I ordered one woodland shoes from paytm on the date of 4/4/2017. The order id is #[protected]. After order complete i didnt get the cash back. I contact to the customer cre and they say that the cash back return in 24 hours from the purchasing time. But i didnt get the cash back. I trust the paytm very much. So i think that i goet the cash back return. Please try to solve this problem...

My account with the number [protected] is locked since a long time.
I have created a ticket[protected] with paytm care and waited for a response for more than a month.
I have send multiple emails but didn't get a response.

My money is locked in the paytm wallet.
I have provided the required proof that i own the account but still they are not responding....

I recharged for Rs 221 for videocon D2H through internet banking on dated 19/4/2017. The amount was debited but recharge was failed. Pl. take quick action to resolve the issue.

I have ordered a mobile phone from paytm on 19/03/17 and because of some transaction problem i cancelled it on same day.

I had booked a ticket in irctc on 12 Apr 2017 ( transaction I'd [protected]) which had got failed transaction and not yet got my refund to my bank.

Request you to do the needful to get my refund asap....

As i recharged my jio no for Rs. 309 on dated 15/04/2017 and its order id IPT[protected] but the problem is that amount is deduct from my bank account but no recharged was done. Many times i called their customer care no. but they dont gave any response in this. Now i want my cash back
So please look in my matter and solve my problem as soon as possible...

I purchased shoes and slipon from paytm and FUT1250 code was applied for utility bill payment cash back voucher.
Codes provided after much follow up with customer care.
when i tried to apply both these codes, these were shown already used.
I tried a lot and called and mailed many a times to Paytm care but not resolved.
every time new person told to get this resolved in 48-72 hours but 10-12 passed and no resolution.br...

I made transaction in paytm through credit card and now i dont want to use that amount or want to transfer in other bank due to they are charging 2% so at least they can revert back that amount in credit card without any charges. If i m transferring that amount in other bank and they are charging they have right and rule to do changes i agree but they cannot charge for reversal in same bank which a credit card.

Regret to inform you this is my worst experience as i am approaching Paytm since 14th April for Modification of my flight. Till now after last call of Rajni please note my below grievances.

1. Jet airways denied to do any modifications as ticket is been booked by Paytm.
