    Money in the amount of 5000 rupees from paytm vallet has been deducted but has not been transfered to other paytm user on the 8th of march 2016 around 10 pm at night. Please have this issue resolved as i have still not been credited with the sum of 5000 rupees. The most anoying thing about paytm is that they donot even have a proper customer care number where we can call the executive and get the complaint resolved. Please have this resolved.       Hi,

      I have made recharge on this Jio Number [protected] on the 6th April but payment deduct and recharge not done then I have repeat again then the condition is the same so I have complained over phone to you. Your call center replied me call back tomorrow morning but not received any call from your side then I have repeat this recharge again because 7th is the day for the rechage.
      Now recharge is successful.

      I have made thee time recharge on this number.

      So please return back two recharge amount 606 Rs back.

      I am not accepting this type of service from Paytm I am really very disappointed.

      So please resolve this issue and reply fast.

      And please find the attachment for the support.

        My paytm register mobile number [protected], Respected sir/madam, I have done jio summer surprize offer recharge of Rs303/- on 06 apr 17 on 09.51 pm (order no [protected]). It has been 40 hours since that recharge but it says operator conformation awaited. Rs303/-were debited my bank account but I did not receive the recharge confirmation message. I want to cancel my order and refund my money as early as I have already recharged my number with other local merchant. I send so many mails to cancel my order but after 48 hours 8 april 2017 9.30 p.k paytm group recharge another time to my number. And waist of my money . I want my money back

Till now you have offered really poor customer service my experience with paytm is getting worse so please kindly cancel my this transaction and refund my money. When I go to my order section in paytm app it doesn't even show any cancel option.

            On 2nd april i had orderd a pair of sparx sports shoes, and made a payment . It took 5 days to ship my order and finally on 8th april i got a delivery notification on paytm application . When i checked the notification it was completely different product they are delivering me . A completely different photographe of the product . Which made my shopping experience very bad and a feeling of being cheated .

              My recharge is pending since 2 days, there no option to cancle recharge. I compaint it 10 times in quiry box there was no response from paytm team, there is no option to talk to cusmer care on helpline no, pathetic, worst service from paytm.
              Becuase of worst service of paytm i dont able to got gio summer surprice offer. All the no of custmer care is wrong.

                On April 6th My friend sent 600 rs from his paytm wallet to my paytm wallet...600 will be debited from my friends wallet but it is not credited to my wallet...My friend gave a complaint to care.
                They said money is credited to my account...But it is not credited...It shows like payment confirmation awaited...Still that day...But i got a message that 600 sent to your account but not credited...Please help me to solve this issue .It takes about 3 days...Thank u

                      On 27th march I paid Rs500/- by my card the amount has been debited from my account but not credited into my paytm account. This amount was paid through my OLA cab app. I have made a complaint earlier but no response so far. When I asked for OLA cab on 29th March the amount in the balance ws shown less for the use so I added another Rs599/-

                                      I mailed the paytm cyber crime cell but have not got any response. I have also sent them a screenshot of the transaction
                                      Please report this transaction and refund me my amount.
                                      I can prove the ownership of the account.
                                      I have undergone a cancer surgery that is why I couldn't report this earlier.
                                      Please reply soon.
                                      I need this operation for my chemothrapy.
                                      Please be sympathetic for a cancer patient.

                                        This is Vaibhav I have a paytm account on your app. On 7th of April i did a idea recharge from your app which not received till now and today is 9th of April But the payment done from my card shows successful and i have got message also from bank that payment has been done of 110 rs whose screenshot i am attaching with this your customer service is not taking any action i guess because there is no call from them and when ever i call i just get a text saying they will call me in 2 days. and the status of recharge shows payment conformation awaited but how can this be possible i have received message from bank saying that the amount has been deducted please take any action.
