I am not able to make a paytm account on my ios device. I tried making new account, tried sinking it with facebook and gmail but as soon as i enter the otp, the otp doesnt confirm and the next step doesnt load.
I have tried several times to confirm my otp but it doesnt confirm. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Respected sir/madam,

    1. It is to inform you that I have lost my purse which contains my debit card bearing No.[protected] of Indian Bank, Account number:[protected] . Also lost my mobile activated with Vodafone No.[removed].

    2. On checking my account on 09 Apr 17 it was found that an amount of Rs 12614 has been debited from my card through your website by 7 different transactions. I have filed a police complaint bearing number:-1768 CCB--V/2017 to this effect in Central Crime Branch, Vepery Chennai.

    3. It is understood that the purchases were made through Paytm transaction id:[protected], 70007981 and 00218923 by using the above mobile for receiving the OTP.

    4. Please cancel or block all the transactions related with this debit card and please give me the full details of the transaction made with the above card such as place, item purchased, bill details(if bills paid), paytm number.


    5. Please find enclosed the bank statement, copy of police complaint.

      Paid Rs.309.00 to BILLDESKutil at 2:10 PM. Wallet txn ID:[protected]. I recharged 309 for jio by paytm wallet. My amount deducted I did not get recharge. I complain about this your paytm told me contact with jio and when I contact with jio they told me contact with Paytm. You both cheating with me. Where I to go.. Return my money. You cheaters. Otherwise I put all your mail on social sites. Because you cheated customers. Where is my money.

        On 14th april I booked train ticked through PAYTM, After first successful attempt I got booking confirmation massage and after some time again an apology massage for booking cancellation.
        Rs./- 1595 deducted & added, After that I booked again. In second attempt I got another successful booking massage but amount deducted twice.
        Please refund extra

          Respected sir,
          kindly informed to you that wrong recharge information given and due to recharge i lost my money .on 14th april online paytm recharge on my mobil number [protected] for deta recharge worth Rs 198, which scheme shown in pay tm so i done this scheme after that i was using my net i found that your deta is finished, todaty i inquired related same in BSNL thay told me that no scheme rs 198 for Data ? i m shoked then i asked that what is this scheme they told for roming but i was recgarge for data as per pay tm, even thogh after recharge i used data and now i found that all my account balance became nil?
          i m really harrassed by your service.

          so i lost my 198 rs recharge which nono use for me because you given wrong information and i put trust on you, even you will fing out window for run away from this issue.
          i m valluable your customer, i want my money back or recharge data this is my complain
          i m doing lots of recharge through using this app, if you will not refund i will thoughw this app in uninstall and inform to my 265 friend who are using regularly this app after i suggest that they will do same,

            My name is varinder sharma & no is [protected].i have done recharges on my mobile no [protected] which is reliance jio sim . i done recharges 408 from Paytm 15 April. my order id is ipt [protected]. payment amount 408 rs was deducted on April 15 time 17:22 pm.but recharge not done .i got a massage from payTM at 22:18 pm .your bank just confirmed successful payment.we will refund your money in case order is cancelled. so refund my money. which is deducte from my account.my contact no is [protected].my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
            So waiting for your reply or my money which is deducted.

                my balance detect in my bank account 309/-(Transaction id-IPT[protected]) but not update in my wallet on 16 april 2017.Than I m contact to your customer care agent, he said me the paytm company refund my amount in my bank account but I check many time till date amount is not received in my bank account. So please refund my 309/- amount soon.

                    Billdesk — payment not yet refunded for recharge not done.

                    I have recharged my jio number by rs.408 through billdeskutil by paytm but i have not got the amount on number. Because it got failed but amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet. Plz fix this problem. Or tell weather it will refunded in paytm. Plz help me out in this.                       I have added 500 rs on 12th Apr 2017 to my PayTM wallet. Money got deducted from my Bank account(AXIS Bank), however it is still not reflecting in my payTM wallet.

                      I have lodged one complaint as on 12 Apr 2014 500 rs got deducted from my account but same has not been added to my payTM wallet.

                      When one of payTM employee named Mahendra (employee id - PTM30741) called me regarding that he was asking about my debit card details and when I refused to provide my card pin he behaved very rudely and without solving my problem he just hang on.

                      When I have given screenshot of my transaction and also giving debit card number then what is the need of pin. And how can someone talk this much rudely to a customer.

                      Also he was not ready to provide any alternative. This is extremely shameful for a company to having a employee like him or having a policy who force customer to provide their bank details to solve any issue.

                          Hello sir yesterday i recieved a fraud call who said that i m calling from icici bank and asked about my bank details saying that ur debit card is blocked to unblock it tell us ur otp so i have by mistake given it to that person and he transfered 40, 000 from my account to his paytm account i request u to stop the transaction becoz it is a fraud case request u to look into this matter and stop the transaction

                              On April 15th I recharged my metro card from paytm but no balance update is shown when I check balance at metro station pls help and refund my money, although it is continously showing recharge successful but still no balance has been updated yet, , pls help
                              I have already recharged my metro card from paytm with 150rs but still I am facing problem. This is very annoying as I was not expecting something like this from paytm. All I want is to cancel that order and to return me back my money of hardworking. See I am a good customer of paytm and not you all have landed me in trouble

                                  I have a account on paytm and mostly i used it for online transaction to play a vital role in cashless india but when i was recharge my prepaid number with 346(in this plan unlimited calling) i was confirm one recharge payment but they automatically did it twice.after that i was contacting their tollfree number but they didn't response me. even i email them 3 time and lastly they replied me a mail your recharge is successfull so we can't do anything.and they said me that you got both of 2 recharges benefit but i want only one because 2nd one is same.they did it twice in a single second and when i written it to them they said you did it twice.how i can did twice payment in single second.please solve my problem and take neccesary action towards paytm if you didn't take any action they did the same problem with others.i hope you solved it.

                                    A train ticket was booked successfully through irctc on 17.09.2016, for which payment was made through paytm wallet with paytm Cash transaction # [protected] of Rs 1373.86 . On the journey date, the train was running late more than 3 hours, due to which, the passenger refused to board on the train and hence, claimed TDR against the booked train ticket. After which, the 'irctc' refunded the amount of Rs. 1300/- on 08.04.2017 as per extant rules. Due to the reason that the payment while ticket booking was made through the Paytm wallet, the refund amount of Rs 1300/- is credited back to my Paytm account by the IRCTC with reference no. ekt[protected], which is not reflecting in my paytm account till date.
                                    I raised the concern with paytm customer care via phone and mail, but they are denying the fact.
