      I Tried To recharge BSNL No. With Validity for 6 months 2 times i.e, 87+87=174 through online Portal. But did not get the same . Tried to give complait to BSNL complaint booked but no action Complaint No.7D08KT309853. Later they asked to contact the times of money but not able to get in contact..recharge date 30/3/2017.

          On 7 April i did a recharge of rs 303 . money was successfully added to pytm and deducted from my account but online recharge failed. tried to dend query through app 2 3 times but did not received any response from you people.
          i am highly disappointed can some body look into this asap.

Request ko accept nahi kar rahi hai aur bol rahi hai apne missuse kiya promotion aur return policy ka me bot tension me hu mere paise is fraud co. Ne kha liye hai agar mujhe iska solution nahi mila to me mar bhi sakta hu i m very depresed for paytm isfraudd co. Par bot majboot karvai ki jaye aur iska license khatam kiya jaye pls. Meri help kijiye me bot jyada tension me hu

                    I had a product delivered to me. The cashbacl was supposed to be delivered by the end of return policy. Bjt its been over that time and i hav'nt recieved my cashback yet. I have complaint about this to paytm many times already, but i hav'nt recieved a propoer discussion with them. Please help me get my cashback because now i am not even able to return my product to avail all my money.

                        My paytm order id is [protected]...i have returned 2 out the 3 mufflers
                        of same price..But i have received the refund only for the one in my
                        bank account yet..i have raised a complaint with paytm multiple times and they instead of giving me my refund are saying me to contact my bank for the refund..it's been 3 months and i have gone to my bank also and after standing in queue for hours bank says that it's between me and paytm and bank can't help me...i have been messaging paytm again and again on facebook and via mail too and i get reply only on facebook but they are not helping me and giving me the refund..they have also not provided me the complaint id through which they have registered my complaint.i have been fighting with them for 3 months and now i am tired..Please help me in my fight and get me my refund from this fraud site..They are again and again saying that it is the fault of the bank and trying to put the blame on the bank and asking me to stand in queue again and again and demand the refund from the bank which is not possible..please consumercomplaints help me in this..paytm is a fraud sitea

                          even mine also same case same date and time . i have done 303 recharge but i dint get any recharge . amount is deducted from my account.

                                  I recharged for 303 plan on 7th April and today is 9th April but still it is showing - Payment successful/ Awaiting confirmation from operator. I called jio customer care, paytm helpline and even dropped mail to paytm but none could help.I received an sms from jio that in few hours the plan is going to be withdrawn.Please process the recharge or refund my paytm money so that I can recharge again.
