I done recharge through paytm amount deducted. still I did not receive balance and amount deducted from my paytm .and I done recharge that is TATA docomo.. Rupees 60 and next time I done that rupess 40..below transaction I'd mentioned ., ...

I have made a payment in 1st of April to transfer money paytm to bank unfortunately payment was not successful from paytm side and till the time showing pending i have confirmed from bank they told bank did not receive any payment and they do not have any payment failed information. I got a call from paytm side and they told payment will refund within 7 days. Now i think paytm 7 day's mean 7 months. Paytm is providing totaly worst...

HELLO, i added 818 rs this morning ie -12 of april 2017 to my account for the same money got deducted from my bank account but no money in paytm wallet and no response from the team.. ??

Money is deducted from my bank/ card but not added to my paytm wallet...

It is very very bad experience with paytm while receiving refund I am still struggling to get refund for order number [protected].I have send queries regarding this but not receive any message.It has 1 month completed when the product is returned...

I tried to book flight via order no. [protected] - booking failed.

I tried again - via order no.[protected] booking failed again.

For order [protected] - no refund received yet.

For order [protected] - refund was sent to paytm wallet instead of my credit card.

There's no option to transfer wallet money it to my credit card account.

Wasted 3 hours navigating through paytm...

Money has been deducted from my a/c but it s not showing in wallet so much time to take show paytm app is very slowly now customer email id is not responding i have mail to paytm that money not shown but they are not giving reply so much time it will take customer care no is also not resolve my problem no is for only joke i think customer support never reply fast what we have to do...

I was transferred 550 mny from my bank account to paytm wallet, , , , , , , , ...mny deducted from bank but not credited in paytm. ... And there is no info in paytm about this transaction..may I know that problem happened with this transaction... ...when can my paytm account credited or refund to my bank account give me the information about that and let me know why this was happened...

I've recharged in my airtel sim 147+20 rs through paytm using my Canara Bank debit card.balance was cut from Bank account but I didn't get recharge successfully and when I checked my paytm it was showing processing then I cancelled my recharge please see it and resolve...

I was recharging jio rs.303 on paytm, the amount was deducted but the transaction got error.

In the error page contains that the amount will be refunded within 48 hours and i was waiting for 5 days.

I did not get the money still.

Then i called to paytm customer care, but no proper response.

Seller shipped damaged n broken product. Upon seeing photos of broken product, seller agreed for return even though policy not allowed. Paytm being big brand telling policy does not allow return pick up.

If paytm was not there, surely I would have bought from local vendors n it would have become my problem n responsibility.

How do I return product?. How do u trust whether seller received...

I have added to my paytm wallet of Rs. 250/- and same debited from my bank a/c but still my paytm wallet showing bill Rs.0
I hv done the call on your paytm toll free no but such no is such a hopless non of the call connected to this no.
Plz resolve my problem as early as possible and update the my paytm wallet balance or credit to return my bank a/c

I tried to add 1500 rs to my Paytm wallet today around 2:30 in noon but the amount in the bank account was deducted but wallet money was not increased......

I have added 997 re on my paytm wallet but still the walet money is not updated. My total account balance is 0.33 rs now but the amount of 997 has been debited from my account and the paytm wallet is showing me 0 rs balance
The time is between 3 pm to5:00 pm.

Worst customer service. Trying to reach support executive from past 2hrs still its saying paytm karo n be on line. Frustrated by being online for 2hrs. If you are not capable of giving support shut the company. I'm going to file a complaint in consumer website for this.. Because this is irritating....

I have transferred 2000 money from credit card to Paytm wallet transaction was successful and even in paytm app also i have got success message but afterwards in the wallet its showing 0.0rs...

I have twice added 500 rs on my paytm wallet but still the walet money is not updated. My total account balance should be 1054 but it is still showing 54 rs only.

means u r using my money for 6 hours and my recharge day has too gone just because o[censored]r late and worst service so i want my money in my wallet today or make the recharge successful in 24 hours...
