I have done a rechargeof 303rupees but its still pending from 24 hours . i want to cancel the order but cancel option is currently not showing. I am in a fix as my money is stucked. I want to order from different site but cant bcoz my money is stucked up with you. Your customer care just keep replying automated mails and hence cant find any solution .

I made 2 recharge of jio 303 through paytm app order no.[protected] and [protected] .but i did not get my recharge completed it also shows transaction is completed towards paytm but still showing recharge in process since 6 april 2017 and there is no cancellation option and no customer care service.so i want my amount refunded as soon as possible. thank you...

This is amit kumar and my paytm id is [protected]. Actually today i added 3200 rs/- money from my credit card end 7659. But money has been deducted from my credit card but this did not show in my paytm account. Transaction refrence no. Is (Paytm1153658).
So please do it solve fast.

I have done the recharge of my no [protected] on 6th April 2017 at 10: 47pm and the Order no is [protected].It was showing "processing" at that time but my the amount was deducted from account.I filed a complaint today but there was no response.After searching for the customer care type thing I got this site.After reading a similar complaint which I found here only I learned that it can be solved by sending a email at their care which is [protected]@paytm.com.So...

Changing the number otp is not coming so please request you to send otp on my mobile phone...

This complaint w. r. t jio prime offer recharge of rs 303-/- for my jio, where i have done the transaction yesterday on 6th april at 10pm through paytm website. the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
The status (waiting for operator confirmation)...

Paytm fraud.money deducted from card-999, for order id-[protected].[protected]@gmail.com.order not placed, and message received from paytm of order cancellation.amount refunded-147.37, rest amount999-147.37 =851.63 eaten by paytm.this is the way they cheat customers.i have messages of of paytm order placed, and then cancelled.i also have transaction details.stay away from them, i am going to file an fir, and also knock the doors of consumer...

Payment has been made but confirmation is pending from the last 24 hours....

On 17th of march 2017 i ordered REDMI 3S PRIME 32GB mobile on PAYTM APP.
On 27th morch i receivied the product,
as soon as opened the box I noticed a non working moto brand phone in redmi 3s prime 32 gb phone mobile box.
While trying to contact customer care they are tell refund in not possible....

Today jio annouced 303 recharge closed. And already complete sucess numbers are allowed 3months free offer...

But paytm is waiting for operator confirmation...

Sir, i have transfered rs.3000/ from my wallet to bank account at 7.11 pm[protected], but i didnt get money in bank account and status is showing pending, compony said that money is refund in 7 days but after 12 days it didnt get back my money..i contact to customer service but i didnt get any response.plz give me the solution an my money back...

I would like to get my problem resolved which is about my money getting debited from my bank account when tried to add 200 INR in wallet on 7th april 2017 by netbanking which showed transaction failed but money was deducted from it. After this i again added 200INR and it got added from same netbanking method and bank account.
Please look into the matter.

My mother got a fraud call, asking about bank details, adhar no and otp. Via these informations 19999 rs were deducted from the account using paytm mobile solutions. Please help me. If you can cancel the transaction. I am including the messages i got on cell phone .

This is request of cash back
I recharged my Delhi metro card on 30/3/2017 and there was offer going on 100% cash back that's why i recharged my metro card ... But till now 07/04/2017 ...I did not get my cash back ...So please it is request .My problem should be listen as hurry as possible ......

Today I tried to one recharge at that time I have Rs. 1130 in my paytm wallet. At the time of recharge it took some time thats why paytm asked me to login again and forget my password then I login in it by facebook then I found there in no balance in my paytm wallet. Then where is my 1130 Rs. and when I will get it again in my paytm wallet....

I am prime member I recharged for 303/- but yet now recharge of amount of 303 /- has not been done on my JIO No. I got a message from payTM which is quoted as given below:
"paid Rs303 to BILLDESKutil at 9.57 pm wallet txn ID : [protected] avail balance: Rs 0.00". As recharge was not done although Rs303 was deducted from payTM I request to kindly arrange to refund the amount to me as the recharge has not been done....

My R.S.303 recharge is not completed and there is not responsible customer services stuff for helping customers, I want to cancel my order but there is no any opinions for cancel this, even I call for customers care service but they consume my main balance and there is no one who gone solve this problem. I do not have any other sources to Conway my problem to pytm care service that's why I m here....

I have recharged 303 from paytm but it's saying request on hold, and money has been cut off from bank.please do something....
