      Resp. Sir,
      As i recharged my jio no for Rs. 309 on dated 15/04/2017 and its order id IPT[protected] but the problem is that amount is deduct from my bank account but no recharged was done. Many times i called their customer care no. but they dont gave any response in this. Now i want my cash back
      So please look in my matter and solve my problem as soon as possible

        I purchased shoes and slipon from paytm and FUT1250 code was applied for utility bill payment cash back voucher.
        Codes provided after much follow up with customer care.
        when i tried to apply both these codes, these were shown already used.
        I tried a lot and called and mailed many a times to Paytm care but not resolved.
        every time new person told to get this resolved in 48-72 hours but 10-12 passed and no resolution.
        On mail also they are asking me to provide more details but no solution.
        I have already incurred penalty on my utility bills but all in vain.

            I made transaction in paytm through credit card and now i dont want to use that amount or want to transfer in other bank due to they are charging 2% so at least they can revert back that amount in credit card without any charges. If i m transferring that amount in other bank and they are charging they have right and rule to do changes i agree but they cannot charge for reversal in same bank which a credit card.

              Dear Sir

              Regret to inform you this is my worst experience as i am approaching Paytm since 14th April for Modification of my flight. Till now after last call of Rajni please note my below grievances.

              1. Jet airways denied to do any modifications as ticket is been booked by Paytm.
              2. Your return customer care call having criteria of 24 hours which had given me mental agony and I am suffering badly.
              3. Your travel agent partner I can not approach and due to technical reason from your side no update is been given for Modification till now and flight is of tomorow early morning 2.30 am.
              4. I need an extreme and urgent attention from Paytm else would like to take help of Hounarable Consumer forum .
              I suffered badly and first time my experience with Paytm for flight ticket booking is worst .

              I need to be compansated for the same.

                I'm not able to log in to my paytm account for over 15 days now. Have raised a complain against this by calling on[protected]. I was told that the security team would call me in 24-48 hours. It's been more than 10 days, but nobody contacted me. I have some funds in my my paytm account which I cannot use because of some stupid reasons. I used to be a happy customer. In these 15 days, I've registered a total of 5 complains. Each time I'm being prompted that the concern team would contact me. Pathetic user experience, pathetic company. If you guys don't know how to tackel with customers then I have a piece of advice for you, "SHUT DOWN THIS COMPANY".

                  I recharged my jio mob dated[protected] at 9.38 pm.in my a/c payment deduct and written their your payment is successfully. But sir today i checked at jio customer care, but there is no. Trans id is — [protected].
                  Today evening i got a call from paytm customer care, he said we not received your payment but sir how is this possible

                      I have been mailing complaint since 3rd april regarding unauthorized traansaction but no action has been taken yet. I opted for recharge on 30th march at 2:55 pm. But there was no confirmation of recharge so thats why i cancelled my recharge at night on 30th march around 11:20 pm.. And the money amount of rs. 273 was restored back to the account by paytm.. But on 1st april without any consent of mine money amount of 273 was again withdrawn from my account... Which its showng "withdrawn against dispute".
                      Iso kindly do the needful dispute".
                      I have been mailing regularly since thn but no action has been taken yet. I am sending screenshot.

                          In last month dated 18.03.17 at 11.34 a.m electricity bill was being paid twice on same consumer number.[protected] as it was showing processing, I pressed the pay button twice n amount of rs.727 prepaid hybrid flow order no.[protected], wallet order id no.[protected].paytm neither refunded my amount RS.727 nor it deducted it in present month bill, how could so happen when paytm deducted amount but not refunded.

                          I even made a complaint on toll free no. But the matter didn't get resolved till now, very bad regarding customer care services, no customer care executive neither responded nor answer to my complaint, literally very bad news for paytm mobile solutions.

                          I can recharge 303 rupees Jio summer plan though paytm on dated 31 March 2017 when my bank pass book update there show that 303 rupee debit from account no. But my recharge is not completely successfully & no money added to paytm wallet. I question u where my balance missing that can not show.

                          I have an account balance of Rs.60000/-, but now i am not able to send the same to my bank account. Ordered placed but it is not confirmed. So please check the same.

                            On[protected] i have recieved the box from delhivery courier partner which i have orederd on paytm, i have ordered redimi 3s prime mobile but as soon as i open the polythin bag of paytm i found that the mobile box seal was tempered and when i open the box found that mobile handset and charger was not available inside the box, i emailed to paytm for so many times but everytime paytm reply me that "your refund request could not be processed by our system because our x-ray system displays that we have send the correct product." Again i mailed to paytm that some thing happening wrong in betwen and asks for the photos of their x-ray systems but they are not ready to give me the details of that investigation as well as the pics of that. i complaint to the consumer court but don't know complaint closed by the consumer court department without invesigate my complaint and remarks will be given by paytm that we ship the correct product.

                                Its very worst experience with paytm that my amount was deducted but train ticket not booked. I have gone through with paytm aplication and tried to book my ticket, after deducting my amount i was said that we are redirecting you to IRCTC hold on but despite holding for an hour nothing it responded.So pls check and remit my amount in account no back.

But the service was not executed and he promised me to refund the same amount. But till date despite my different reminders the payment is not refunded.

                                  I have received a call from this number [protected] today at 5:47 p.m. The caller told me that he is calling from Paytm and is responding to my refund complaint that has been lodged Yesterday by me. Since he was telling about the correct refund details I shared most of the information including my Debit card number and validity. I noticed some imperfections in his talk, so I went to the nearest ATM and withdraw my whole money. He then changed my email password and when I asked him why? he said it's a part of the Paytm refund checking process and when I insisted of the new password he has given me the new password. Same time I have noticed some purchase OTP message coming to me from MPESA worth 19, 940. I told him that my refund amount is 3500 then why 19940 purchase, he said it's just a mistake but tell him the OTP that I didn't do. He also tried changing my mobile information using a code SIM[protected]U, that also I didn't allow. He is also referred another mobile no. [protected] to change my Paytm password. I think it was a deliberate attempt to loot me to revenge on my refund complaint lodged yesterday towards Rs. 3500.
                                  Kindly alert the police and bring them behind bars and put your security measures little strong enough and all Paytm staffs should kindly be intimated about this.

                                      I had recharged for 1599 rs MTS data card recharge form corporation net banking..I called customer center they told its not executed from bank i verified with bank..they have send data which shows alright kindly do the needful

                                        15 days before my paytm wallet no is block due to securiyt reason. I have register complaint also. Comliant no is 26611212. I have completed all the formalities as per paytm company required. But stil they are not unblocking my paytm wallet. Just they are given some reply via mail. You are paytm number will unlcok with in 3-4 days. But still they are not given anything in this matter. So its really dispointed service by paytm.
