My recharge is done 6.04.17 from Mid 11.45 at night..my paytm number is [protected] and i recharged to my 3 jio number, one of them is complete Bt of 303 rs but its not done yet.and it is under processing and showing waiting for operator confirmation.and i tried to cancel it but cancel option is not visible so pls kindly cancel the order and refund my money back to my wallet.pls cancel the order for my jio number [protected] and [protected]. Please refund my money to my paytm wallet no [protected]. My order no is [protected] and [protected].Please Do Something... I Am recharging through cash from other retailer please refund my money.. So I Was Thankful To Paytm.

    I recharged through my icici debit card..it says transaction successful but it saya processing qnd waiting for operator confirmatio.. Its been 72 hours and still no response from paytm team neirher from mail nor from helpline no..more over there is noption to cancel it neither on app nor on website.my order no is [protected] .i m feeling cheated from so much trusted paytm

    I got an email..regarding my complaint promising me to..sort out the prob...around 12 hrs later transaction was seen successful. Thanks paytm.

      On 3rd April 2017 I didnt Trasaction from to jio via paytm amount was debited by i didnt get any confirmation from paytm side its not there in transaction list. If the transaction was unsuccessful please refund my amount.

        My paytm number [protected]..i recharged my jio number [protected] with 303 rs...order no-#[protected] i have done my recharge in other net shop..so pls don't recharge to my number pls..refund my money and pls cancel my order..my order has been late since mid night so pls don't proceed my order cancel it.. Before its done don't recharge my number please

            Hi, i am not getting option for cancellation order no. [protected] of jio recharge as my transaction is successful but no recharge received.. Reply immediately. Or refund. There is no option in email also. Very disappointed.. Refund money.. As it is the high amount for me - please do consider it as priority and resolve.. Its already almost a day i have done a recharge, but no credit still... Please do the need full right now.

            Hi, I am not getting option for cancellation on this ticket. ORDER NO. [protected] of Jio Recharge as my transaction is successful but no recharge received.. reply immediately. Or Refund. There is no option in email also. Very disappointed.. refund money ..
            I have cancelled the order and asked for the refund but now in place of cancellation they have replaced the order.i dont want the product any more.

                  My limit of transferring amount to bank is exceeded. Still 5300/- left in my wallet. I want that amount in my bank any how because my sister is admitted in hospital and she had operation. So its my humble request please give me limit of 5300/- more so that I can use amount for hospital purpose. Please please do the needful. I will be get support if you will do the needful.

                        I applied for a credit loan from slice pay from which I was approved and transferred it to my Paytm wallet.
                        I, then ordered 3 infuser bottles from Paytm mall. And I got a confirmation message from Paytm stating that the order has been confirmed.
                        I'm trying to cancel the product because estimated time is 8 days. rs 1277 got deducted from my wallet and the information about the product is still due.
                        Kindly refund the among and cancel the products.

                          Hello, yesterday on 6th april i recharge my reliance jio number ([protected]) for rs 303, amount got deducted from paytm wallet. my paytm number is [protected], but recharge did not happened. on 7th april, i recharge my jio number using internet banking, it got recharged, please revert back rs 303 deducted from my wallet. request you to return rs 303 in my paytm wallet.

                            His complaint w. r. t jio summer surprise offer recharge of rs 303-/- (with promo code applied) for my job number:[protected]) where i have done the transaction yesterday on 06-april-2017 at 11.00 pm through paytm app.the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number [protected] with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
                            The status (waiting for operator confirmation) is still the same as of today (07-april- 2017) from past more than 14 hrs.
                            I expect the transaction to be successful and i must get the benefit of the offer from effective date 06 april 2017.

                            Payment summary : [rs 273 from bank and rs 30 discount for promo code paytmjio applied successfully on 06 april 2017.

                                      I have done the Jio recharge for the mobile no. [protected] through Paytm app on 6th April'2017 at 10:40 pm approx. (Order No. [protected]). Paytm has deducted money from my account, however the status id still showing as waiting for operator confirmation as of now (7th April'2017 at 3:11 pm). I tried to reach the customer care no. of Paytm and jio both and waited for 15 mins, however the waiting time never ended.

                                      I would like to either get the refund or make the recharge successful ASAP.

                                        While I am committed to help you resolve this case as soon as possible, as per policy, I will have to log a complaint to the seller against this product. Hence, our system needs the following information to process this case further:


                                        1. Your Id proof (pan card, driving license, aadhar card etc.)
                                        2. Snapshots of Product with visible IMEI / Serial No.
                                        3. Snapshots of outer and inner package with visible Serial/Barcode number .
                                        4. Whether the packaging was sealed or open when the product was delivered.

                                        Once received, we will be in a position to take up your case with the seller. Seller coordination typically takes 2-3 days, hence I request you to kindly share these details at the earliest to avoid any additional delay."
