In this regards, I have transferred the Rs.20000/- (Rs.Twenty Thousand Only) on 12.02.2017 details is mentioned in the letter in attachment file already. I received the message that the amount is transferred to your account. But it does not show in account. I have already launch the complaint to customer care through the option which is in the app they told me that if the amount will be transfer to your account within next 48 hours or it will be revert back to senders account. I have also submitted the inform Letter and Dispute form to my Bank. But didn't find the any transaction in both account ( My Paytm and My Bank account) and Its around 2 Month is over.
So, It is very shocking for me this time. To be frankly say to you, I will have to go for legally suit file in consumer court at your all expenses.
I again request you, please Credit my above mentioned transaction in my account of PAYTM OR MY BANK Immediately.
