    Hi I'm from Hyderabad my mobile number is [protected] I have sent 1100 rupees to +[protected] who lives in Kolkata I got a reply that my money transfer was successful. Buy the person on the other end did not receive it can you please look into this as soon as possible and write back. So I can give a Police complaint against the other person who is doing a fraud.

      303 jio recharge failure & money is deducted from paytm wallet

      I have contacted paytm for incomplete transaction about my jio summer surprise offer Rs 303 recharge but they have told to contact you. My transaction for JIO membership has not been done . Rs. 303 has been deducted from my wallet but it has not been reached to JIO . I am trying since 7th April but still the transaction has not been completed. I want the refund immediately. My JIO number is [protected] . And my paytm number is [protected] . BILLDESKutil order #IPT[protected] is my order detail. I need my refund immediately...

                  On 4th April 2017, i made a transaction of amount Rs 4000 from my Paytm wallet to OBC bank, the amount got deducted from my wallet but not reflected in my bank account .I was asked to wait for 7 days that they would refund the money if they didn't get any confirmation from the bank. It has been 11 days and i havent recieved the refund yet.

                    Res sir, Paytm wallet was used by unauthorised person and amount of rs 250 debited in account number [protected] .The man was presuming as Paytm customer care and send me passwords as well as pin and same person was using phone number [protected].this man withdraw 250 /- from my Paytm wallet.please take action.i am sending same message to CM Uttar Pradesh as well as PM Modi ji for their knowledge.

                        I've recharged from Paytm on 7th April. I got a successful transaction message from Paytm and the order ID is IPT[protected]. But from network operator I did not get any confirmation message. And I confirmed from network operator that the recharge not successful for payment issue.

                                R/s, i have booked movie ticket for suncity hisar on dated 26 jan, 2017 and have paid rs 270/-through paytm wallet to gogetticket order no [protected] but fail in booking of ticket. Suncity hisar haryana management appolizes for this inconvinence and try to contact gogetticket authority after one hour they got success to communicate with them and replied that there were no transaction by paytm regarding order no [protected] dated 26/01/2017. Fine, i lost my money in online transaction but no body know about this. I send email to paytm authority on 27 jan 2017 and 11 feb 2017. I also send email gogetticket authority on 21 feb 2017. But no replied. Even i cannot see my transaction inpaytm passbook now. I transfered money from bank a/c to paytm wallet. Now almost four month passes away but i have lost my rs 270 in online transaction. Govt of india are motivating for online transaction but transprancy lost. Please help finding my lost money.

                                  It was unexpected for me that my all received transactions of 12th April amount is 9000 rupees but you transferred only 8350 rupees to my bank account on 13th April & settled time is 05:55 AM, How is it possible ?? So please resolve the same issue as soon as possible.

                                  Kindly return my amount in my bank account ASAP.

                                    I have called paytm customer care so much time. but no one has solved my problem. i am not doing to login paytm account beacause i forget the password.

                                    i have called 6 times from 5 days. customer care persion recive the call and all the customer care persion telling difference solution. but no one has solve my problem. my mobile number is [protected].

                                    pls solve this problem otherwise 300 rupee in my paytm account . transfer that money in my account and close the account. i dont want to use paytm account.
                                    all the chutiya employee are working in paytm.

                                        I have a great mistake of my own fault. I have to recharged my airtel dth no - [protected] for rs. 410.00 through paytm, but inadvertently i had inserted a wrong number - [protected] on 13.04.2017 at 08.54 pm vide order no - [protected] of paytm, and the payment was successful. Immediately after that i recharged to my original number [protected] for rs. 410.00 vide order no.[protected] of paytm at 08.59 pm on 13.04.2017 and the second transaction was also successful. The transactions are made through icici bank. So help me resolve my issue by reversing rs.410.00 from the no-[protected] to my icici bank account tagged to paytm.
