Respected sir/madam,

This complaint w. r. t jio prime offer recharge of rs 303-/- (with promo code applied) for my job number:[protected]) where i have done the transaction on 6th April at 11:11 pm through paytm App. the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
The status (waiting for operator confirmation) is still the same as of today (8th April 2017) from almost 36 hrs.
I expect the transaction to be successful and i must get the benefit of the summer surprise offer.

Payment summary : [rs 273 via Debit card + 30 discount for promo code paytmjio applied successfully on 6th April 2017 & paytm transaction number: [protected]]

      Respected sir/madam,

      This complaint w. r. t jio summer surprise offer recharge of rs 303-/- for my job number: where i have done the transaction yesterday on 06-april-2017 at 11.26 pm through paytm mobile app. The transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
      The status (waiting for operator confirmation) is still the same as of today (08-april- 2017) .I have waited till 07-april-2017 and recharged my jio using jio.com by the evening.
      I expect the transaction to be cancelled and i must get the refund of my cash.

      They didn't email-ed and called. But the recharge was successful after 3 days.

        I recharged my jio number using paytm yesterday at 7 pm my transaction I'd is #[protected], my account was debited and transaction is successful but till now my jio number is not recharged. Kindly look into the matter urgently.

          Yesterday i reacharged my jio number with 303 rs through paytm
          But my number is not recharged.
          I got a message showing that ""added rs. 303.00 to your paytm wallet. Transaction id: [protected]. Current balance: 303.0. Get rs.100 cb on baahubali movie. Visit paytm"""""""
          I called jio customer care thay said they didnt recieved the money.
          Its also not showing in transaction history.
          Please refund the amount as fast as possible

              I recharged my no [protected] through paytm order no #[protected] about 10 hrs ago untill now no recharge is done. Its showing operator confirmation pending please help me out to cancel the order and get my cash back. I wanted to cancel my order. I tried to contact at [protected]@paytm.com but no reply is send by them. I complained even through paytm mobile app but sitll no reply received. Kindly help me out

                  My Name is Naresh Kumar. I have a paytm account and I made a payment for the mobile Bill. Bill was 651.75 But I paid 650 to vodafone. I got one remoinder from my phone company for Rs 1.75 and I tried to pay the bill of Rs. 2. While making the payment I got an offer for some movie and I was trying to check what is that for. Once I click on that and check it move to the payment page automatically and charge my account Rs.502 from paytm wallet. As it was a wallet payment it never ask me for the authorization. I emailed for the same to paytm care and ask for the refund. Now the twist, they straight away deny for the refund as per what they have the policy and gave me a number to call[protected] and[protected] but both number never accept my order number and continuesly pushing me out of the IVR. My last order was [protected] but IVR said it is not the valid one. I have the call recording and several email notes which I am sending to Paytm from 4th April 2017. I tried to reach the nodal officer but that also rolling me back to the same paytm care page which again have no solution link.

                  As our Respected Prime Minister requested all Indian to use Paytm, we start using but the service killing poor Indian and feeding rich.

                  I am completely fedup and see no hope. I am not willing to watch the movie which they force me to watch. So I simply need a refund my money. Also request to regulate this kind of transaction so no one have to face same trouble which I have.

                  One more twist in the story I checked today that the deal is redeemed which i never did.

                  Help me Please.

                    I have recharged for rs 372 for jio number but by mistake i have entered one digit of no. wrong. i want to cancel my order as it is still in process. but i have found no way to cancel it. i have also contacted paytm through facebook, twitter and email customer care at [protected]@paytm.com But i have received no response from them. my order no. is [protected]

                        I have done a rechargeof 303rupees but its still pending from 24 hours . i want to cancel the order but cancel option is currently not showing. I am in a fix as my money is stucked. I want to order from different site but cant bcoz my money is stucked up with you. Your customer care just keep replying automated mails and hence cant find any solution .

                            I made 2 recharge of jio 303 through paytm app order no.[protected] and [protected] .but i did not get my recharge completed it also shows transaction is completed towards paytm but still showing recharge in process since 6 april 2017 and there is no cancellation option and no customer care service.so i want my amount refunded as soon as possible. thank you

                              This is amit kumar and my paytm id is [protected]. Actually today i added 3200 rs/- money from my credit card end 7659. But money has been deducted from my credit card but this did not show in my paytm account. Transaction refrence no. Is (Paytm1153658).
                              So please do it solve fast.

                                I have done the recharge of my no [protected] on 6th April 2017 at 10: 47pm and the Order no is [protected].It was showing "processing" at that time but my the amount was deducted from account.I filed a complaint today but there was no response.After searching for the customer care type thing I got this site.After reading a similar complaint which I found here only I learned that it can be solved by sending a email at their care which is [protected]@paytm.com.So i sent a complaint for two time today but Ididn't a get any reply and they say it is for 24×7 and they will solve the issue.But it doesn't seems to be correct.

                                      Paytm fraud.money deducted from card-999, for order id-[protected].[protected]@gmail.com.order not placed, and message received from paytm of order cancellation.amount refunded-147.37, rest amount999-147.37 =851.63 eaten by paytm.this is the way they cheat customers.i have messages of of paytm order placed, and then cancelled.i also have transaction details.stay away from them, i am going to file an fir, and also knock the doors of consumer court.all those who have been cheated by paytm.please support.together we can take them behind bars
