I have made the very first transaction(account associated with 9*****5980) to recharge on 6th april 2017(transaction pdf attached) on my number for amount 303 but PAYTM says that order id IPT[protected] is successful but i havnt received any recharge on my number. i called the operator and confirmed back on the success of the recharge. it wasnt a success at their end. Later at 11:30 pn i did the payment through debit card which was the success. it is more than 48 hrs till now the recahrge is not a success. i called operator and confirmed whether double recharge has been done on my number. They say only single recharge received on my number. I wonder where the recharge done through Paytm went.
I logged a complain twice after dialing PAYTM helpline(not a toll free no) by being online for more than 1 hr( two calls on 7th april in morning and in night as for the morning call i havnt received any complain number ) attached i the call record.

but still paytm is unable to resolve the issue which happened from their end and still blaming the operator.

to log a complain i was on line for more than 25 mins(morning, req no - Not generated) & 45 mins (evening, req no :[protected]. also asked for a call back(req no:[protected] but still there is no resolution and no call back .

for raising the complain for 303 rupees they are asking us to call us and wait for long on chargeable number.

they have reverted back the amount to my linked account after 72 hours. I dont know how they can ask the user for consent from operator without sharing the communication mail id(for Paytm). Do we need to wait for an hour every time for customer care to tell them each and every progress after raising complain. Pathetic customer service.

More over They are asking me to share the consent mail from the operator, where to share consent mail???? they reply to me on my registered mail id with "donotreply" mail id. and the number shared in the mail is not at all connecting to the operator. for the other support number i have to be on call for almost an hour.

      On 7th April I recharged for ₹402 for my jio number [protected]. The amount was deducted from my paytm wallet but transaction was not done. Transaction id: [protected]. I contacted paytm for refund through the paytm app. I didn't receive any reply from them. Their helpline is only for logging out from lost mobile. No other options are available on their helpline. Refund the amount asap.

        Sir, my name is rajesh GONDANE I'm calling from raipur I have a complaint that I have lost my money 303. I have a complaint related to this matter but they have cheated us and took our money and I'm a poverty and you said that paytm is a trusted and there will be no lose of money but we lost and u said that if any lost we will refund you back and is this a fake company we gave a complaint in our local police station.             7th april I made recharge of 402 with BILL DESKutill order #IPT[protected] And wallet order id [protected]. in jio service provider, My amount has already deducted from my debit Card I received confirmation paytm has received payment but yet i haven't received any confirmation message from jio service provider like my recharge has successfully done. So kindly check the matter and process my recharge As soon as possible.

              I did a recharge of rs 303 thorugh myjio app used payment mode through paytm... Paytm wallet was empty.. Added money from my debit card and payment was successful... Rs 303 was deducted but till now i have not received the recharge nor the money back from paytm..

              Added transaction details paytm97998 this number was received from my bank and this is paytm order id ipt[protected] dated 7-4-2017

              Now i need my money back.. I don't want any recharge i have already did from a retailer... Resolve this as soon as possible.

                I have recharged Jio by 303 for summer surprise offer, but still getting message of waiting for operator confirmation for more than 3 days. Please do something for us, and take an action against paytm and Jio, and provide me summer surprise offer of Jio which was active at the time of recharge on 7 April.

                  HI Team,
                  I have buy a ON Protein powder but the product they delivered was a expired one, Then I raised a ticket to refund the product . The refund policy is too bad.Every time they send mail and tell me to send the photo .Every time new person send mail and ask me the same thing I am fadeup with this stupid process.I suggest every one not to buy anything from PAYTM .Paytm is good only for mobile recharge.

                          My name is gagan Kumar..on 5 January 2017. I'm adding rupees 5000 in my paytm wallet order number as mention in paytm process is [protected] my wallet is attached with [protected] this is my paytm account number. But the payment is not added in my account any payment of 5000 which I was try to added in my wallet was deducted from ac of Oriantel bank of commerce.
                          Ac number is [protected] name aakriti Sharma ac holder.
                          I try to connect with the paytm and the bank several times . I also provide them both the Proof of payment failed bt deduct from the bank account .but the both are not give me satisfied answer and response.so I'm request to honorable consumer court that plz arrange to refund my money as soon as possible.

                            I transferred rs. 1000 to my bank on 8th april but didnt receive till date to my bank account. Amount is deducted from paytm wallet at same time but status is showing pending. My mb. No. Is [protected]. I registered many complaints but didnt get any revert from paytm.
                            Please look upon the issue and resolve it.

                                  On Date 03, 7:25 PM I wrongly transferred Rs 5000 to a mobile number [protected] with Transaction ID: [protected]

                                  I talked to that person, he doesn't know about the Payment.
                                  As, money has been wrongly transferred and there is no option give in the app to recall a wrong decision. (This process of Paytm is not compliant with the Indian law for lost and found based on Indian contracts goods act). I have registered the complain immediately within 3-5 minute but not got any reply to my complain yet. Requesting Payment to refund the amount to my wallet as soon as possible.

                                        My name is Neel Kumar from visakhapatnam it is a issue to say that I have lost my money from my bank so please understand my problem sir my father is in serious condition and I want 13, 000 from paytm because someone has called and said we are from paytm so I request you to refund my money and 13, 000is not a big problem for you and that 13, 000can save a life of human and please understand my problem and not know we have lost our money on 22/03/2017 so please refund money
