On March 5th, I did dth recharge(349Rs/-) through Airtel app using Amazon pay UPI which was linked to my Paytm Bank. After few hours, I got a message from Airtel saying the transaction was unsuccessful, if the amount has been debited, it will be refunded within 7-10days.
But even after 10 days, amount was not credited back to my account. I tried reaching out both paytm bank and Airtel. Both of them blame each other. In fact airtel called and discussed about it, paytm always sends an automated message. Few days back they were responding to my messages. Now they stopped responding.
4 years back, I lost 9199Rs from PayTM Shopping, regarding the same issue, refund.
They told me to contact bank(Vijay Bank).
Both PayTm and Vijaya Bank didn't respond to requests. After all desperate attempts(Submitting letters to bank), no one responded, I lost hope. We are middle class family, we had no hope that even after making so many attempts, its worth any more attempts and stopped trying.
