I tried to recharge 2Jio numbers For Rs 303/- on 6.4.17 using my paytm wallet account linked to [protected]@gmail.com. The amounts (Rs 303 and 303)deducted but the status showing waiting for operator confirmation.Order nos are[protected] and [protected].Contacted to paytm care: [protected]@paytm.com but no response...tried in thire contact phone no but cant talk directly to customer care officials Nonsense PAYTM service....

Hi sir this is manoj i have done my recharge of rs 303 to my mobile number [protected] and the transaction was completed successfully and my money from wallet was deducted and my recharge status is processed as it completed more than 16 hours of my transaction.so please kindly refund my money to my wallet of number [protected]....

An amount of about Rs 2466 has been missing from my paytm account. All transactions from 01/04/2017 to 04/04/2017 are missing. I have done following transactions from my bank to paytm and paytm to bank. I am not getting correct replies from paytm customer care and that is why I am now raising this issue at higher level.

I have recharge for jio mobile no.: [protected] on 7th april 01:34 pm with bill desk no.: #IPT[protected] and wallet order id : [protected] . But till now it has not got recharge in my jio account . Now it was 8:34 pm and i have call the jio customer care and they told that the recharge that i have done is not reflected in my number. so, please do the recharge as i haven't receive mail or sms about the recharge . please do the recharge as soon...

I tried recharging my jio number last night but till now i haven't recieved it. My balance was deducted from my bank account still rechage has not been processed. I have uploaded the screen shot of the said order. Please solve it asp....

i want to cancel both of these recharges.The operator 'confirmation awaited' message is not accepted as i just recharged it with some other wallet and its done! i dont want my order to p[rocess for the next 48 hrs. i waited for 2 hrs so as to cancel the order but even after 18 hrs, CANCEL option is not visible. customer care says its a technical fault. so i want my money back. I recharged through my icici debit card..it says transaction successful but it saya processing qnd waiting for operator confirmatio.. Its been 72 hours and still no response from paytm team neirher from mail nor from helpline no..more over there is noption to cancel it neither on app nor on website.my order no is [protected] .i m feeling cheated from so much trusted paytm...

On 3rd April 2017 I didnt Trasaction from to jio via paytm amount was debited by i didnt get any confirmation from paytm side its not there in transaction list. If the transaction was unsuccessful please refund my amount....

Hi, i am not getting option for cancellation order no. [protected] of jio recharge as my transaction is successful but no recharge received.. Reply immediately. Or refund. There is no option in email also. Very disappointed.. Refund money.. As it is the high amount for me - please do consider it as priority and resolve.. Its already almost a day i have done a recharge, but no credit still... Please do the need full right now....

My limit of transferring amount to bank is exceeded. Still 5300/- left in my wallet. I want that amount in my bank any how because my sister is admitted in hospital and she had operation. So its my humble request please give me limit of 5300/- more so that I can use amount for hospital purpose. Please please do the needful....
