this.. I want my money to be refund( ASAP) as soon as possible. .. n I really don't want to be happen like this or else I will separate da news about this... I want u guys to bring the solution ASAP...

                Hello,

                My uncle bhanu prasda ararwal got a call from an unknown person (Phone number -[protected]) saying that he is calling from rbi mumbai and asked the details of his bank account stating that he will the update the aadhar details in the account and the account may get blocked if we do not update the same.

                He asked all the debit card details (Card number, expiry date) and the otps to make 2 transactions of amount 19999 rs. & 19999 rs via paytm sbipg & airtel money mumbai respectively on[protected].

                Here are the reference number of transactions made:

                Sbipg[protected] paytm sbipg - 19999/-
                Othpg 691729 airtel money mumbai - 19999/-

                Please do necessary action so that we can get this amount refunded.

                    I had ordered a pair of shoes on dated 10/04/2017 from paytm
                    The expected delivery date as shown is 3-5 days, but till now i have not received my order. I am not able to track the location as it is almost 9 days passed. When i contact the courier partner they told me that your consignment has been seized by sales tax authorities.
                    Kindly do the needful. This is the service given by such a reputed online shopping co.

                      Respected sir.. My otp was unfortunately wrong I second chance too... It may block or I have no idea what's wrong but my recharge unsuccessful... Ant it happens again and again... So I discussed it with my bank pnb branch but they said there is no issue about it.. So I have to complain on paytm.. Plz solve it

                                  I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 6th of april around 11am i have tried to add inr 15000 in my paytm wallet but amount is debited to my bank account but not credited to paytm. Now where the money is? Neither bank is reply nor paytm. So i need my money in my bank account asap. Please find the snapshot of transaction and reference number ref-[protected].

                                  I am chasing paytm for the same 6th of april but no reply. Paytm is befooling customers. Please spread this reality og paytm as much possible or try to use other app rather than paytm. Now i am the victim of paytm or you may be the next.

                                      On 16th april for purchase of medicine from 1mg i had done a transaction from idbi bank at 10.30 am (Approx). The money was deducted from my a/c. It is not received by 1mg. The amount is 445.5 rs. I have paytm app. But balance shown is 0 rs. I discussed the issue with idbi bank officials. They have asked me to wait for a week so that paytm has enough time to resolve the issue. I have tried to contact paytm customer services without able to talk to them. That is the reason i am writing to you.
                                      Could you please look into the matter and resolve the matter?

                                        On 6th april i had complaint that i had received a part missing order.
                                        I got a reply from them on 7th april
                                        (Hi ashwani,
                                        I acknowledge the details shared by you regarding the order [protected]. Basis your response, i am coordinating with our seller. Also, would like to inform you that our seller might take upto next 48 hrs to get this resolved. Please be assured once we receive any details from the seller will update you for the same.)

                                        Today is 20th april still no reply from them whenever i call back they reply sir, wait for more 24hr. But their 24hr time frame is not getting over.

                                        I request you to help me up.
