    I did recharge of RS 402 on jio [protected] at 7 april 12:30am.
    402 money deducted from my account but recharge not done and money not refund upto me.
    i called to paytm customer care but they didnt receive my call.
    i also did mail to the paytm but there is no reply.

    register mobile numbar [protected].
    please return my 402 rs immediately.

    I have made a payment in 29 march 23:54 pm to transfer money paytm to bank unfortunately payment was not successful from paytm side and till the time showing pending i have confirmed from bank they told bank did not receive any payment and they do not have any payment failed information. I got a call from paytm side and they told payment will refund within 12 days. Paytm is providing totaly worst service to customer. Just refund my money otherwise i will be on your other social media.

      ORDER no.[protected]
      ordered a mobile phone .However after 8 days of placing the order the same was cancelled by seller without stating the reason for the same.
      Called paytm customer care several time however the only answere they give is ur refund is under process and soon it will be refunded.Its been 20 days since the payment has been made neither i got my product nor did i recieve my hard earn money back.

      Point of concern

      1.When the order is cancelled by seller why do buyer suffer ???

      2.And if the refund is dew y does it take time to refund ot back when the customer isnt at default??

      3.Lacuna in the system

        I have payed money through Paytm several times, but from last few transactions onwards I'm facing lots of difficulty with it, I'm really hating it, my money is being deducted when transactions are failed, but no money is refunded back. I need my money back immediately. Else I would have to take a serious action. My order numbers are [protected], [protected].

          Dear sir
          I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected]
          And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
          Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
          I am disappointed as I got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

            Dear sir
            I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
            And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money but it is switched off since that. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet using my debit card. I request customer service to look into this and respond ASAP. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully.

              My Jio Sim recharge of 303 rupees has not done on dated 7-4-17 at 7:35 pm please refund my money on paytm wallet. I will call you so many times from your customers care no. But there is no response by you. Therefore I give you written complaint to solve my problem as early and refund my money for my paytm wallet. I shall be thankful to you for this work.

                    Not able to login my account, showing temporary blocked. Contacted many times to customer care but no action taken by team. I am not able to use my money which is in paytm account. Everytime customer care person said that we have escalated your request. But i did not get any response.

                        I have an paytm account since Dec 16. A few days back while doing a transaction on my registered mobile, i got a message saying some person will come out and check authenticity of documents submitted. It mentioned clearly that next day the person would come but no one came. Just now I recd a call from this number [protected] by a person named Devendar. He was extremely rude and when I said after an altercation that if this was the way paytm conducted their business, I'drather close my account, to which he replied, haan bund kar dijiye. I shall start using it again only when i get aclear green signal from your end

                          While submitting money from wallet to another number, by mistake i added a wrong number and the transaction was successful.

                          But later i realized that the number was wrong.

                          Since then i have tried calling Paytm customer care number but no one picks and also tried sending mail to their email is [protected]@one97.com

                          but the inbox is full and mail not getting delivered

                            I made a Transaction of Rs 4644 on 19/01/2017 through BAF auto finance portal as a loan pay back..This transaction was assisted by Paytm.. I tried with my bank for refund through Service Request ID#SR[protected]. Which was declined by Paytm on 10/04/2017 stated as This has be directly deal with Paytm.. kindly refund my payment.. Or I have no other go. If not resolved filing complaint to consumer Court is what I gonna do. See 4644 is not a small money.. It's almost 3 months since I lost money

                                I am using paytm account no. is [protected] Registerted Email :- [protected]@gmail.com, I have some issue before a month so i sand many mails but not receive resonceable mail for suggest me after i talked youe excutive he concern me forwording my details after i some times i received a call but i did'nt receive call for related my querry now i mention my problems:-

                                1. I purchase all out from market 10 pcs so i added 2 voucher sucessfully but 8 voucher i cant add error is (This offer can be used for a maximum of 2 times per user!)

                                2. I pay 90 rs. in HP Petrol Pump but acroding my offer not recive.

                                      To enroll into jio prime and to get summer surprise offer i tried to recharge my jio with 402 rs through paytm ...
                                      At first when i tried to recharge it showed that the server is slow and i should try to recharge it afterwards .
                                      After sometime i recharged my jio with 402 rs through my credit card and my recharge was successful
                                      After that i recieved a message that i have been credited 402 rs two times and extra 402 rs credited from my bank account ..
                                      So that's why i demand a refund of my 402 rs
