Dear paytm customer care,

We have done the recharge last 15th april but web site show payment deduct and we have received payment successfully message but mobile recharge not done so kindly check the issue and resolve.

In last month dated 18.03.17 at 11.34 a.m electricity bill was being paid twice on same consumer number.[protected] as it was showing processing, I pressed the pay button twice n amount of rs.727 prepaid hybrid flow order no.[protected], wallet order id no.[protected].paytm neither refunded my amount RS.727 nor it deducted it in present month bill, how could so happen when paytm deducted amount but not refunded....

On[protected] i have recieved the box from delhivery courier partner which i have orederd on paytm, i have ordered redimi 3s prime mobile but as soon as i open the polythin bag of paytm i found that the mobile box seal was tempered and when i open the box found that mobile handset and charger was not available inside the box, i emailed to paytm for so many times but everytime paytm reply me that "your refund request could not be processed...

Kindly restore the amount rs. 402.22 debited from my account, dated march 15 -2017, at least tell me the account in which the amount credited, with explanation. my mobile no. is [protected], indore, i request you to kindly refund my amount at earliest, to maintain, the trust in PAYTM . any reply +ve or -ve is welcome....

Its very worst experience with paytm that my amount was deducted but train ticket not booked. I have gone through with paytm aplication and tried to book my ticket, after deducting my amount i was said that we are redirecting you to IRCTC hold on but despite holding for an hour nothing it responded.So pls check and remit my amount in account no back.

I have effected a transfer of rs. 3500 on a particular service to the paytm mobile no. [protected] on 06/04/2017. But the service was not executed and he promised me to refund the same amount. But till date despite my different reminders the payment is not refunded.
Could you please advise and do the best to effect my refund.

I had recharged for 1599 rs MTS data card recharge form corporation net banking..I called customer center they told its not executed from bank i verified with bank..they have send data which shows alright kindly do the needful...

15 days before my paytm wallet no is block due to securiyt reason. I have register complaint also. Comliant no is 26611212. I have completed all the formalities as per paytm company required. But stil they are not unblocking my paytm wallet. Just they are given some reply via mail. You are paytm number will unlcok with in 3-4 days. But still they are not given anything in this matter. So its really dispointed service by paytm....

I ave my jio.mob.no.[protected]. On15-4-17.for rs.309, to billdeskutil. But yet jio has not recharge it.pl.go thru it and solve my issue.paytm.rs309 to billdeskutil, walettxn i.d.[protected]

I buy a laptop from paytm a month ago.and now there is a prob in laptop so i visit service center. they said the serial number and SNID of this laptop is invalid its a duplicate product.i attached invoice of laptop. please help me....

I am not able to make a paytm account on my ios device. I tried making new account, tried sinking it with facebook and gmail but as soon as i enter the otp, the otp doesnt confirm and the next step doesnt load.

I complain about this your paytm told me contact with jio and when I contact with jio they told me contact with Paytm. You both cheating with me. Where I to go.. Return my money. You cheaters. Otherwise I put all your mail on social sites. Because you cheated customers. Where is my money....

On 14th april I booked train ticked through PAYTM, After first successful attempt I got booking confirmation massage and after some time again an apology massage for booking cancellation.
Rs./- 1595 deducted & added, After that I booked again. In second attempt I got another successful booking massage but amount deducted twice.
Please refund extra...

Kindly find enclosed the bank statement highlights with red color dated on 18 March 17 rs 2000. debited from my account transfer to paytm but till now this amount is not showing in my paytm account.
