I added 300 to my paytm wallet and successfuly debited from my bank account but not added to my wallet yet..i already complaint to paytm but they are not responding my transaction dc id- [protected] and my registered mobile no is [protected] please kinding solve as soon as possible...they are fraud not responding to the customers properly .solve my problem ASAP

    I have recharged in my number [protected].My orders are showing processing from long time. Money got deducted from my paytm account, but recharge not done.No customer care number also to check. Didn't got any reply from the [protected]@paytm also. Order no: Paytm order no: [protected] and wallet order id [protected]... this is a very poor service from paytm.. please refund my money back, or success this recharge.

          Sir, i added money to my paytm wallet [protected] with 100 rupees. But that amount is not reflecting into my wallet. Also [protected] paytm wallet was added with 400 rupees. But that amount also is not reflecting into his account. Though the transactions r showing successful but money is not been added to our paytm wallets. We are trying to call their headoffice & regional office but none is working. Could u please help us sir. We wanted money urgently to send it to someone, but this issue is happening & we r so helpless. Could u please help us sir.

            I have made a transaction of 2009 rs from my wallet to my bank account... The money has been deducted from my wallet but i have not got it in my bank account. I made ths transcation on 2 Apr 2017 and i was made assured it will be solved within 7 days. But it is more than 10 days i have not got any refund whatsoever. Pls look into the matter.I want it in urgent basis..

              Dear sir/madam from paytm,
              I am JOYMALYA BISWAS, I have applied for LPUNEST form from your gateway but unfortunately, it shows that there is a payment gateway problem and either the money will be send back to us or proceeded for payment i have filled the form on 27 march 2017 and its 11 April now and still not resolved i am really angry with such a irresponsible behavior i hope i will get my money back or proceeded for payment as soon as possible my 700 should not go to waste ...
              i have greatly been suffering from the payment gateway problem and i request you to call and make me know the details to get my money back my no is [protected]..
              plz proceed it as fast as possible else i have to go to consumer court i am waited for much time now i have have some pictures of the transactions so plz see and reply soon

                My money deducted from my wallet Rs99 .Even i cancel my order . so many times i write a mail but no one assist me .today i receive a call from paytm customer care as per discussion. They said when u cancel order for jio prime member rechage .So, merchant confirm your order & They give some reference number to paytm . But i didn't receive any reference number by jio operator or paytm, so no one resolve my issue

                    My complaint mail :-

                    As i have done payment from the site "http://bestpriceshop.co.in" using paytm wallet and this site is a fraud site. So i want to know how you can allowed to use paytm wallet for these fake site as they have taken the payment and did not send goods to any consumer, many consumers are complaining for this site at consumer court forum.

                    So could you please block this site to use paytm as payment gateway. Apart from that i want to know why there is no checking was done for this site before accepting paytm as payment gateway.

                    I had done the payment because i trusted paytm and thought that paytm do the verification before becoming a payment gateway for any site.

                    And

                    Paytm reply looks like robot reply

                      I recharged for 303 plan on 7th April and today is 12th April but still the recharge has not been processed, it's almost more than 5 days. I called jio customer care, paytm helpline and even dropped mail to paytm but none could help.I received an sms from jio that in few hours the plan is going to be withdrawn.Please process the recharge or refund my paytm money so that I can recharge again.

                          ON march 27, 2016 my passbook shows a payment for rs.689.72, i have not made this order, i do not understand why this came up.
                          this has happend earlier where by energywater payment went through but somehow automatically was rectified, but this time this did not happen and the payment shows -689.72. how can this happen automatically? please look in to the matter and refund the charged amount

                            On 6/4/17 at about 1045 hrs, i tried to recharge Jio for RS.303/-. I got reply under process. On 7/4/17 RS.273/- was deducted from my SBI account. But Jio recharge was not made. On 8/4/17, so I again made a payment directly for Jio recharge. But payment made through paytm got delayed and I requested to cancel. But without cancelling the amount has been made for Jio recharge. Thus making RS.303/- for Jio twice. Due to delayed payment by paytm, I had suffered the loss. I request u to kindly refund RS.273/- deducted on 7/4/2017 to my SBI account immediately. Order no.[protected]

                              Refund hasn't been credited to my bank account till date. I also contacted​ to bank and they​ told me that they don't have any information about this. He advised me to contact Paytm. He told me that any reference number provided by Paytm is of Paytm not of SBI.
                              Now it seems that Paytm hasn't​ initiated the refund and Paytm don't want to refund this amount. I have already sent you my bank account statement.
                              Now only you can resolve this issue. Please don't delay more and refund the amount to my bank account.

                                    I have made a payment in 29 march 23:54 pm to transfer money paytm to bank unfortunately payment was not successful from paytm side and till the time showing pending i have confirmed from bank they told bank did not receive any payment and they do not have any payment failed information. I got a call from paytm side and they told payment will refund within 12 days. Paytm is providing totaly worst service to customer. Just refund my money otherwise i will be on your other social media.

                                      ordered a mobile phone .However after 8 days of placing the order the same was cancelled by seller without stating the reason for the same.
                                      Called paytm customer care several time however the only answere they give is ur refund is under process and soon it will be refunded.Its been 20 days since the payment has been made neither i got my product nor did i recieve my hard earn money back.

                                      Point of concern

                                      1.When the order is cancelled by seller why do buyer suffer ???

                                      2.And if the refund is dew y does it take time to refund ot back when the customer isnt at default??

                                      3.Lacuna in the system
