Respected sir,
On date 04.04.2017 i have transfer 5000/-in account no. [protected] in place of account no.[protected] (Ifsc code sbin0030241) using paytm wallet, unfortunately by mistake i have entered wrong account no but ifsc code was right. If ifsc code and account no not match there should not be any transaction but when i contacted to paytm then they told me that money transferred successfully. So please i want to reverse my money and want to lodge a compliant against paytm. (Paytm reference no.[protected].

      I made an order on 19th march and estimated delivery date was 18th April but still there is no update.
      Even made many complaints against order but still no action taken till now.

      There is no tracking available on website.
      Need update on same why the hell there is no response on this explanation required.

          Dear sir,
          I have deposited the money into payatm account on April 2nd the amount is shown in walllet for some time, and again it shows wallet with zero balance.
          payatm customer service told me that wait for 4 working days still problem is pending for 18 days please, take necessary actions as soon as possible .
          other wise we will take a legal procedure.

            Received rs.450.00 from 99xxxx2206 in your paytm wallet. Wallet txn id: [protected]. Pay your bills on paytm.

            Got above message when 450 rs were transferred from xx2206 mobile number to [protected]. But i have not received the money yet.

            Please check and transfer money to [protected]

            I thought it will come by itself in 2 days but still have not gotten. Check and transfer money to my account i need it.

                      I ordered one woodland shoes from paytm on the date of 4/4/2017. The order id is #[protected]. After order complete i didnt get the cash back. I contact to the customer cre and they say that the cash back return in 24 hours from the purchasing time. But i didnt get the cash back. I trust the paytm very much. So i think that i goet the cash back return. Please try to solve this problem

                        I have created a ticket[protected] with paytm care and waited for a response for more than a month.
                        I have send multiple emails but didn't get a response.

                        My money is locked in the paytm wallet.
                        I have provided the required proof that i own the account but still they are not responding.

                              Dear Team,

                              First Order ID [protected]:
                              ordered through PayTm Mall as a first time user, At the time of Booking Actual price of the item is 575/- which is cross marked and 250/- is showing as price of the item. So i have selected the item and selected the promo code then BUY, i have received the pop up stating that " Cash back you will receive at paytm 150/-" I thought that i am eligible for the Paytm Cash Back for the item and proceeded the process for payment. I have received the item but cash back not credited to account. After waiting of one day called to customer care on 19/04/2017 at 2.10PM Up on discussion he confirmed that not selected the promocode for the order id [protected]. He affirmed that mistake done from side only.

                              After a while i told him(Customer service executive) that please check another transaction of order [protected] ??? he confirmed that i have not applied the promo code but i argued with him stating that i have received the pop up stating that 200 cash back will be in paytm account . After few minutes he said that item cost is 219/- and not eligible for any offer. I said him Original Price is 1500/- cross lined on the amount and another price is 219/- but he assertained the same thing product is not under promo code. I told him that if the product is not eligible why the pop up triggered stating that cash back will receive into the account. On the basis of that only i have done all the two payments. But he said that it is not eligible because of 219/- then i cancelled the order immediately .

                              1)Why you cheating the customers giving the pop of cash back before proceeding the payment despite the item is not eligible to the offer.

                              2) Santosh the executive initially said that i have not applied the promo code to my product and changed the dialogue that item value is not as per the guideline.

                              I am attaching the screen shot of which is used as lure to the innocent customer to drag his hard earned money in name of New Mall offer .Please observe bottom pop up of the screen shot which attributed to proceed the payment where as that pop is a virus of Paytm ot cheating trick of paytm for confiscating the money.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have ordered a mobile phone from paytm on 19/03/17 and because of some transaction problem i cancelled it on same day.
                                Order id: [protected]
                                But the cash deducted from my account is not yet refunded in my account as of now. It is one month completed today. I called them 20 days back they told me that amount will be paid to you within 14 working days. Still i didn't got my money back. They are saying that they refunded money to my account but it is not yet credited in my ICICI bank account. ICICI bank is saying they yet not received money from paytm. Please look into the matter.

                                Still now no money is refund to me..i have odered vivo v5 phone on 19th march 2017.due to some problem i cancelled the oder on same day..but still now my money is not refunded by paytm...i wait 20 days and now its one month...bt no rply from paytm..i contct my icici bank..they check and tell me still now paytm is not refund my money..i am mentally harsment because of this problem...because amount is big for me..i am middle class student and recently i get a job...

                                Please do some need full action asap...which i shall be obliged..

                                  I had initiated a recharge of Rs.99 for mobile number *******710 with order id [protected] on Paytm on 31/03/2017 at 09:30 AM and I cancelled this order on same day 31/03/2017 at 07:30 PM due to long wait and after which Paytm has refunded money in my Paytm Wallet. I also received SMS on my registered mobile as "Recharge for *******710 for Rs.99 has failed. Rs 99 has been refunded to your Paytm Wallet. Time 7:36PM 31 Mar"

                                  After two days i.e. 02/04/2017 I checked Paytm Wallet which show Zero balance. After lodging complaint with Paytm care I received following reply as under

                                  Thank you for contacting us. We checked your query about an unauthorized transaction. You initiated a recharge of Rs.99 for mobile number *******710 with order id [protected] on Paytm on 31/03/2017. The amount was however returned to your wallet due to a delay in confirmation from the operator. Since the recharge was later successful, the amount was reversed to the operator.

                                  So when I had cancelled the recharge and Paytm has confirmed that Recharge is failed and they have refunded money THEN HOW THEY CAN PAY THE AMOUNT TO THE OPERATOR WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AFTER 2 DAYS. Also my recharge was not Successful for the said amount. This is serious issue and this is theft of my money.
