    Hello,
    I would like to get my problem resolved which is about my money getting debited from my bank account when tried to add 200 INR in wallet on 7th april 2017 by netbanking which showed transaction failed but money was deducted from it. After this i again added 200INR and it got added from same netbanking method and bank account.
    Please look into the matter.

      Sir,
      My mother got a fraud call, asking about bank details, adhar no and otp. Via these informations 19999 rs were deducted from the account using paytm mobile solutions. Please help me. If you can cancel the transaction. I am including the messages i got on cell phone .

        This is request of cash back
        I recharged my Delhi metro card on 30/3/2017 and there was offer going on 100% cash back that's why i recharged my metro card ... But till now 07/04/2017 ...I did not get my cash back ...So please it is request .My problem should be listen as hurry as possible ...

          Today I tried to one recharge at that time I have Rs. 1130 in my paytm wallet. At the time of recharge it took some time thats why paytm asked me to login again and forget my password then I login in it by facebook then I found there in no balance in my paytm wallet. Then where is my 1130 Rs. and when I will get it again in my paytm wallet.

            I am prime member I recharged for 303/- but yet now recharge of amount of 303 /- has not been done on my JIO No. I got a message from payTM which is quoted as given below:
            "paid Rs303 to BILLDESKutil at 9.57 pm wallet txn ID : [protected] avail balance: Rs 0.00". As recharge was not done although Rs303 was deducted from payTM I request to kindly arrange to refund the amount to me as the recharge has not been done.

              My R.S.303 recharge is not completed and there is not responsible customer services stuff for helping customers, I want to cancel my order but there is no any opinions for cancel this, even I call for customers care service but they consume my main balance and there is no one who gone solve this problem. I do not have any other sources to Conway my problem to pytm care service that's why I m here.

                  I tried to recharge 2Jio numbers For Rs 303/- on 6.4.17 using my paytm wallet account linked to [protected]@gmail.com. The amounts (Rs 303 and 303)deducted but the status showing waiting for operator confirmation.Order nos are[protected] and [protected].Contacted to paytm care: [protected]@paytm.com but no response...tried in thire contact phone no but cant talk directly to customer care officials Nonsense PAYTM service.

                      An amount of about Rs 2466 has been missing from my paytm account. All transactions from 01/04/2017 to 04/04/2017 are missing. I have done following transactions from my bank to paytm and paytm to bank. I am not getting correct replies from paytm customer care and that is why I am now raising this issue at higher level.

                        I have recharge for jio mobile no.: [protected] on 7th april 01:34 pm with bill desk no.: #IPT[protected] and wallet order id : [protected] . But till now it has not got recharge in my jio account . Now it was 8:34 pm and i have call the jio customer care and they told that the recharge that i have done is not reflected in my number. so, please do the recharge as i haven't receive mail or sms about the recharge . please do the recharge as soon as possible in my number

                                  i want to cancel both of these recharges.The operator 'confirmation awaited' message is not accepted as i just recharged it with some other wallet and its done! i dont want my order to p[rocess for the next 48 hrs. i waited for 2 hrs so as to cancel the order but even after 18 hrs, CANCEL option is not visible. customer care says its a technical fault. so i want my money back. Ticket number 26271619 and 26273533.
                                  kindly do something about this i want my money back asap.

                                    My recharge is done 6.04.17 from Mid 11.45 at night..my paytm number is [protected] and i recharged to my 3 jio number, one of them is complete Bt of 303 rs but its not done yet.and it is under processing and showing waiting for operator confirmation.and i tried to cancel it but cancel option is not visible so pls kindly cancel the order and refund my money back to my wallet.pls cancel the order for my jio number [protected] and [protected].                                       I recharged through my icici debit card..it says transaction successful but it saya processing qnd waiting for operator confirmatio.. Its been 72 hours and still no response from paytm team neirher from mail nor from helpline no..more over there is noption to cancel it neither on app nor on website.my order no is [protected] .i m feeling cheated from so much trusted paytm
