At 6 April I recharged a Jio no on pqytm of 303 and its stucked at process, that day the summer suprise offer's last day to get 3 months benefit, so i recharged that number using Jiomoney i thought i can cancel this recharge after 2 hours and i sent many emails to paytm to cancel this recharge and refund my money and also complained on there Facebook page but didn't got any good response from Paytm. Now after 40 hours recharge was done and my ₹ 303 was wasted as I already recharged with another merchant, what system is it they no cares about there customers 303 is a big amount for me, and I want my money back !

      No one picking call and not replaying of email.

      Yesterday(7th April at 8 pm around), I have recharged my JIO number [protected], but i asked to JIO opertator they said they have not received the recharge while the money is deducted from my PatyTm Wallet.

      There is no number in which the customer directly call to the executive..very bad service.

      I Got a call([protected]) from Paytm they are asking my debit card number then only they will process it.
      WTF, why they are not sending money in my paytm wallet directly or my paytm mobile number.
      The debit/credit card easily misused if somebody know your number while doing international transaction without opt and all. its very poor service!!!

          I have done my recharge of Jio from paytm on April, 07, 2017 on 9:35 pm of Rs 303 as its last date to recharge for benefits of jio summer surprise offer but it's not done as it shows that your transaction is sucessfull but waiting for operator confirmation I have complained in Payton support but no reply from them as I am complaining on this site hoping that my complain may be solved as of others and I also requesting that I should get that offer of jio that is summer surprise in which 3 months free services are available

              Respected sir/madam,

              This complaint w. r. t jio summer surprise offer recharge of rs 303-/- (number:[protected]) where i did the transaction on 07-april-2017 at 07.02 pm from paytm . the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number [protected] with Your Order No is[protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
              The status (waiting for operator confirmation) is still the same as of today (08-april- 2017) from past more than 17 hours.
              I expect the transaction to be successful and i must get the benefit of the offer from effective date 07 april 2017.

              Payment summary : [rs 303 from paytm on 07 april 2017. at 07.17pm & paytm transaction number: DC Transaction No [protected]].

                      Yesterday date 07.04.2017 i recharge my jio number [protected] with rupees 303 of order no [protected] at 11.30 pm but the recharge was not fulfill
                      and show that waiting for operator confirmation and the customer care no [protected] shows wrong no and not available .I tried for this till now but there are no response

                        I have made the payment of 98.50 rs on 25 march 2017 & 31-mar-2017 also paid 99 rs. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but it is still showing waiting for operator confirmation.

                        I have filed a complaint against my paytm refund Nd after few minutes someone called me over phone Nd said kindly give Ur account details card details bcz due to some technical problem they don't refund back number is [protected] Nd [protected] .if i said why then they cut the phone . I will file fir bcz no rules to disclose Ur card details or bank details dear customer kindly allert
                        I have made payment of Rs. 303 on 07.04.2017 for mobile recharge (O/No.[protected]). The amount has been deducted from my account and status is also shown as order successful, but neither recharge has executed nor amount refunded. Similarly, I had made payment of Rs.100 for Matro card recharge on 04.02.2017 ( O/No.[protected]), it was also not executed and status shown that the amount has been refunded to paytm wallet. But actually amount has not yet added to my paytm wallet. There is no details of paytm customer care/mail ID is found to whom customers complaint for the same. my registered mobile no.[protected].

                        please refund my money at the earliest possible.

                              On 6.4.2017 at 23:32 I tried to recharge my jio number [protected] through paytm wallet amounting Rs 303 but the recharge was unsuccessful and the amount deducted from my bank account . While added to Paytm Account, Bank txn id [protected] and it's wallet order id: [protected]. So I would be greatful if you refund my money in my wallet.                                 I booked this ticket around 11.05 in the morning.

                                Had aprox 114 in my wallet and added another 118+ to get the TATKAL ticket done. This was all done via PAYTM site through IRCTC.

                                I am assuming there was a system glitch with PAYTM systems due to which the payment did not reach IRCTC and my ticket could not be booked.

                                It is now showing in my failed transactions section of IRCTC account. I have been trying to get this sorted since the past 1 hour and I am on call being transferred to various departments by your customer service team. Every person I talk to is incompetent in handling the query and says that the call will be transferred to some other department.

                                First of all they should change PAYTM IVR from repeating that "YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US WILL BE ANSWERED SHORTLY" cause that does not mean anything neither does it get answered.

                                Secondly they should have better execs on the floor to handle queries and competent TL's or Supervisors on floor who can handle escalations rather than just transferring calls and making the subscriber run around to all departments. After 58 minutes my call was disconnected when I declined disconnecting my call which the Agent asked me to do as he could not help me. Attached is the screenshot of my phne call with them.

                                Coming back to my ISSUE : I am still waiting for them to respond about the issue
