Respected sir/ ma'am
i order a product worth Rs 1800 green board .
since it was scheduled for a delayed delivery, i decided to cancel it out
the refund has not been credited to my wallet .it has been more than 11 days now since i ordered the product and 3 days since i cancelled it .

i request you to look into this issue and solve it as soon as possible

    I booked Delhi to Tel Aviv flight with ref no : [protected] by booking is initially accepted and when money got deducted they said booking failed. I contacted customer care and they said airline declined it because there might not be any seats and when I contacted airline they said we never deny these things and there are plenty of seats. My refund is also stuck as they are saying it will take 7-14 working days to do it and by the time it will come price will go up by 5-10 thousands. Basically paytm has taken my money for fun. Secondly Its a sort of fraud also because you should inform us that these things might happen at start of booking not when everything is over.

      I have recharge my jio no on 6 april & that tym it was pending i received sms that you may cancel your order if it is pending 48 hrs my order no is [protected]
      i also submit the refund status but no received any mail or sms regarding this. after 2 days i received sms that my recharge is succesful how its?????????????? when i submit the cancel request so i want to refund my amount
      i also submit the grievance regarding this but no mail received.
      call at customer care no but no reply
      i want to refund my amount because i have done it from jio site on 7 april

        I had done jio recharge of Rs 402 in jio mobile no[protected] at 7/04/17 12.28 pm from paytm my trasction id was:[protected] this deduction done from my account but recharge not sucessful i also caplained and drop a mail paytm support there is a no revert for him side..
        Kindly checked and revert me asap.

            On the day of seventh april, i transfered Rs 5000 from my bank account to paytm wallet but the transaction was not successful. hence i didnt find my money either in paytm wallet and as well in my bank account. i didnt get any information from paytm that money got stuck, i dont know where my money is, i tried to contact paytm customer care but no response from them. so please do consider my complaint and help me to find the solution
            While ordering agreed to deliver to my address, after a week when I raised a query they turned the status to money refunded.infact till now I have not received the amount.and there is no number to contact them.all the customer care number are misleading.

              I am user on Paytm since long back user id - [protected] email id is [protected]@gmail.com, On 10th April I transfer the money from Paytm wallet to bank, but money is not transfer to my bank it shown pending - wallet TX ID - [protected] Sir I have full faith on paytm since long but from 10th april I fill it is very disappointment, I request to you do some needful action on it

              Then one message received my balance is refunded within 7 working days but today 9th day

                  I`m sending money (Rs.5000/-) from my paytm wallet to bank account detail given as below.

                  Than i`m complaint it to paytm care via emai ([protected]@paytm.com) many time.

                    On 7th april 2017 at 10:47 a.m. I have recharge my jio mobile number with Rs. 303 (already a prime member) through paytm wallet in the website jio.com. The amount has been deducted from paytm wallet but recharge was not successful. I informed jio customer support they told me to talk to paytm customer support. I visited paytm submitted my complain but till date no solution has been provided by paytm. I have submitted the receipt and also received an sms paid Rs. 303.00 to BILLDESKutil at 10:41 AM.

                        I have purchase dell laptop in the month of may 2016, but i am finding that there is some problem in my laptop that it is getting hanged now and then, and suddenly it shut down completely.

                        I tried to get it repaired within my warranty i. E. 1 year (Expire on may 2017), but dell people saying that warranty for my laptop already expire in 2015, at that time i haven't purchased my laptop at all.

                        The vendor has still not updated the warranty.

                        In this regard i already raised complaint to paytm ticket no.23124859 and provided all necessary documents but no action has been takent from your side.

                              This is regarding my payment made to IRCTC through your PAYTM payment gateway on

                              Date: 6th Jan 2017
                              For Journey Booking: 7th JAn 2017
                              From Delhi To Mumbai
                              Train No.12952 Mumbai Rajdhani
                              Amount: Rs 2760

                              I booked my ticket, and my amount of Rs 2760 got deducted from my Paytm Wallet.

                              Please Note that i had to travel the next day by Rajdhani Train and the seat availabilty was only 2 seats at the time of booking.

                              The transaction was suucessfull and my money was deducted from my wallet.
                              But i did not receive the ticket.

                              I repeatedly contacted you and the IRCTC, but both of your were not reachable after repeated attempt.

                              I was in the dilemma to book another ticket as the status was showing succesfull from your end and the ticket was not made from irctc end.

                              i went through tremendous mental torcher due to my limited fund, and urgency of travel.

                              I was told to wait for half an hour to show the correct status.

                              IRCTC claimed that they have not recd the money.
                              And you claimed that the merchant, i.e IRCTC has recd the money.(ATTACHED YOUR MAIL AS PROOF)

                              Finally till date my money is not refunded, and you are deceiving the customer by saying that the merchant has accepted the money.

                              Finally i had to book a flight to Mumbai, as the seats were no more left in Railways, thus facing tremendous financial and mental loss.

                              I will report your case to consumer forum for deceiving the consumer and
                              i will publish in all the social website.

                              I have the proof that IRCTC has declined the payment. Enclosed is the screenshot of their records from my IRCTC account

                              Your email is attached saying that the merchant IRCTC has accepted the payment.

                              I never used PAYTM to pay emergency transaction as you guy cannot be trusted.

                                Someone called me from the paytm registered customer care no on 7th of april.
                                he was saying that sir i m from paytm.
                                we have received your complaint regarding your money deducted earlier.
                                we need to confirm the amount and the ac details from which the transaction was done.
                                one by one he started asking my card no, validity date.CBB no n finally he asked for opt that saying that this is the last thing u need to tell me after that only i can refund your amounth which was deducted earlier.
                                after giving all the details to him he debited rs. 5000 from my ac illegally.
                                i complained him that u have debited sum of rs 5000 from my ac istead of giving me 990 (earlier deducted amount from paytm) rs.
                                he told me again that again we need to confirm your transaction sir but this time i denied & told him unless u give my money back i wont give you any details of my acoount.
                                finally he left the call saying that sir you are not cooperating with me.

                                i just want to say all of you that it was a call from registered paytm customer care no
                                - [protected] as i was socked that how it happened.
                                i had never expected this could happen in the name of paytm .
                                i had registered a complaint earlier regarding one paymen which was in pending few days back.
                                on the basis of that only someone has used paytm official number for calling me & cheated on me .
                                i want paytm to refund my deducted amount of rs 5000 to my back ac as it was a call from paytm helpline so its paytm responsibility to refund my deducted amount.
                                i will be thankful to you for doing so.

                                On 7th of april, i got a call from paytm helplins number - [protected] as they told me that they will refund my money which was deducted in incomplete transaction from paytm but before that they need to confirm it.
                                they took all the details from my ac and debited rs 5000 from my ac.
                                the call was from paytm helpline authorised number.
                                i want paytm to return my money.

                                      I have order Nikon D5200 Dslr camera worth 38 thousand from paytm on 12-MArch-2017 and deleiverd on 16-march-2017.
                                      The product was defective as charger was faulty and battery given was alerady used.
                                      i have raised a return request to paytm and they ask for the photographes of product and i send to them.
                                      after some day i got a mail saying "your product is covered under manufacturer warranty of 1 year. I recommend that you visit the nearest service center in order to avail this"
                                      As i reached out to service center they said they do not provide warranty for accessories like battery and charger.
                                      however i asked what is problem they said the charger is defective and battery is already used.
                                      i said to paytm care but again they said the same thing to go to service center.
                                      i have raised the request before the time limit now they are saying the request days are over and not taking back the product.
