Good afternoon sir/madam. Sir I have purchased a mobile from PAYTM. Mobile name LYF WATER 10. Product order number [protected]. I received my product with defect of OVER HEATING. Since next day I am complaining even though they are not responding. Today I received a mail that u have complains after 10 days, according to our rules within 10 days u have to complain etc. Sir actually I was complaining since the next day of product received. After they r responding sir.
Kindly do favour sir. I need my cash back sir.

      Money transferred from my wallet to an unregistered mobile but not returned to my wallet even after 4 months.
      I wrote several mail with evidences to customer care without receiving any reply! (only automated reply)
      Toll free customer care accepted that money transferred to an unregistered mobile number and paytm has deducted the money from my wallet without returning the same.
      They only give the complaint reference number without any action

      but only waited in the customer care call for 90 min.
      Every time I narrated the story to different call centers without having any resolution.
      So kindly help me to get refund from paytm as soon as possible.

          Hi there,
          I am quite feels shock to be having a response like paytm from last few days,
          It is like i had purchased a i phone 6 from paytm costs 29500 for the device but i received faulty device for the same i had locked a complaint in customer support but its almost more than a week gone no body is replying from paytm.
          My references ticket no is 25987143 in which i had dropped so many mails but did not received a single positive response from them.

            My jio recharge by Paytm 309 in Jio mobile no [protected] in Jio app open baseboard show offer of Rs 309 and Rs 509 and then I click on buy option for recharge of Rs 309 then they show me recharge option in Paytm I click then type amount 309 then process app show failure Paytm sms paid Rs. 309 has diducted by paytm wallet but not recharge in Jio sim so please refund me and I will give you image for not recharge there in sim.

                I am writing this complaint to bring to your kind notice that i have done one reliance jio recharge of rs 303 on 7 april 2017 and the amount was debited from my paytm wallet and the recharge did not took place inspite of the reference number being generated ipt[protected] and wallet order id [protected]. Kindly arrange to refund back the amount to my paytm wallet as early as possible. I can be contacted on my number ++++++++0177. My jio number is ++++++++6268. My jio reference is br000045spsz. Kindly help me in this regard because when i took up the matter with paytm they said they have processed the payment from their side and only the merchant can help in this regard and when i took up the matter with the jio they said we have not recieved any payment. Now kindly try to provide me explanation in this regard that where did my money go inspite of the reference number being generated from the merchant and client side and neither my recharge took place. Therefore after having such a bad experience with paytm cc and jio cc i am taking this matter to external agency for resolution.

                      When i got call from customer care they are saying with in 48hrs will resolve but not 8days its resolve haahha
                      They are saying u have 2 ac on same number hahahaha how it is possible.

                        On 3rd April 2017, I paid reliance communication mobile bill having amount of 214.99 from my axis bank account.Transaction was successfully done then i received a mail from bank for debited amount as usual. I didn't receive receipt on same day. I'd been waiting for few days then on 15th April, Reliance mobile sent me the message o[censored]npaid bill.

                          this recharge was pending from more than 45hrs, hence i recharged my number from phonepay app,
                          and told paytm "please cancel this order and refund me immediately"...
                          because paytm did recharge after 24hr which is useless, that recharge overlaped my previous one recharge hence it was loss for me, just because of you,
                          i want refund...

                          this is clear fraud, i want refund, but paytm is clearly refusing to help me regarding this, fraud paytm

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            I purchased a product from paytm for which i paid in advance and when i received product it was not in good condition so i initiated refund and the product was taken from my house.

                            The product price is rs548 and for that i received 300 cashback money but after processing refunds, the company needs to payme rs248 more[protected].

                            I complained regarding same to the company and they told me that my refund is initiated on 30/3/17 and depending upon bank it will take 7-14 days to process refunds in bank account.
                            But still after waiting for 15 days the same issue is faced and the company is not responding properly.. Ie.. They are not solving issue.

                              Recharged my jio number using paytm. The amount is deducted from my account and not recharged. It shows that waiting for operator conformation. This is the last chance to recharge my number. If it is not recharged today it self i will lost my number forever. Please recharge it now or refund my it as early as possible.

                                    I have already raised complain against same from last 40 days my ref no: 24742986, always customer care deptt said your problem will solved within 24hrs but after 40 days it has not solved. pls do needful.my account has blocked from 40 days. and also when i call customer care they hold my call ans after long time. and when i told to transfer ur senior then they hold my call up to 30 minutes. and my wallet money blocked from 40 days above i unable to use my money.

                                      On 13th Apr'17 in afternoon i had received a call from a person named karan (mob no.: [protected]) who claimed to be working at paytm. He enquired about my complaint and my debit card no. and went on to ask my account my account balance. Being suspicious of the character, i had asked him to meet me in person at the Noida office of Paytm, upon reaching the office neither the guy was reachable over the phone nor was able to find a staff personnel named Karan at same office.
                                      Please look into this issue with utmost importance as the above incident is a case where a an unknown individual was able to get hold of my personal details including the complaint that I had forwarded to the Paytm customer care team.

                                      Awaiting a prompt reply and action regarding the above written issue.
