Paytm boy came to our shop and told about paytm sound box.
He definitely said you have to pay only 500rs and no monthly rent
But now paytm detucting 125rs per month. The boy cheated us and not receiving phone and boy name is ramkishore yadav and his no. Is [protected]

          Jan 24 2021 th I was do the payment via Paytm mobile solution Pvt Ltd throw the Axis bank debit card rupees of amount 12509.44 it ahow filed but amount was debit my Axis bank account stil not refund kindly do the refund.

            My name is Hitesh Jethwani. I ordered Bluetooth headset from paytm and i got a defective product i explained all problems to paytm on application support and on twitter handle but they are not accepting my and they are never available on call, no customer email id to contact further. I need to get my refund of back to my account.
            Could someone please help me.

                  Delivered on 16th February 2021 but iam not satisfied with product quality so so I request a return on 17th February 2021 but no one is reac my location for pickup of return and today paytm has rejected my return request without any clarification and not refunded my bill amount

                      I ordered a Apple Watch series 3 and the size I was expecting was not same. It did not fit me so I requested for an exchange or refund but Paytm refused my request. This is my first time shopping from Paytm and I am very disappointed. I did not expect such behaviour from them. Their customer care is also unreachable. I am not able to talk to them. I want refund or exchange of my order.

                        On 19 February 2021, I ordered ikall's phone from Paytm and that phone reached me on 22 February 2021 ___ I sent a return request on 22 February due to a charger malfunction,
                        I got a message for pickup but suddenly on 4 March, Paytm canceled the return request and the notification said that you get it corrected at the service center
                        There is no service center of Ikall anywhere near me, I want to return this product, please take my product back.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I recently ordered two case covers on PayTm, one for myself and one for my father. The product that arrived for me was instantly unappealing. It did not have a case inside the wallet and just a patch to stick your phone which I absolutely hated. I asked for a refund. It was denied after 10 days without a good explanation. The case ordered for my father was poor quality and a different colour from the one ordered. A replacement was ordered which did not get processed and eventually after 10 days they rejected the request on no understandable grounds. Throughout the process the customer care process is unreachable and is highly biased against the customer. After years of buying online I had to go back to shopping locally for products. Not to mention the 500 odd rupees that I got ripped off with bad products. I am highly disappointed that people can get away with this in today’s day and age.

                            I ordered a Dell Kb216 Keyboard on 16/02/2021
                            They delivered me on 23/02/2021
                            I was so upset by delivery speed but after all i got the product, i checked with my laptop and it didn't detected i thought it's not compatible with my laptop simply, i requested a return of not compatible, second day i tried my friend's keyboard and it was working like a charm with my laptop, now i go to know that delivered product is defective, and instead of picking up their defective product they rejected my return request now I don't know what to do with it as I've no use of it, I've tried to reach costumer care but i couldn't ! Paytm doesn't allow to take screenshot of their app so I'm unable to attach a screenshot

                              मैंने ग्रीवेंस नंबर 2576834 पे फ्लिपकार्ट के खिलाफ एक कम्प्लेन किया था लेकिन इसका सोल्युशन मुझे अभी तक नहीं मिला है। न ही कंस्यूमर हेल्पलाइन मेरी मदद कर रही है और न ही फ्लिपकार्ट .
                              अभी मैं एक ग्रीवांस paytm के अगेंस्ट इशलिये फाइल कर रहा हु क्यूंकि paytm ने मेरा पैसा रिफंड नहीं दिया है और ना ही फ्लिपकार्ट को बोल कर मेरा प्रोडक्ट दिलाया है, दरअसल मैंने paytm वॉलेट से 29999Rs flipkart को पे किया था, पर फ्लिपकार्ट सीधे तौर पे मना कर रहा है की उसके मर्चेंट को paytm के तरफ से कोई भी पेमेंट नहीं आया है, अतः वो मुझे मेरा प्रोडक्ट नहीं दे, सकते मैंने ये बात paytm को विथ प्रूफ बताया पर वो भी कोई हेल्प नहीं कर रहे है, बस दोनों कंपनीज
                              एक दूसरे पे आरोप लगा रही हैं और उनके कस्टमर केयर एक्सेक्यूटिव्स बस डेट्स दे रहे है, कोई सलूशन मुझे अभी तक नहीं मिला है, मुझे कंस्यूमर फोरम से उम्मीद है कि मुझे मेरा रिफंड मिलेगा, , क्यूंकि फ्लिपकार्ट COD प्रोडक्ट भेज दिया जबकि मैंने पैसे pay किया और वो प्रोडक्ट 25 को डिलीवरी हब से लौट भी जायेगा, सो प्लीज मुझे मेरा रिफंड दिलाये या 25 से पहले मेरा प्रोडक्ट। मई सारे प्रूफ्स देने के लिए तैयार हू जो मैंने आलरेडी पेटम और फ्लिपकार्ट को दे दिया है।

                                I had processed payment of Rs. 200/- in favour of institute of chartered accountants of India from my bank of india account on 4th Feb 2021 and my UPI Reference id is[protected]

                                I was to get acknowledgement number of payment from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India but screen showed transaction failed and also tried to contact with ICAI they say that your amount is pending with Paytm while my bank account ending with 5704 has been debited by Rs. 2000/-.

                                Kindly refund the payment to my bank account as i have made an another transaction to them.

                                  I have transferred money to a old phone no. Wallet and the phone no. is switched off..the Paytm account is logged off but not deactivated..I don't know if the sim if the sim is owned by anyone now..How should I proceed to get my money back?

                                    My name is Avisek Bhattacharjee. I'm from Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal. 04/02/2021 I bought Premium quality Short Type-C Fast charging & Data Transfer Reversible Connector Power Bank Cable from Paytm Mall. Order I'd [protected]. 9th February was my delivery date. After accepting this product I discovered that this product was totally misfit for my device. I applied for return & send them a detail video of my problem via Facebook. But they told me to contact with seller. Who choose the seller for their platform? Paytm. Then why I contact with seller? Is I responsible for this incident? They took my money & send defective product . & Now they reject my return request. 189 -38(Cashback) =151 amount is small but is this fair ? Isn't it a cheating

                                    I submitted this complaints in National Consumer Helpline app & PMO India office. But In Company remark in NCH app Paytm told me to contact with their seller Prime Zone. But why I contact with them? Is I appointed Prime Zone to sell the product to customers?                                         I ordered 4 led bulb at paytm mall online, which are delivered dread on arrival and does not have company logo in the bulbs, order no. [protected] dated 11th feb 2021. Till date paytm mall have not even picked up the detectives nor REFUNDed my money. Paytm mall does not have even any option to talk with customer care directly. Extremely pathetic service. Pl refund my money urgently.
