I have transferred money to a old phone no. Wallet and the phone no. is switched off..the Paytm account is logged off but not deactivated..I don't know if the sim if the sim is owned by anyone now..How should I proceed to get my money back?

    My name is Avisek Bhattacharjee. I'm from Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal. 04/02/2021 I bought Premium quality Short Type-C Fast charging & Data Transfer Reversible Connector Power Bank Cable from Paytm Mall. Order I'd [protected]. 9th February was my delivery date. After accepting this product I discovered that this product was totally misfit for my device. I applied for return & send them a detail video of my problem via Facebook. But they told me to contact with seller. Who choose the seller for their platform? Paytm. Then why I contact with seller? Is I responsible for this incident? They took my money & send defective product . & Now they reject my return request. 189 -38(Cashback) =151 amount is small but is this fair ? Isn't it a cheating

    I submitted this complaints in National Consumer Helpline app & PMO India office. But In Company remark in NCH app Paytm told me to contact with their seller Prime Zone. But why I contact with them? Is I appointed Prime Zone to sell the product to customers? Here is the details picture of NCH & PMO India complaint no & Company remark.

        I ordered 4 led bulb at paytm mall online, which are delivered dread on arrival and does not have company logo in the bulbs, order no. [protected] dated 11th feb 2021. Till date paytm mall have not even picked up the detectives nor REFUNDed my money. Paytm mall does not have even any option to talk with customer care directly. Extremely pathetic service. Pl refund my money urgently.

        Already two complaint raised on this issue with Query ref no.[protected] and[protected] from paytmmall app. But there is no pickup till date of the defective material nor I got any refund nor replacement.

          I paid electricity bill on 19 February. In hurry I wasn't noticed the default tick on the insurance. Iam badly dissatisfied with the transaction. Kindly refund my 199 rupees after the cancelling of insurance.

              I have paid my college fees of Rs 3785 using my Paytm wallet through Billdeskutil gateway.

              But Paytm is showing that the transaction is successful and also the amount was deducted from my Paytm wallet but the transaction was not successful on the other of Billdeskutil.

                  Hello Team,

                  I was doing a payment using my AXIS Bank NetBanking for Behrouz App on Jan 30th 2021. The amount was Rs. 1159 . The first transaction failed first time and hence was forced to pay second time . I did pay and second payment was successful . I waited for 10 days and reached my bank on Feb 9th .They said to wait further . So when I called them today they told both transactions are successful and credited to "PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONSPVT LTD" . Below are the details of transactions success info from Axis bank

                      Hello Sir/Madam,
                      I have booked GoAir flight ticket through Paytm on 21 february 2020 (Journey date - 7 April 2020) and booking amounts are 5775rs. Due to lockdown flight are cancelled. I contact with goair customer care and paytm customer care and then rescheduled ticket, at the time of rescheduling ticket fare was low hence I got rest amount refunded. After 6 months I got a mail where my ticket are automatically cancelled through airline end. I again contact with goair customer care and paytm customer care for refund my rest amount, they told me it will refunded. GoAir have refunded 3840rs from their end, but paytm hold my money. I complained many times to paytm, but they only make complaint and not refund.
                      So please check it and refund my 3840rs as soon as possible.

                        On 08/02/2021 I booked ticket in IRCTC for Rs 480.97and made payment thro ICICI net banking at 14.02 PM vide Transaction ID [protected].Due to some reason it is wrongly credited towards PAY TM MOBILE SOLUTION .Requested return of the money back to ICICI, apologizing for the happening.                           Using PayTm, I had booked a Vistara flight from Delhi to Hyderabad for 6 January 2021 which was rescheduled and I denied the rescheduled flight and opted for full refund ticket fare.

                          Vistara was quick in responding to my refund request and they sent an email saying that refund has been issued from their end and it is pending with my travel agent which is Paytm.

                          I have been contacting Paytm for follow up on the status of my refund, but they always keep saying that it will take some more time. Their 21 working days finished on 28 January 2021 and yet I have not received my refund.

                          I need my refund on priority. Paytm can't expect their customers to wait longer than defined timelines. I can no longer wait and I am already in the process of filing a suit to claim damages. I kindly request Paytm to prepare for a suitable compensation in response to my suit

                            Hello, since 31st jan, i have requested for a return and refund of a product / order (Puma Men Green Solid Regular fit Joggers) which is not suitable in size for me. So i opted to return it that day itself. But since then they never did any sort of process. There was a timeline given that within 3 to 4 days of return approval the order will be picked up, and the maximum time was till 6th feb. All the timelines have gone, and despite several complaints through the messages to them, they never even addressed it yet. Extremely dull, fraudulent service. I just want my refund even if they do not want to pick up the order, they must refund. Or pick it up as soon as possible.

                            Most importantly they have hindered the public / consumers from contacting them, by terminating their email address, none of their calling number given are working, all of the numbers are just a fooling service to redirect you to their app by sending an sms link when you call. And the only way to reach them is creating a ticket on paytm app, to which they never reply unless you create multiple tickets, and that to unhelpful replies.

                            This is a different order, the previous complaint was about another product, so not to get confused as that one is closed / resolved. This issue is yet to be addressed by paytm.

                                  I ordered a Havells OFR 13 Fin 2900 Watt PTC Fan Heater from PayTM mall on 13th Jan 2021 and it got delivered to me on 17th Jan 2021. As soon as I opened the box I found that the product was defective with dents on the body and also it was incorrect product sent. I had ordered 13 fin room heater and was sent 11 fin room heater. I immediately filed a return request and sent all images and was promised that the new room heater will reach on 23rd. Till today there was no communication from their side and they did not even send me any room heater. I tried reaching out to their customer care but there is no way to speak to anyone. All calls go to automated number. I tried reaching out to them via Twitter but again they have not been helping me. Please help me

                                    Greetings
                                    I got refund from Amazon Rs. 1399. i provided my Paytm saving account number to Amazon and they have transfered my refund in this account and provided me transaction id which is HSBCN[protected]. But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute. But Paytm Paytm bank is not filing charge dispute and saying that they have no information regarding this transaction id which amazon provided HSBCN[protected] . i am also sharing refference number of that mail which i sent to Paytm Payment bank but deny for every situation.
