    I booked flight ticket with promo code of flyday... Order no:[protected] so the cash back of 750 is not yet received... And i got mail that money is deposited 250 for three times but my paytm wallet showed 0 balance... So please reply to my msg.. This is 3rd time i mailing you

      HAI, JUST NOW I GOT A CALL FROM DIZ NO [protected] REGARDING MY MONEY DEDUCTION THAT HE IS FROM PAYTM CUSTMERCARE SERVICE ALL OVER INDIA HE ASKED ME ALL DETAILS ABOUT MY MONEY DEDUCTION AND THAN WANT TO KNOW MY CARD NUMBER AND EXPIRY DATE OF CARD AND HE SAYING THAT DONT CUT THE CALL U WILL GET OTP NUMBR, SAYING THAT U WILL GET MONEY REFUND IN SECNDS, THAN HE ASKED ME OTP NUMBR BUT I DIDN"T SHARE MY OTP SO I ASKED HIM WHAT UR NAME HE SAID AM "MAHENDER" DIZ THE THING WHAT HAPPEND BY UNKNW PAYTM CUSTMRCARE.

        Dear Sir/Mam,

        I am unable to add money into my paytm wallet. It seems that they have blocked the card. I don't know why they have blocked my card but it is really frustrating. Sometimes during the end of the month i add money into the wallet from my 'Citibank Credit card' but in the last 2 months i am not able to do so.

        My payments to the credit card are up to date but it is really annoying why i am not able to add money through this. I have made several complaints but no response.

        Please help me out. I am also attaching the error message which i get.

          Sir i submitted screen shot and pdf format of my bank transation through which i added money to my paytm wallet on 13.01.2017. I spent rs 125 only and balance of rs 1875.00 has become nil on07.04.2017. I raised a complaint with paytm through query no 26427178 on 07.04.2017 and they responded with details of account which i submitted. After that they gave no response

            Dear Sir/Mdam,

            Gooday,

            Please check the attachment file for as under :-
            My mobile number is [protected] . This have registered with your PAYTM in the name of Subhash Chander.

            In this regards, I have transferred the Rs.20000/- (Rs.Twenty Thousand Only) on 12.02.2017 details is mentioned in the letter in attachment file already. I received the message that the amount is transferred to your account. But it does not show in account. I have already launch the complaint to customer care through the option which is in the app they told me that if the amount will be transfer to your account within next 48 hours or it will be revert back to senders account. I have also submitted the inform Letter and Dispute form to my Bank. But didn't find the any transaction in both account ( My Paytm and My Bank account) and Its around 2 Month is over.

            So, It is very shocking for me this time. To be frankly say to you, I will have to go for legally suit file in consumer court at your all expenses.
            I again request you, please Credit my above mentioned transaction in my account of PAYTM OR MY BANK Immediately.

                  Worst still iam the among the oldest costumer... I was trying to recharge as usual but at first time they deducted my balance from wallet and were showing processing your recharge and this message was just displaying since 8 hours it was a urgent recharge... Still it was displaying same. After 8 hours i tried to the that number again but still the both order are pending # [protected] and #[protected] and no refund and the amount deducted form wallet.. And no recharge worst service no reply from costumer care including email and the worst part is[protected] is showing invalid no... Paytm was one of my fav. App but now they have lost their "seal of trust" by the costumers please look at this problem asap i dont have balance on my phone...

                    I done recharge through paytm amount deducted. still I did not receive balance and amount deducted from my paytm .and I done recharge that is TATA docomo.. Rupees 60 and next time I done that rupess 40..below transaction I'd mentioned ., ...

                        Hi,
                        I have made a payment in 1st of April to transfer money paytm to bank unfortunately payment was not successful from paytm side and till the time showing pending i have confirmed from bank they told bank did not receive any payment and they do not have any payment failed information. I got a call from paytm side and they told payment will refund within 7 days. Now i think paytm 7 day's mean 7 months. Paytm is providing totaly worst service to customer. Just refund my money otherwise i will be on your other social media.

                                I tried to book flight via order no. [protected] - booking failed.

                                I tried again - via order no.[protected] booking failed again.

                                For order [protected] - no refund received yet.

                                For order [protected] - refund was sent to paytm wallet instead of my credit card.

                                There's no option to transfer wallet money it to my credit card account.

                                Wasted 3 hours navigating through paytm customer care's ivr maze.
                                There's no option to talk to a customer care representative regarding flight tickets at all.
                                All other customer care reps refused to talk to m or redirect me to the right person.

                                Sent my compaint using their website "contact us" option - but they never gave me a ticket no. Or acknowledge my communication.

                                Their customer care escalation route involves sending letters (Physical/paper)!

                                Trying to get any kind of help is practically impossible.

                                I don't want to use paytm/wallet ever again - please just refund my money to my credit card so i can move on.

                                    I was transferred 550 mny from my bank account to paytm wallet, , , , , , , , ...mny deducted from bank but not credited in paytm. ... And there is no info in paytm about this transaction..may I know that problem happened with this transaction... ...when can my paytm account credited or refund to my bank account give me the information about that and let me know why this was happened

                                        I was recharging jio rs.303 on paytm, the amount was deducted but the transaction got error.

                                        In the error page contains that the amount will be refunded within 48 hours and i was waiting for 5 days.

                                        I did not get the money​ still.

                                        Then i called to paytm customer care, but no proper response.

                                        Please solve my issue. Here is the transaction details :-

                                        1.) paid for order to:-

                                        2.) date & time:-

                                        April, 7, 2017 & 17:01

                                        3.) wallet order id : [protected]
