On 6th april i had complaint that i had received a part missing order.
I got a reply from them on 7th april

Also, would like to inform you that our seller might take upto next 48 hrs to get this resolved. Please be assured once we receive any details from the seller will update you for the same.)
Today is 20th april still no reply from them whenever i call back they reply sir, wait for more 24hr. But their 24hr time frame is not getting over.
I request you to help me up.
this amount i can transfer to my bank acount.
I purchased a 40" Inch TV ( Onida 40" Full HD Smart Tv ) on ( 2nd July 2017 ) with order Id ( [protected] ) however I receive damaged tv. I try to contact you via Phone ( [protected] ) however it takes huge on hold and was unable to contact you after making my balance low every time.
Then after 25 days from purchase I got a return call from paytm and I told that I received damaged tv and I was trying your number from long time.
Can you please help me in this case ?
Brilliant answer from Agent of Paytm:- Sir return window is 7 days now seller will not accept the return or replacement request. Sorry we can't do anything in this case.
Is it my fault if your number is on huge hold?
Is it my fault if you have huge traffic ?
Is it my fault that you have large complaint request ?
Is it my fault if you have less staff to solve problem ?
Sir, I was trying to contact Paytm since the return window was open but unable to contact you because you have large traffic on call.
I am facing huge loss in this and I will stop using Paytm anymore. I will also tell everyone via social media and WhatsApp that not to use Paytm. They are playing such cheap game :(
Also like to tell you that you are loosing your customer who love you from last 3 years. But now I am very disappointing:(
Well I can afford the repair cost but you can't afford me anymore as none of help was done by Paytm.
It is important to let the Paytm high authority be aware from such scene so I search you from here on twitter and explain this situation.
