I have a account on paytm and mostly i used it for online transaction to play a vital role in cashless india but when i was recharge my prepaid number with 346(in this plan unlimited calling) i was confirm one recharge payment but they automatically did it twice.after that i was contacting their tollfree number but they didn't response me. even i email them 3 time and lastly they replied me a mail your recharge is successfull so we can't do anything.and they said me that you got both of 2 recharges benefit but i want only one because 2nd one is same.they did it twice in a single second and when i written it to them they said you did it twice.how i can did twice payment in single second.please solve my problem and take neccesary action towards paytm if you didn't take any action they did the same problem with others.i hope you solved it.

    A train ticket was booked successfully through irctc on 17.09.2016, for which payment was made through paytm wallet with paytm Cash transaction # [protected] of Rs 1373.86 . On the journey date, the train was running late more than 3 hours, due to which, the passenger refused to board on the train and hence, claimed TDR against the booked train ticket. After which, the 'irctc' refunded the amount of Rs. 1300/- on 08.04.2017 as per extant rules. Due to the reason that the payment while ticket booking was made through the Paytm wallet, the refund amount of Rs 1300/- is credited back to my Paytm account by the IRCTC with reference no. ekt[protected], which is not reflecting in my paytm account till date.
    I raised the concern with paytm customer care via phone and mail, but they are denying the fact.

            Hi,

            I have ordered a product on PayTm on 2nd April, But it didn't got delivered on 11th April (expected delivery date ) and on 12th I received a message saying order delivered successfully. When I tried to reach customer care, it is so pathetic, there system was not able to identify Order id and then it took 30 min to pick the call. Its being almost 8 days still they are just saying that we are looking into it on priority on Social network, but no update is provided .
            Still waitinng for m product or money.
            I will never pay in adance for any order in Paytm any more, from all the experience Amazon is the best player and then Flipkart, Patm doesn't stand a chance.

                      I have been facing problem in my paytm account login its just that i have forgotten my paytm password instead of resetting my password paytm have blocked my account since march and i have been following up with them since march have already provided all the necessary details to them all the transaction ids and screenshots still these people want my bank statement I don't understand why will a person share bank statement to paytm people also everyday they come up with new things which they want i m fed up of following now they have just taken my paytm money fraud are these paytm people they just do this so that they can get money from the customers 😡

                        On 14th April i bought food from Panjabi tadka restaurant located in Viman nagar, pune and transferred 690 ruppes on his paytm. Payment deducted from my paytm wallet but shopkeeper didn't receive the money so i had to pay in cash again. Below ia transaction id and photos attached of that transaction

                                Today evening i have spent rs.399 through my paytm account for recharging my mts modem no. [protected]. I had received a telephone call as well as sms from mts today offering a cash back and extra 1gb net data for recharging through paytm. Mts also provide a promo code - paytmts30 for additional 1gb data. But at the time of recharging no promo code was shown
                                And probably i have not received any extra benefit for recharging through paytm. Please look into the matter and do the needful so that i can get the benefit.

                                        Sir,
                                        Please help me to resolve the pending issue with PAYTM for refund/return claim.
                                        Transaction details provided below.

                                        Product purchase Date: - 1-APR-2017
                                        Delivery Date: - 10-APR-2017
                                        Return Request Date: - 12-APR-2017 (2 days after delivery)

                                        (Defined Return Policy :- “Seller will accept returns within 7 days from date of delivery of the item only in case of damaged, defective or wrong products received”)

                                        Product:- Samsung LU28E590DS/XL 71.12 cm (28 inch) LED Monitor

                                        nature of defect:-

                                        i) after 2-3 hours running colour get changed automatically (some reddish, greenish tone), sometimes brightness/ light also fluctuate.

                                        Note:- this behaviour is inconsistent and cannot be predicted when it will occur

                                        ii) Sound from the audio jack behind the panel is not audible and indistinct, suspecting some hardware issue of sound port of monitor

                                        iii) Brightness/intensity of light drop to some extent just with 2 days o[censored]se!!!

                                        It has already been passed 4 days after claiming the Return request of the product but there is no update or intimation from PAYTM.
                                        Every time when I tried to contact them, their only reply is “We are working on it”.

                                        Moreover they actually deviate from their defined hassle free return policy.
                                        They harassing me by claiming some document snapshots which was actually not defined anywhere in return policy like:-

                                        1) Id proof (pan card, driving license, aadhar card etc.)
                                        2) Snapshots of Product with visible IMEI / Serial No. :-
                                        3) Snapshots of outer and inner package with visible Serial/Barcode number:-

                                        However all these documents snapshot I already forwarded to them after claiming return/refund request.
                                        I also attached some snapshots of the product below for your reference:-

                                        PAYTM customer care professionals not saying explicitly but from the tone of their executives I figured out they are reluctant to pick up the return as the product is little bit of higher cost (which is absolutely deviation from their return policy).

                                        Also I came to know another wrong return policy of them.
                                        As per RBI rule when any cancellation of product done, entire transaction amount should be reversed to the original payment mode (like credit card, net banking etc.).
                                        From paytm executives I came to know if paytm reverse the transaction entire amount will came to its wallet (not bank), of which 30089 can be sent to the bank, but 7000 rs will be blocked by paytm to its wallet (As the purchased product came with 7000 Rs. cashback offer).
                                        But when anyone cancel transaction entire amount should be reversed to the transaction payment mode/bank, but this amount blocking is against the RBI rule.

                                        I am at a loss.
                                        At the time of purchase I already confirmed from paytm that if any defect found, my area code comes under reverse pickup by paytm.
                                        Please follow-up paytm to initiate reverse pickup process of the product and help me to receive my refund.
