Hi Paytm,
I made a Transaction of Rs 4644 on 19/01/2017 through BAF auto finance portal as a loan pay back..This transaction was assisted by Paytm.. I tried with my bank for refund through Service Request ID#SR[protected]. Which was declined by Paytm on 10/04/2017 stated as This has be directly deal with Paytm.. kindly refund my payment.. Or I have no other go. If not resolved filing complaint to consumer Court is what I gonna do. See...

My account no is [protected] and I have my alll money in that and I urjently want it...

To enroll into jio prime and to get summer surprise offer i tried to recharge my jio with 402 rs through paytm ...
At first when i tried to recharge it showed that the server is slow and i should try to recharge it afterwards .
After sometime i recharged my jio with 402 rs through my credit card and my recharge was successful
After that i recieved a message that i have been credited 402 rs two times and extra 402 rs credited...

I made payment of Rs 303/- through paytm for my Mobil no- [protected] vide transaction ID
[protected] at 09.47 hrs on 31 Mar 2017. Payment deducted but jio transaction failed. It is requested please refund my Rs 303/- for failed transaction. Details of transaction is attached.

i order a product worth Rs 1800 green board .
since it was scheduled for a delayed delivery, i decided to cancel it out
the refund has not been credited to my wallet .it has been more than 11 days now since i ordered the product and 3 days since i cancelled it .

i request you to look into this issue and solve it as soon as possible...

I had done jio recharge of Rs 402 in jio mobile no[protected] at 7/04/17 12.28 pm from paytm my trasction id was:[protected] this deduction done from my account but recharge not sucessful i also caplained and drop a mail paytm support there is a no revert for him side..

I just booked a movie ticket for Thursday but it got booked for Wednesday this has happened to me almost 2 time I m fed up off this I need refund at any cost...

On the day of seventh april, i transfered Rs 5000 from my bank account to paytm wallet but the transaction was not successful. hence i didnt find my money either in paytm wallet and as well in my bank account. i didnt get any information from paytm that money got stuck, i dont know where my money is, i tried to contact paytm customer care but no response from them. so please do consider my complaint and help me to find the solution...

My friend transfer money through paytm but i does not recieved any type of money....

I`m sending money (Rs.5000/-) from my paytm wallet to bank account detail given as below.

Than i`m complaint it to paytm care via emai ([protected]@paytm.com) many time.
But no refund received to till date.
Requested you please help me for this matter and do needful.

On 7th april 2017 at 10:47 a.m. I have recharge my jio mobile number with Rs. 303 (already a prime member) through paytm wallet in the website jio.com. The amount has been deducted from paytm wallet but recharge was not successful. I informed jio customer support they told me to talk to paytm customer support. I visited paytm submitted my complain but till date no solution has been provided by paytm. I have submitted the receipt and also...

I am really dissapointed. I had called to paytm customer care regarding my money back. But i have not received. I am using your paytm my number is [protected]. I have purchase dell laptop in the month of may 2016, but i am finding that there is some problem in my laptop that it is getting hanged now and then, and suddenly it shut down completely.
