My complaint mail :-

As i have done payment from the site "http://bestpriceshop.co.in" using paytm wallet and this site is a fraud site. So i want to know how you can allowed to use paytm wallet for these fake site as they have taken the payment and did not send goods to any consumer, many consumers are complaining for this site at consumer court forum.

So could you please block this site to use paytm as payment...

I recharged for 303 plan on 7th April and today is 12th April but still the recharge has not been processed, it's almost more than 5 days. I called jio customer care, paytm helpline and even dropped mail to paytm but none could help.I received an sms from jio that in few hours the plan is going to be withdrawn.Please process the recharge or refund my paytm money so that I can recharge again.

I bought Himalayan baby cream, when I bought this I saw its an 100% cashback. After 24 hours also, I didn't get my patym cashback....

ON march 27, 2016 my passbook shows a payment for rs.689.72, i have not made this order, i do not understand why this came up.
this has happend earlier where by energywater payment went through but somehow automatically was rectified, but this time this did not happen and the payment shows -689.72. how can this happen automatically? please look in to the matter and refund the charged amount

On 6/4/17 at about 1045 hrs, i tried to recharge Jio for RS.303/-. I got reply under process. On 7/4/17 RS.273/- was deducted from my SBI account. But Jio recharge was not made. On 8/4/17, so I again made a payment directly for Jio recharge. But payment made through paytm got delayed and I requested to cancel. But without cancelling the amount has been made for Jio recharge. Thus making RS.303/- for Jio twice. Due to delayed payment by paytm,...

Refund hasn't been credited to my bank account till date. I also contacted to bank and they told me that they don't have any information about this. He advised me to contact Paytm. He told me that any reference number provided by Paytm is of Paytm not of SBI.
Now it seems that Paytm hasn't initiated the refund and Paytm don't want to refund this amount. I have already sent you my bank account...

Last month I pay my electricity bill by paytm

And shows that bill is paid

But the bill of this month
Is credited with fine
Of last month

Which I have already paid by the paytm...

Accidentally i transferred rs 4000 to wrong account pls revert back my money

I did recharge of RS 402 on jio [protected] at 7 april 12:30am.
402 money deducted from my account but recharge not done and money not refund upto me.
i called to paytm customer care but they didnt receive my call.
i also did mail to the paytm but there is no reply.

ordered a mobile phone .However after 8 days of placing the order the same was cancelled by seller without stating the reason for the same.
Called paytm customer care several time however the only answere they give is ur refund is under process and soon it will be refunded.Its been 20 days since the payment has been made neither i got my product nor did i recieve my hard earn money back.

I have payed money through Paytm several times, but from last few transactions onwards I'm facing lots of difficulty with it, I'm really hating it, my money is being deducted when transactions are failed, but no money is refunded back. I need my money back immediately. Else I would have to take a serious action. My order numbers are [protected], [protected]....

I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected]
And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person....

My Jio Sim recharge of 303 rupees has not done on dated 7-4-17 at 7:35 pm please refund my money on paytm wallet. I will call you so many times from your customers care no. But there is no response by you. Therefore I give you written complaint to solve my problem as early and refund my money for my paytm wallet. I shall be thankful to you for this work....

Not able to login my account, showing temporary blocked. Contacted many times to customer care but no action taken by team. I am not able to use my money which is in paytm account. Everytime customer care person said that we have escalated your request. But i did not get any response.

I have an paytm account since Dec 16. A few days back while doing a transaction on my registered mobile, i got a message saying some person will come out and check authenticity of documents submitted. It mentioned clearly that next day the person would come but no one came. Just now I recd a call from this number [protected] by a person named Devendar. He was extremely rude and when I said after an altercation that if this was the way paytm...

While submitting money from wallet to another number, by mistake i added a wrong number and the transaction was successful.

But later i realized that the number was wrong.

Since then i have tried calling Paytm customer care number but no one picks and also tried sending mail to their email is [protected]@one97.com

but the inbox is full and mail not getting delivered...
