I had login issues with my Paytm account. Out of nowhere one fine day while trying to log in to my Paytm account I get the message that "my account has been temporarily blocked".On raising the complaint with Paytm customer care I was told that my account has been blocked for security reasons. They then mailed me to submit evidence of my transactions with Paytm like, sms screenshot and statements, which I promptly did. After many calls and emails from me no action has been taken till date. My account remains blocked and the money which runs in 4 figures is still stuck in there. I would never recommend Paytm to anyone ever. And also if you are a current Paytm customer, my piece of advice will be to transfer all your money from the Paytm account to some other safer account and shut down you Paytm account. Your money is never safe with them. They have the most unreliable and absolutely pathetic customer support. All they give is false assurance. And if your are an unfortunate customer like I'm, we can only pray that we get our money back. I pretty much don't care for having a Paytm account anymore. So much for our Government's initiative of digital India with cheats like these dealing with our hard earned money, we are only doomed.

    Had minimum 210 in my wallet but get back only 131. Where is my remaining amount? Its your fault that my money was vanished from my wallet. Why should I bear lot of time to get back it? How many time I suppose to complain to get my own money back? I need a clear balance **** of my account.
    Also my kyc facility is gone with my money. Very unprofessional response from paytm.

      This complain about my jio prime recharge 303 rs... Paytm received money on 7 april 2017 at 11.33pm and say your transaction succesful but at this time after 23hours in down it show in the processing and waited for opreator confirmation.. My order no. [protected]... This is summer prime offer recharge and if company not give me this offer i want to refund my money rs 303...

        My paytm is not searching properly...i have installed it in both on my tab and ph also...bt it will not work in both devices...there is no way to talk to any executive...i have tried each and every possible way...i am really disappointed...where to complaint? who will solve this problem...i thought there is prob in my net bt its working properly...then wat is the issue...i want immediate response to my query...i was tried for the last 3 days bt all in vein, ,

            I ordered to memory card but but send to to pendriv. I complain to pay tm 5 to 10 time but pay care not solve my problem. This item i pay to 1024 rupees memory card and pay tm send 8 gb pen drive.

              I recharged​ my Jio no.[protected] with 303 on your Paytm app . At the time of recharge it is shown as processing/pending for operators confirmation​, hence I waited for all 1day but the order still showed pending. In a hurry to avail the summer suprise from Jio co. I simultaneously recharged in Jio app which showed successful yesterday itself but today in Paytm app shows your recharge of 303 is successful which was showed successful yesterday itself in my Jio app(transaction dated :- 7/4/17)

              Iam here enclosing the transaction proof with the help of screen shots.

              Pls try to refund my money as soon as possible.please help and do the needful in my case of double recharge.

                  2 days ago I recharged jio plan of Rs 303 through paytm. For two days it was showing in processing. After two days of waiting, I recharged from other app. Now paytm has recharged it. In between these two days I have drop many messages that please cancel this recharge I want this money back. But today suddenly after two days they have done this recharge. I had sent lot of messages to them. They don't have any toll free cc service. I spent lot of money also in calling them. They are providing a worst service.

                      Payment first via scan and then online for irctc ticket.

                      Transaction failed both times and irctc says awaiting payment/ failed transaction. But amount deducted from wallet.

                      Have tried calling customer care but despite waiting for over 30 mins there was no response other than answering machine!
                      App has strict attachment restrictions and doesnt allow most of the attachments to share screenshot!

                      And cannot proceed with complaint without image!

                      Highly disappointing service

                      Refund the amount asap

                        2 days ago, i did recharge of jio of Rs. 303 but it failed and as it was an urgent due to circumstances... I get it done via another source..
                        Today i complained paytm..that i want money back

                        But they recharged it... Which already has been recharged from another app...

                        I'm saying i don't need that recharge .. i just want that amount back Paytm...

                          Sir I would like to tell you that I have made the payment of rs 303 for Jio summer surprise offer on[protected] at 11:09 pm the amount deducted from my account but i received a message from paytm saying that your recharge amount is received by paytm and it is pending with operator we will continue trying or you may cancel the Order after two hours so I waited 39 hours when I did not get any service so I send few email to cancel the order and refund my amount and after that I recharge my Jio number from another source on[protected] at 1:57 pm and now after 4 hours I received a message from paytm saying that your recharge of 303 is successful and that make me feel very sad that is reason I am complaining this and it is my humble request to you kindly look in my matter and refund my 303 rs.                             At 7 April I recharged a Jio no on pqytm of 303 and its stucked at process, that day the summer suprise offer's last day to get 3 months benefit, so i recharged that number using Jiomoney i thought i can cancel this recharge after 2 hours and i sent many emails to paytm to cancel this recharge...

                                I recharged my Jio number [protected] with Rs.303 on April 07, 2017 09:35 PM through Paytm for Jio Summer Special Offer. It has been 21 hours since that recharge but it still says "Operator confirmation awaited". Rs.303 were debited from my bank account but I didn't receive the recharge confirmation message.                                     I did recharge on30/3/17 of Rs.303 using. I was having wallet cash of rs.10 and paid balance 293 from bank using visa.
                                    Payment status is showing as failed but amount of Rs.293 is not yet received in wallet neither in bank account as of 8Apr.
                                    Even after so many complaints registered at paytm customer care response received from them is ''contact your bank we have not received your payment'' now tell me which bank will give details regarding receipt of payment by 3rd party done online?
                                    Please help me out here.
