I tried recharging me phone with 100Rs Airtel however it was deducted from my account but stuck in processing for hours now. I am seeing the status of processing and I donot get an option to cancel the operation. Please refund the same and cancel the transaction.

I also could see that if I add amount to my wallet it doesnot get added. It is very frustrating that it is getting deducted from the account but doesnot show up on...

I have recharge of telenor on paytm. Paytm is deduct my amount but not i am not getting recharge on my mobile. So please refund my amount 110 rs as early as possible. Please consumer care try to revert my amount from paytm.
Paytm is deduct my amount before 3hours but not yet do any action..

Sir, i tried to transfer certain amount of money (Rs 1850/-)from my SBI account number to my Paytm wallet today ie, 12/4/2017... the money got deducted from my SBI Bank account but its not loaded in my Paytm wallet... I have withdraw Rs.3000 from bank but amount not added in wallet txn no.634265 transaction name shown as ONE97 communication LTD .kindly verify refund my amount Rs.3000....

I have tried to load rs. 5000/- in paytm wallet on 26.12.2017 but the transacation failed at that time. After 5 minutes i have received 5 massage continue of 5000/- debit entry from my bank account.

I have registered complaind at paytm but they told that we have not received payment from bank.

I have got registred the complained with bank of baroda but till today after 4 months i have not received refund.br...

I have recharged in my number [protected].My orders are showing processing from long time. Money got deducted from my paytm account, but recharge not done.No customer care number also to check. Paytm wallet has no record of my failed transaction
hence the mony is un accounted

they dont respond to their email id given

they dont respond on twitter

there is no provision of talking to their customer care phone no...

Sir, i added money to my paytm wallet [protected] with 100 rupees. But that amount is not reflecting into my wallet. Also [protected] paytm wallet was added with 400 rupees. But that amount also is not reflecting into his account. Though the transactions r showing successful but money is not been added to our paytm wallets. We are trying to call their headoffice & regional office but none is working. Could u please help us sir. We wanted money...

I have made a transaction of 2009 rs from my wallet to my bank account... The money has been deducted from my wallet but i have not got it in my bank account. I made ths transcation on 2 Apr 2017 and i was made assured it will be solved within 7 days. But it is more than 10 days i have not got any refund whatsoever. My money deducted from my wallet Rs99 .Even i cancel my order . so many times i write a mail but no one assist me .today i receive a call from paytm customer care as per discussion. They said when u cancel order for jio prime member rechage .So, merchant confirm your order & They give some reference number to paytm . But i didn't receive any reference number by jio operator or paytm, so no one resolve my issue...

I had made payment to jio for prime membership on 7/4/17, but the payment dosen't receieved by jio and the amount of Rs.402 is deducted from my paytm account....
