My money has transfered to different paytm wallet.but now how to get refund of money

Hi,
Payment not transfer to paytm wallet.

Not able to add amount to my wallet through all banking payment types credit card, debit card and net banking. I have tried several times and I'm getting the same error. Kindly check on the error an solve the problem as soon as possible, so that I can use Paytm wallet . Im not even able to send or pay money. Error image attached. Help to solve the problem.

My order no [protected]. I have purchased lg284 double door refrigerator on dt 01.04.2017. Rs 33589 amount deducted in my account. But not received item for till date.&
Many time call to customer care & call centre. But not response paytm side. I am totally harassment for paytm side. I request sir, please closes my issues. My present presser to me,

I paid My postpaid bill through paytm and By mistake paid excess amount Rs. 22891 .
Call Paytm customer care they asked to contact vodafone .
I did and Vodafone provided proof that they I have refunded same to Paytm.
But Paytm is not accepting this .
I am really feeling helpless .

Hi Team,

I paid bill my number [protected] .
it was a mistake so I asked vodafone to reverse this transaction and they have reversed same .
But I did not get my refund .
Please check on priority.

I was upgrading to jio 303. So while making the payment i chose to do via paytm.
My paytm wallet had rs 303 less so they deducted the amount from my axis bank account.
Registered mobile no. - [protected]
My transaction was cancelled by jio but the amount was deducted from the bank account.
Further i got a message from paytm saying "your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.303.0 on paytm with order id-ipt [protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries."
Please look into the matter and arrange for the refund immediately.

Already 4 working days has been over but still the refund is not done.
Recharge was not done as jio declined the payment. But in that case money will be transferred to my paytm wallet or directly refunded to my bank. But nothing happened.
In fact i am astonished to see that paytm is giving a confirmation of payment by sms but in the paytm passbook no transaction of rs. 303 is displayed.
For reference i am sending you the screenshots of payment confirmation and money deduction from bank to paytm.
1) bank statement
2) bank transaction sms
3) paytm confirmation sms of payment
4) paytm passbook
5) recharge history of jio

Look into the matter seriously.

I have done a electricity bill payment yesterday
still now its sowing processing, I have send 5 email to you and one phone call but it seems no one has time to at least acknowledge the issue and send me confirmation on this.

Full of fake promises 24*7 customer care but no one replay to a single email.
I want my money back . i have wasted one day for this.

I have been frauded by an agency they have taken 8500 Promising for printshoot By me.From three - four days they were calming me down that they are booking the tickets. And doesnt pick up the call
Now they are not returning the amount. Hope you understand please help me to get my hard earned money back They are demanding money for a single thing... The fraud man who asked the money his name was vishal verma, , , i had kept the proofs...

Past 1 hr i have been trying to contact your customer support but couldn't connect with an executive even after calling 4 times waiting for more than 5 minutes during each call. Cant find a customer support email id, paytm.com/care ( what is it???) your support no. ending with 62244 does not exist. my friend has transferred me money he got the payment was successful i dint receive it still what kind of service is this. Your main menu doesn't give an option for these kind of issues this simply means you are consciously avoiding it

My friend transfered rs 250 from her paytm no [protected] to my paytm no [protected] but my no was not working at that time but when i registered this no this amount is not reflecting. Please transfer my 250rs to my no[protected]

I bought one mobile lyf water 11, and i have raised query for return before 3-april-17 but no any response from paytm site,

Dt-10-april-17 more that 1 week after one mail is coming from paytm care, they say you raised 2 time query for the same products. Agst ref : 26297068 your query with paytm care (Sf).

Please look-into this and resolve asap.

I srinivas brought a few lines before you, sir, my no. [protected], had send a sum of rs. 3000/- to my friend no. It was shown successful, but it was not received to my friend. Hence i request you to kindly refund to my account.

Hi I tried to add 5000 Rupees to my paytm wallet. Money got deducted from bank and not credited to wallet yet. I did not get any proper response from paytm. I confirmed with bank and they said that money paid to merchant successfully. Paytm has worst customer care and support. It's been 12 days now. I have tried to call customer care but no one is responding.

I ordered a America tourister luggage bag dated on April 03, 2017 with order no- [protected].
The product never delivered at my address and now it isn't showing in my orders list when I opened my paytm app.
I already paid a price of ₹5118 for the product.
I am highly dissatisfied with paytm this time as such issues never happen in past.

4000 rupees has been deducted from my paytm wallet but did not recieved by another a/c no [protected], wallet order id :[protected], order no [protected] dated 11 apr 2017, i have also contacted the bank associated with my account but bank people are saying that this transaction is associated with paytm only. Please return my money in the paytm wallet.
